Y/n was now Seventeen, and alone, the Jedi council had put him on suspension and forbade him from leaving the temple until further notice which made him feel guilty for Obi Wan who was fighting everyday for him now, Anakin would send him meals everyday that Padme had prepared for him, he felt Y/n and himself was incredibly responsible for Ahsoka leaving, but what hurt the most for Y/n was even after he told her he loves her she walked away without a word

Y/n spent his birthday alone for the first time in years and remained inside his room meanwhile Obi Wan had come up with a way for Y/n so he could leave the temple, with the help from Anakin, Rex and Fives they managed to put him under Anakin's care while he is set for Ringo Vinda where a battle is taking place, It didn't take long for Y/n to pack as he had nothing to pack but the travel felt horrible

On the ship Anakin remained quite unable to speak about what happened as Y/n didn't want to talk about it and with Ahsoka gone Anakin felt compelled to spend as much time with his younger brother but for the moment all he could do was be there for him in these trying times

The two worked in the hanger on their two Jedi Starfighters while in hyperspace and while Anakin was working on his Y/n sat down next to the ship with a wave of sadness falling over him

Y/n: You must hate me right now.....

Anakin: No more than usual, what's this about?

Anakin laughed quietly

Y/n: You told me not to be with Ahsoka, and now, she's gone, and I'm the laughing stock of the order

Anakin slowly stood up from his ship and sat next to Y/n pulling him in a small hug which doesn't happen often but they normally show their love through banter

Anakin: I don't blame you, I blame myself for not helping earlier when you both needed my help, instead of trusting your instincts I immediately thought you were to emotional to think straight, I was wrong, and I don't plan on making that mistake again, it's you and me to the end now

Y/n felt a bit of security when Anakin spoke, but it didn't help him be rid of his pain of losing the love of his life, Y/n looked down at the floor and sighed before speaking again

Y/n: How do I go on without her, I lost so much in a day, and now I don't know what Meetra and Kai think of me

Anakin: From what I can tell you, they are trying to petition for the council to rescind their final judgment, Obi Wan and a few of the other council members such as Plo and Fisto have put their names forward

Y/n was surprised that they all still trust him after all what happened with the trial and his outburst but in some ways he feels that he should just be left at the temple alone, with one final pat on the back Anakin stood up and returned to the underbelly of the fighter

Anakin: Come on, these aren't going to repair themselves

Y/n nods and smiles for the first time in a while and helps his brother finish off the ship before they exit hyperspace unknown of what is about to begin

Anakin: Push forward!

Tup: Stay to my left.

Y/n: Fives! Watch out!

Y/n quickly deflected an incoming blaster bolt heading towards Fives

Fives: Thanks, brother, I owe you one.

Y/n: You owe me a lot more than one.

Anakin: Tighten our flank!

Rex: Shields up!

Clones: Yes, sir!

Anakin: Don't get too comfortable.
This battle hasn't been won yet.

Y/n: Second wave incoming!!
