"Can you explain why did you push Matsuda-chan?" The teacher's stern voice echoed in the room.

The sun glared into the room through the opened window, frying your skin with its touch. The only thing that kept you cool was the fan, which was only blowing towards the teacher sitting on the chair with arms crossed. You could hear the other students' bickering from outside, yet you were here because you were accused of harming another student.

"...I didn't mean to," you mumbled, looking away so that you wouldn't meet his eyes.

"Don't give me these poor excuses," he scolded, the frown on his face deepening as he spoke, "she was lucky that it was only a nosebleed, you could've broken her nose if you pushed her harder."

Clutching the hem of your shirt, you could only glance at your bleeding knees. You already knew that he wouldn't listen, so there was no point to continue explaining.

At last, he let out a sigh at your silence, "if you apologize properly to Matsuda-chan, I can consider not giving you an infraction," he turned around to face his PC as he then announced, "you are dismissed."

"Thank you," you mumbled as you bowed, shutting the door quietly behind you as you left the room.

After walking down the hallways and making sure that you were far enough, you grumbled to yourself, "there's no way I'm going to apologize."

Though you did feel a little bad for doing it, just a little bit. You really didn't mean to cause an injury, you only wanted to stop her from treating another girl horribly. SIghing, you pushed open the door to the rooftop, narrowing your eyes to get used to the bright sun. As usual, no one was there, which is why you really like going to this place. No one to ask you to draw them and no one to borrow your stuff just to never return it. Just you and yourself. It's not like anyone would invite you to join them for lunch anyway. Besides, something out of the ordinary may or may not happen.

It didn't take long until a shadow cast from behind you, shielding you from the blazing sunlight, "(Name)."

You didn't even need to look up to know who the voice belonged to, "Geto-san," you sighed, "sorry, I didn't bring any candies for you."

"Hey, what about me?" An upside-down face lowered from above you to give you a pout.

"Gojo-San," you sighed again as you started back at him.

"What happened to Satoru nii-chan?" He grinned and said in a teasing tone.

"Satoru nii-chan," you responded like you were an AI with a programmed response.

Blinking at your lack of reaction, he straightened up and shared a look with Geto. Usually, you would push him away and wouldn't budge. Heck, you would even jump up in joy whenever you see them. But now you looked like an ice cream, slowly melting under the fiery sun.

"Did something happen?" Geto bent down to meet your eyes, concern lingering in his voice.

"I'll forgive you for not giving candies to me today," Gojo huffed as if he was annoyed, yet worry was evident behind his eyes.

"...it's nothing," you let out a noise that resembled a dying animal, laying on the ground like a fish waiting to be dried.

Upon hearing it, they fell silent. Even though Gojo doesn't have fully functional brain cells, he could tell that something was wrong. They exchanged a look again like a pair of worried parents, performing a cursed technique that only parents know when they want to figure out why their child is upset -- telepathy.
