32: Between Maybes and Friends

Opposite attracts
Unexpected turn of events
She's closer than a mile
Yet he's doubting ,
He's wary of the consequences.

Each day is meaningful
When she's by his side
The gestures uncalled for
Creates bubbly emotions ,
Something greater than friends.

Adversities a challenge
Time is running out
But it keeps getting stronger
He doesn't want lose ,
In a game where at stakes are hearts.

She kinda reciprocates though
The feeling seems mutual
As she gave out some hints
She's patiently waiting since ,
But he's just utterly dense.

Is this gonna work?
Between maybes and friends?
Is it gonna rain or spring blooms
Fate is the culprit ,
Romance? maybe? ; it depends on them...
