The wounds were not too hurt than before. I'd might be dead if these kids didn't save me. My comm link was broke. I couldn't contact Rogers or Natasha. I had to repair it but it was hard to walk in this condition. I scanned the whole ranch with my eyes opened widely. It's not as big as the other ranch I've seen before. Then I realized something. My bow. Where's my bow?

"Hey, do you know where my bow is?" I asked them

"Oh, that bow? I hang it with the quiver near the door" said the girl

I sighed. Glad she brought it here. I thought that I lost my bow. I took something from my suit pocket. It's a picture. My family. I bet Rogers contacted Laura to tell her about me. She must be worrying about me.

"Is that your family?" the boy asked

"Yes. There's my wife, Laura. And my children, Cooper and Lila"

"You're lucky you still have a family" said the girl with a sad tone "They must be worrying about you now"

I felt sad for these children. They're orphans and they don't have any money to buy foods and clothing. This girl, Ravine. She must be hunting for foods with her wooden bow that she aimed at me. I thought. The bow and her skill made them survived until this day.

The comm link beeped. It was not totally broke. Then strange sounds came out from the comm link

"Barton-" I heard my name

"Rogers is that you? Rogers!" I shouted to the comm link. The kids kept watching me

"Bart-do-copy?"

"Yes, I'm here! Track my coordinates, hurry! Before the comm link-" Too late. The comm link died. Dang.

"You kids have any tools to fix this thing? Like screwdriver or soldering tool?"

The shook their head. Sighed, I couldn't go back to the headquarters now. I tried to stood up. It hurts but I have to go back to find the city.

"No, don't move! Your wounds can't be healed if you keep moving. You will be healed in 2 hours"

"What? 2 hours? It's impossible! I'll be totally healed for at least a week. And I don't have time to lay down here for a week! I need to find the city"

"Please, Clint just don't move. You'll be fine in 2 hours. I promise. Riley's good at aiding"

"What? Do you mean that your brother have a skill to heal someone's wounds?" I shouted at Ravine

"He healed my burns just in no time!" Ravine shouted back at me. The ranch filled with silence in a sudden.

"Please just believe" she begged me.

It took time to understood what she was saying. I sighed.

"Alright. 2 hours." I said. They both sighed and smiled.

Waiting for 2 hours was like waiting for 2 months if you didn't do anything except watching the ranch's ceiling. The sun was going down. The orange colour from the sunshine shone the whole ranch. It was 4 PM and maybe Riley could remove the plasters from my wounds.

"Hey kids! Can I remove this annoying plasters?" I asked them. They were sitting in front of the ranch watching the sun goes down. Then, they turned to my direction and rushed to me.

"Let me remove the plasters" said Riley

"No, I can do it by myself"

Riley shook his head. "No. There's something I should do before remove your plasters"

Riley touched the wounds and he closed his eyes. I didn't know what he was doing but I felt something warm. Like an energy. He opened his eyes and removed the plasters. It's clean. No scars. No blood. I tried to move my hip. I don't feel anything. I was healed.

"What the heck have you done to me?" I laughed. "It's amazing!" I stood up and jumped.

"Thank you very much, Riley" I thanked him

"My pleasure, Clint" he said to me.

"Okay. Now what should we eat tonight?" Ravine asked. It reminded me of something. I rushed to get my bow and my quiver.

"Want to hunt, kid?" I offered her to hunt

"What? No, I can hunt by myself!"

"Come on, I owe you. Let's hunt"

Ravine looked confused.

"Oh, come on. Show me what you've got with your bow!"
