Oc's name is Liam Shannon, he's the eldest son of Jim and Elisabeth Shannon. (I've changed it into it's not allowed to have more than three kids so it's still only Zoe that was illegal for them to have, but still did.) He worked as a narcotics cop alongside his father, until Jim was arrested, but lost his job for having kept the secret that his parents had a fourth child. Liam then had to take other kinds of jobs the next 2 years to help his mother provide for his family.
Getting to Terra Nova he gets back to working beside his father as the Deputy and his father the Sheriff.
Y/n Tate is already in Terra Nova when he arrives. She came with her family at the Fifth Pilgrimage. She's a doctor, working alongside Elisabeth Shannon. Y/n is Skye's older sister
Liam works beside his father and finds himself falling for the doctor working beside his mother.

Author note : If you've read my other Oc x reader fanfic, then yeah, I named him the same as in that book. It just happened, but then later I thought how cool to think it could be Liam and Y/n from like another universe.😂
Anyway, the real reason is that I'm awful at coming up with names for characters. I overthink it too much, to that's why I like just using 'Y/n'.
I was only motivated to start writing from when they get through the portal so that's where I start, so please if you haven't watched the show I recommend doing that before, or while you read.☺️
