And sudden crashing sound was heard
That all of Thangar greats disturbed
As Sandman stood before the throne
And Kendra Tavak's armor honed.
She took from ship now wearing thing
And wielding pair of Thangar's wings.
There Big Sky lands who brought them thus
The only one the pair did trust.
And cloud of smoke that brought them hince
Did help disguising act of prince
As man his arms did free from guard
And high on throne with mace did charge.
And havoc broke as magic sands
Ensnared the ones who ship did man
And Big Sky flashed about with ease
Distracting men from things they heed.
And lightning flashed and thunder smote
And chaos on the vessel broke.
But none the less it's all in vain
For only two could summon pain
On race that's almost strong as those
From Krypton gone and long desposed.
And Lo Sky tyrant then had held
His son with fury great and fell
And ordered rest to subject make
Themselves to king so fight abates.
So down to knees they all were drove
By plan of hostage king had strove
Though Big Sky capture only feigned
Until a better moment's gained.
And all their arms and vial keen
That shown as bright and glowing green.
With flick of wrist the thing he crushed
In lazy action flippant thrust.
And silent Kendra bowed her head
Now sure that soon they'd all be dead...
