(Y/N L/N, also known as The Arbiter, used to be the first Power Ranger to ever exist, but when his world was slowly being destroyed, he blamed Zordon for picking unprepared individuals to fight powerful threats, and ended up destroying him. Since then, he traveled from universe to universe defeating each Power Ranger and taking their powers as he considered them unworthy of them. And now that he defeated all of the Power Rangers, he decided to go to a world where there are no "Rangers". That's the start of a new chapter for "The Arbiter".)
(In Gotham, everything seems to be normal, except for one thing. Catman is robbing a bank, and suddenly someone punches his face. It's none other than The Arbiter.)

Catman: (gets up) Ugh! Who are you?
Arbiter: Your worst nightmare!
Catman: RRRAAAAAARGH!
(Catman scratches The Arbiter's armor, but it regenerates.)
Arbiter: My turn.
(Arbiter then gives several punches and kicks on Catman before drawing his sword and giving several cuts on his legs arms and chest.)
Arbiter: I could have killed you already if I wanted... but where would be the fun?
Catman: You... monster... you're supposed... to be...
Arbiter: A hero? Who said I'm a hero? Yeah, I'm a monster, but so are you.
(He then grabs Catman in the collar.)
Arbiter: The difference is that likes of you are born as such... (punches Catman) but I... (prepares to behead him) was created!
????: ARBITER!
(Arbiter turns to see the Dynamic Duo: Batman and Robin.)

Batman: Let him go, Arbiter!
Robin: Or face the wrath of the Dynamic Duo.
Arbiter: More like the Unworthy Duo.
(He then slams Catman against the wall before getting in his battle stance.)
Arbiter: Bring it on!
(Batman and Robin throw their boomerangs at The Arbiter, who creates a forcefield, shielding himself before teleporting.)
Robin: Where did he go?
(Suddenly The Arbiter appears in front of then and brings them down with a spinning kick.)
Arbiter: Stay out of my way next time, or I won't be so merciful.
(The Arbiter teleports off, and then Batman and Robin get up.)
Robin: He's really good.
Batman: We have to stop him...
(That's how Batman met his match. Nobody will stop the Arbiter.)
