"Dismiss," Jungkook stood up before walking out of the conference room, leaving the executives in a state of shock.

Bambam chased after the man, "Why are you taking so many important decisions these days?"

It was as if the man had made a list of everything he was going to do. The entire company was undergoing countless big changes in the past week.

Such decisions were capable of overturning the entire company.

Jungkook narrowed his eyes but he did not bother to reply as he walked towards the private elevator.

Just as he was about to enter inside, Secretary Lim ran towards him as he hurriedly called out to him, "President...Wait.."

Jungkook turned around to look at him while Bambam also glanced over at curiously.

"That...Mr. Ahn Mingyu has been trying to contact you over and over again. But since you were in a meeting, I did not interrupt you," He handed over the cellphone to the man before bowing his head waiting for the man's orders.

"Alright, you can go," Jungkook said, to which Secretary Lim immediately obeyed his orders as he bowed before leaving.

Bambam pursed his lips as he made an annoyed face, "That rascal...I've been trying to contact him since last month but he has been busy in some mission all along. It seems like he has got some time from the military affairs but he did not even call me back."

Jungkook's gaze darkened before he dialed his number but it went to voicemail.

"Call Jaehyun over to my office," He said without raising his head from his phone.

Bambam, at this point finally felt something amiss with his friend. His aura was giving him a sense of dread, there was a chill surrounding the man.

"Alright, President," He did not dare to probe into things further. Although he was Jungkook's best friend, but the man knew it when to switch over and act as the COO.

Jungkook closed his eyes in an order to calm himself down.

Things might be serious, they might not be. There was no guarantee in all these things.

He has faced many dangers before, he never feared them not until she came into his life. She brought over the strength to him but what could he do when she also was a weakness to him?

He feared that things might go wrong...what if he would never see her again?

...

"So, my sister, did you get my point or not?"

Lisa glanced at the man with a raised eyebrow.

"Aye~ You didn't? No worries, let me conclude it for you," Taehyung said as he smiled, a foxy light gleaming in his eyes, "Love is a complicated thing and we humans are pretty simple, right? You should not dwell on such uncertain feelings. Since you like Jungkook, I won't stop you from keeping him but don't pamper him too much. Don't get too attached...."

The Black Bentley pulled off in front of Grace Villa as the man alighted from the car before walking towards the other side to open the door for Lisa.

"Understood or not?"

"Mm, I understand," she replied while blinking her hazel eyes twice.

"You should..."

Lisa interrupted the man, "Brother, don't you think you've been so talkative lately?"

"Silly, it's just that I care too much about you," He said, as he wrapped his arms around her shoulders pulling her into a half-hug, "And yes, don't care about every little thing happening in his life. It will make you seem clingy," he continued

"Uh-huh."

"Don't do everything he wants you to.."

"Taehyung..."

Before Lisa could respond to him, a sweet voice was heard behind them which made them stop in their tracks."

Jennie waved at them.

Taehyung looked at her car parked beside the huge tree, he did not notice it when he parked his car.

He furrowed his brows when he noticed her pale face and apparent dark circles.

"Are you not feeling well?" He immediately walked towards her before placing the back of his hand on her forehead.

"I don't have a fever, I'm just a little tired."

"Tired? Why would come here, then? You could have called me, I would have picked you up after dropping Lili off,'' Taehyung said, concern written all over his face.

"I'm fine. We're going out for a dinner," she said before looking at Lisa, "Hello, sister-in-law," she greeted her, feeling a little fidgety.

It was the first time she was meeting Lisa after getting married to her brother.

Lisa waved her hand, "Yes, my dear sister-in-law," she greeted as she enunciated the term, her lips slightly tilting up in a meaningful smile, it made Jennie go red in the face.

"How did you know I was here?" Taehyung asked as he glanced at her.

"Brother told me," Jennie shrugged.

Taehyung nodded his head. After the photoshoot, Jungkook said he had an important meeting. The man even left when his sister was in the changing room, without talking to her.

So, knowing Taehyung's character, it would not be a big deal for Jungkook to guess that he would never let Lisa go home alone.

"Are you really fine? Shall we go to see the doctor?" Taehyung asked as Jennie rubbed her brows.

"Shhh...Don't fret, I'm fine," Jennie shook her head at him. She just feeling a little dizzy since she slept late last night.

"You both should leave now since you have plans," Lisa said as she smiled at Jennie.

The duo nodded but just as Jennie turned around to walk towards her car, Taehyung grabbed her wrist, "Wait, let me carry you..."

"Brother," Lisa who heard her brother's suggestions, called out to him.

The man turned around when Lisa hugged him, without giving him a chance to react, "How could I not know you were so good at eating your own words?" she whispered in his ears before breaking the hug.
