He would learn sign language as soon as he could, until then he's carring around a little notebook and pen for you everywhere. Constantly. Always.
He'd spend hours watcging videos of deaf-tok to see how to get your attention without scaring you, what annoys you about being deaf ect.
Since you couldn't talk, he would translate for you, no questions needed. If your calling someone a dickhead, he's saying that to their face on your behalf.
Your condition would not change if or when he would catch feelings for you. Communicating through writings notes to eachother he would find cute and romantic.
Speaking of romantic, this man is making you poem after poem because "if you can't hear me say 'I love you' I'll just have to write it for you."

Have you ever wanted your very own attack dog? Great! He's your rottweiler now.
This man would get protective over you, fast. You couldn't hear him being loud or mean, so you wouldn't really react like he's a wild animal. You treated kindly, and now he's protecting you. You don't have a choice in the matter.
He's pretty stubborn and would most likely play charades to see what you wanted instead of being smart and asking you to write it down.
I see him slowly learning sign language but he's a bit bitter about only having three fingers.
He definitely learns the curse words first and enjoys cussing out his brothers in sign- not realizing donnie can understand him.

I personally head cannon he already knows sign, if anything he's paranoid and probably knows Morse code, ceaser cyper and much more.
He would be intrigued by what caused your disability and would probably research it to high hell to see if he can reverse it.
If he cant, then he'll just take it into his own hands to translate you to his brothers.
If you have an implant to help you hear, he's building you a better peice to not only help you hear, but pick up radio waves and other science-y bullshit.

Really wouldn't care all that much. Your still a fun person, so what if you can't hear or talk? The only crime here is not being able to hear his awesome jokes!
He'd probably pick up sign fairly quickly, but would mess up on purpose to get a laugh out of you.
He treats you like everyone else, he'd be annoying and would sign bad jokes or awful naming.
He'd be a better communicater with sign I think because of the focus needed to actually hold conversation with sign.
Again, not much would change because to him- your not really different than everyone else.
