Three days have passed since the extravagant wedding, but Vinod seems to be doing better these days while continuing to be lazy to get chores done. Since Sadhana came over to help with breakfast and with maintaining the house and everything else, Mahima has been waking him up more often. Women were expected to sit at home to do chores and take care of kids. These days men are doing jobs that women do so why can't women have the same authority to work in offices. There are women being doctors, engineers, business ladies and so many other careers. Girls rule the world these days.Women have power. They make up half of the workforce, they head up one-third of the households and their leadership styles are effective at driving profitability. Getting more women into power isn't just the right thing to do, it's simply good business.While men and women both see themselves at the top, women can visualize more obstacles along the way.Too many women quit without talking to someone. Like you did and I am very disappointed since I thought you were smarter. Don't make assumptions about what can or can't work without talking to someone for more information. This applies to you also Sadhana. Your Mummy and Papa educated you in the best schools, and colleges for your benefit and for you to gain an amazing future. You are like my daughter, Sadhana beti. If you want respect and you love your family then you must work and reach your ambitions. You have the right to dream. You are a very smart graduate, Sadhana. We love you and will continue to support you. Give me your response and decision by tomorrow. Okay?)"  Sadhana gave Raj a bear embrace. "I agree, Papa." She decided to go to work the following day after getting ready. Mahima performed pooja and presented sweets to Raj, who was overjoyed. She greeted everyone with a proud good morning as they all looked up at her. She was in charge of overseeing their team's project design, problem-solving, and software program optimization. She kept an eye on the applications, fixed problems, and examined all the patterns. She coordinated, planned, and oversaw every aspect involved in creating software. She was familiar with all the policies, procedures, and technical issues related to software programming.  She is also in charge of managing the activities of the software development team of a company or specific project.She set attainable goals for team members in order for the project to be finished on time, provided guidance to team members to encourage work productivity, make sure the timeline is followed by the software development group, managed multiple projects at once, ensured appropriate procedures and processes are followed when it comes to software development; represented the software department in meetings, participated in design control activities, monitored, evaluated and ensured the completion of tasks and projects, analyzes software requirements, implements design plans, reviews unit tests; documents software development and monitored status of developing software; writes, reviews and revises product requirements and specifications. She finally needs to participate in other areas of the software development process and provides technical support to other company personnel.
