i stare at my exam, no one told me these things were so long. i look up and meet eyes with umbridge, i roll my eyes and look back down at my exam. my attention gets brought to the door when i hear faint banging, it happens again. umbridge walks towards the door pushing it open. a very small firework makes it's way into the room, breaking into even smaller ones.
all of a sudden OWLs are flying everywhere and fireworks are going off, i look up and see the twins laughing their arses off, they both shot me a wink before continuing their mischief. i make my way over to where harry and ron are before small sparks fly around our heads, all of us breaking into laughter. i haven't seen anyone laugh this much since the beginning of the year
"i cant wait to tell sirius and remus about this" i turn to ron who is staring in admiration
little sparks start to follow draco and his little boyfriends and i cant hold back my laughter. filch runs the room and he looks about ready to light the place on fire
"ready when you are" one of the twins shout, the other gave a thumbs up. soon a dragon made of fireworks appeared, it started following umbridge out the room. once in the hall, it closed on her and small sparks shot around breaking every single decree on that wall
everyone breaks out in cheers before running out after george and fred to the courtyard. ron drags me and harry out with him, they get lost in the crowd and i look down beside me to see professor flitwick doing a little victory fist
"i saw that professor" i laugh at the man
"you saw nothing miss l/n"
i drag a pretend zipper across my lips before breaking out in laughter with him
"y/n!" i hear hermione and i look to see her kneeling by harry whos on the ground
the only words leaving his mouth were "sirius"

harry, ron, hermione and i are running pretty fast up these moving stairs, i don't know how one of us hasnt slipped and died yet
"harry are you sure?" hermione asks
"i saw it" harry starts "it's just like mr weasley. it's the same door i've been seeing for months but i couldn't remember where i've seen it. sirius told me, voldemort was after something, something he didn't have the last time, and it's in the department of mysteries"
"harry please just listen" we all come to a stop at hermiones pleading "what if he meant for you to see this? what if he's only hurting sirius because he's trying to get to you?"
