Darling you’re so lovely,
The society is the one that’s ugly.
There will come a time,
Where the mountains you’ll have to climb,
Will begin to grow much taller
And the universe will make it harder.
The more you’ll grow,
The more you’ll become low.
The nights will get longer,
But the pain will make you stronger
Darling you’re so beautiful,
The lies they will tell,
Will hurt you but do not dwell
For they are the ones that are fake,
For trying to make someone so beautiful break
Just remember the jealousy they must feel,
The things they spoke,
Surrounding you like smoke.
You might feel like you won’t ever heal.
But keep in mind,
There are many things you’ll find.
The love in this world is buried,
Among the blackened corners
Amongst the mourners,
Keep your eyes open
There is love throughout the world
Darling keep your eyes open for the beauty,
The sky
That you want to soar so high,
The ground,
Where your feet are bound,
The beauty in the sky is that we can not reach,
The ugly in the ground is that we are stuck like a leech.
There is light with in the darkness,
Follow the moon if you can not find the sun.
Keep your head up, never say you are done.
If you are hurting and don’t know what to do,
Remember the stars, the moon, the sun, all shine for you
