"Nic, I want to finally get married, we've been together 10 years and I don't want to wait any longer to let the world know about us. Will you marry me?" Safaree said under his breath.
"Did you say something baby?" Nicki questioned him.
"Ummm no just Happy Anniversary."
Nicki turned to him and gave him a kiss.
"Happy 10th babe."
"I love you, Onika."
"Love you Faree."
"Are we going out to breakfast with Tak and Rika." Nicki asked him.
"Yeah whatever you want, call them and tell them to get ready."
"Alright, you wanna take a shower."
"I'll get in after you, I'm gonna lay down for a while."
"Okay," *kiss*
As soon as Nicki got in the shower Safaree jumped up.
Alright I gotta find that ring. He thought.
Safaree had given Nicki a ring when he first proposed when they first got together.
She just wasn't ready to get married yet. So he got her another one a better one before they came on this trip.
Safaree picked up his phone and called Sherika.
"Aye, Rika, can you do me a favor."
"What's up Safaree."
"I need you to ask Nicki some questions about marriage."
"Okay?? When?"
"Today take her out after breakfast, please. I want to propose to her again"
"Okay Safaree I'll tell you by 5, are you going to propose today?"
"Yeah, after dinner"
"Okay, I'll talk to her."
"Alright, thanks, see yall later"
"Okay" Safaree hangs up and lays back on the bed when he heard the shower cut off.
I am going to marry her before 2015. Safaree thought.
NICKI'S POV
I walked out the bathroom to see Safaree still laying in bed. I dropped my towel on the floor, he looked up at me and started smiling.
"What you looking at?" *smirks* I asked
"The best body in the world." I laughed when he said it
"You knewwww, I'm a boss ass bitch!"
"Your not a bitch tho" Safaree said calmly.
"I can be and when I am, I'm a boss ass bitch, babbyyyy" I did my signature laugh.
Safaree walked out the room laughing. And walked to the bathroom to shower.
*ring, ring, ring* I looked at the ringing phone it was Sherika, I picked it up.
"Hey girl" she said.
"Hey Rika, what's up"
"After breakfast we should go out shopping, okay?"
"Alright girl, y'all almost ready to go."
"Yeah we ready now."
"Alright come to our room, we almost ready."
"We on our way." *hangs up*
AFTER BREAKFAST
"You ready to go Rika."
"Mhmm girl, let's go."
"We'll see yall later." I said, Sherika kissed Tak and I kissed Safaree and we left.
SHERIKA'S POV
We got into the car and rode of to a boutique on a beach.
"So Nic, do you ever think you and SB will get married?"
"Where is that coming from?" She did a fake laugh.
"You two have been engaged for a while."
"I mean of course I believe we will get married-" I cut her off.
"How soon would you want to be married?"
"Umm I don't know, maybe one or two more years."
"How do you explain you and Safaree's relationship?"
"I don't explain it, everyone that needs to know about it, knows about it. Why are you asking all this?" She was getting defensive.
"Calm down, I'm just asking questions, what if you are asked in an interview."
"I'll say the same thing as always Rika. Why?"
"Because y'all have been engaged for 10 years and y'all still aren't married."
"Why does it matter, if we're still in love its fine."
"Alright, would you say to a guy that asked you out that your engaged, married, or dating"
"I would that I'm in a committed relationship."
"So you aren't ready to be married?"
"Yes I am, I just don't understand the point of these questions." Nicki said angrily.
"Okay Onika."
"Okay." We sat in silence for the rest of the car ride.
NICKI'S POV
I can't believe she just questioned me like that, what the fuck. Am I ready to get married? Yes I am, right? *sighs* I'll confirm our relationship soon enough. I decided to text Safaree and see how he felt about pur relationship.
>Hey baby, are you okay with our relationship?
Three minutes a text came through from him.
~Yeah babe of course I am
>Are you sure, do you mind that I haven't confirmed our relationship publicly yet.
It took a while for him to reply, I would see the typing bubble come up, then go down.
~Yeah I'm fine there no rush, we will confirm it when you're ready
>Are you sure?
~yes babe, I love you

*sighs* I know he didn't mean what he put in that text.
"Nicki what's wrong?" Sherika asked me
I showed her the messages, "Nic, what's so bad about these."
"It took him forever to type this stuff"
"Its okay Nicki, don't think to much about it."
"Maybe you're right."
SHERIKA'S POV
When Nicki got out the car to get something to eat I called Safaree.
"Yoo Rika what's up."
"Nicki is willing to get married in one to two years."
"Forreal oh shit! I'm proposing tonight."
"Wait, but she wasn't to clear about it"
"What'd she say?"
"She got defensive"
"But she wants to get married right?" He sounded depressed now.
"You should still propose, she can't say no *laughs*"
"Alright I will, tonight, can you take her out to get an outfit."
"Okay what time should we be back by?"
"Um 8:00 or 9:00, ttyl."
"Okay bye." I hung up the phone.
**3 hours later**
SAFAREE'S POV
Me and Tak were in suits we were ready to get this dinner started. Nicki just said she's on her way. Before she called Sherika texted me and said they got some nice, formal dresses. The chefs were on the patio ready to prepare dinner. I saw the car pull, I walked outside to open the doors all gentleman like.
"You look stunning"
"Thank you Safaree." Nicki and Sherika said at the same time.
"Follow me ladies." I walked them to the patio.
"Omg Faree this beautiful, did you put this all together." She covered her mouth.
She looked star strucked, surprised,happy, and ready to cry all at the same time.
