It felt like I had been sleeping for years. I wouldn't mind, it got away from reality. And reality didn't include Peeta.

Because he was dead.

When I finally did wake up, I was in a white room I remembered from a few months ago. I was in my old hospital bed. I felt my arm for the IV and ripped it out of my arm. The machines beeped when I took off the sticky pads attached to my chest. I jumped out of the bed, wearing nothing but a sheet that stretched over my large, swollen belly.

The door opened and I ran to the other side of the room. I had to protect myself and my unborn baby. I didn't know why I was here, I was here against my will. Who knew what they could do to me?

"Miss Everdeen?" A nurse said.

"I'm married. I'm Ms. Everdeen-Mellark." I said as calmly as possible.

"....I'm so sorry miss." she said.

I screamed and cried. I lashed out at the doctors and nurses who came to get me back in bed. He was gone. He was really gone.

And it was all my fault.
