224.Kim Taehyung, Jeon Jungkook, you better explain it!

She was helpless with how the man punished her so brutally. Everytime they were in bed, she considered him as a devil but whenever she set a limit for him, that he couldn't be more.. cough... he would always prove her wrong in the next moment.

She was not angry. She was just feeling grumpy over the fact that Jungkook could be all normal after acting like a beast while she on the other hand, was on the verge of limping.

There was no reply on the other end of the phone but Lisa could hear some shuffling sounds before she heard Taehyung's voice as he talked to someone, there was silence over the phone for a few seconds until Taehyung spoke up, "Princess. What's up?"

"What are you both up to?" Lisa asked calmly, but her voice somehow gave chills to Jin who noticed her hazel eyes slightly darkening

The expression on her face was so eery that it made him gulp until he averted his gaze. If he continued loking at her, he was afraid of what could happen. Out of sight, out of mind!

Taehyung on the other hand, felt something amiss. He glanced at Jungkook who seemed to be contemplating about something.

"After working all day long, how could we have the leisure to be upto something?" The man tried to play Tai Chi around his sister's question.

Lisa did not seem to be in the mood of sparing them as she leaned back on the couch and closed her eyes, her right arm covered half of her face, "Are you sure?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

"Y..Yes," Taehyung frowned. Does she know?

"Good... Very good.." She chuckled softly.

"Princess, are you a..alright?" Taehyung wondering if his sister was possessed by some evil spirit or something like that.

"Taehyung, Jungkook, you better take your time and prepare the explanation you are going to give," Lisa opened her eyes, the hazel orbs flickered with an icy streak as she continued, "Why the heck are you messing around with this project, especially the models?"

Taehyung:"_" When has my princess addressed me like this? Over..It's over this time.

Jin: "_" I should better run away before things get awry.

Jungkook:"_" Simply speechless!

"Did Jin tell you about this?" Taehyung blurted out without thinking clearly.

He thought she would not doubt if they managed things well and everything was going just as planned.

It was only today that they shared their intention with Jin so that he could handle the situation well, he thought that idiot would not have the courage to disclose anything to Lisa but seems like things did not turn as expected.

Poor Jin did not know he was on Taehyung's hitlist without doing anything wrong.

Lisa rubbed her eyebrows lightly as she sighed. The past few days have exhausted her mentally and physically. Even when she stepped out of her car, she instinctively glanced towards the ground just in case someone had planted a bomb there. She wasn't paranoid, it has became her habit after getting attacked again and again, the times she was almost killed were something that left a deep imprint on her.

She knew there were countless people assigned to protect her and she was sure that she was enough to protect herself. She did not fear death but the thought of leaving everyone behind was scary to her.

Amidst everything that was going on, the time she spent with her loved ones kept her sane.

Jungkook was busier as days passed by, though he always made time for her, to pick her up from work, to spend some time with her but she knew it very well that made it even more difficult for him.

The moment she slept, he would go to the study and work overnight. It made her heart ache which is why she decided to spend more time in office so that it would give him the time to finish his work. And it helped her a lot too, engrossed in work, she did not have the time to bother about anything else.

Although she was a little disturbed, but that did not mean she wouldn't notice when anything went wrong.

She was still that demoness of a CEO, the legend that people worshipped from distance and feared from close-proximity. She was well aware that ther was someone behind the incident the moment the second model rejected the offer.

But she was not in ahurry to investigate things, she let them be like they were.

"A few days ago, to confirm a certain doubt mine, I allowed Jin to reveal that it was Ash Corporation behind the project, only then was I sure of my initial guess as the other party stopped making any moves and Jasmine was finalized," she softly murmured.

Even before, when it was not revealed that the business partners for DX brand launch were Jeon Empires and Ash Corps, the identity of Blue Star Entertainment industry as the investor was crystal clear, yet the female models who would do anything to get close to Taehyung, outrightly challenged his authority by denying the offer.

To top it off, the moment she revealed her identity, everything seemed to be calm.

It was Jungkook and Taehyung who wanted her to stay low-key along with the company. She was just testing them and her guess turned out to be right. But she was sure that things did not end there.

Since they were stopping them from getting a female model, both the men wouldn't give up on their initial intention of doing. And just as she guessed, everything went perfectly well and in the last moment, she got the news of Jasmine's accident.

No matter how smart they were, men were in the end just men whould underestimate their competitor. So, both the masterminds who could ace up anything with their super brains lagged behind when Lisa beat them in their own game.
