Chapter Thirty-One

The next day I jump out of bed and run down stairs still in my pajamas. Mum is eating breakfast at the dining table.

I hug her and dance around the room singing, "Comic Con here I come!" Mum laughs at me.

I bound back upstairs and calm down. I take a shower and go through all my clothes. I decide to wear skinny jeans, a blue top saying free hugs with a panda bear on it and my buckle up boots.

I braid my hair, eat breakfast and take my suitcase downstairs. Chandler's Mum arrives to pick me up.

I say goodbye to Mum and walk to the car. Sam sees me and looks at my t-shirt. He hugs me then.

I hug him back. Wow, we've been dating for 5 months. Over Sam's shoulder I see Chandler clench his jaw and get in the car.

Is he jealous? I shrug the thought off and sit in the car too. We arrive at the airport and board the plane.

Sam, Chandler and I all sit together, but I just happen to be in the middle.
The flight's only a hour but it seems like a long time.

Then we get off the plane and I look around. "Hello New York!" I whisper to myself.
