Another's note || Hey everyone so this story is actually a au. Mystic falls high school and the Salvatore school have to go to the 3 week long summer camp together. Anyway I hope you enjoy.

Third person
It was summer in mystic falls which met summer camp most of the students were excited for Hope Mikaelson the one and only tribird going to stays for three weeks not only with all the vampires, werewolves, and witches but with humans as well. She didn't like socializing as it was so this was gonna be a hot mess. Landon Kirby the loner from mystic falls high was more then excited too go he had never been before and his current foster family said he could go so he packed his bags and then walked to where the bus was with his best friend Raf. "So you're so bummed to have to go aren't you?" Raf asked sarcastically knowing how excited Landon was. "Are you kidding me I can't wait." Landon said and before Raf could reply the buses pulled up one of them being the Salvatore school's bus. "Who are they?" Landon asked. "Oh that's the private school's bus. Didn't you hear we're camping out with them this year?" Landon nods. "Oh right. Well this should be..." Landon stops after seeing Hope get out of the bus he couldn't help but stare into her beautiful blue eyes remembering the night they had danced. "Landon!" Raf yells. "Hmm wait what?" Landon asked after snapping out of it. "You've been staring at that girl for three minutes straight it's starting to look weird." Raf said. "Oh right sorry.." Landon said slightly embarrassed hoping she didn't see him staring but she did. Hope saw him almost instantly after getting off the bus she wanted to go over and talk to him but she couldn't let herself get close to someone again.. after getting off the bus she was handed a paper that said which cabin she was staying and other stuff. And of course she ended up getting the same cabin as the Saltzman twins and wait Landon Kirby? She read it again confused so she asked Emma. "Hey Emma, I have a question is this right?" Hope asked. Emma nods. "Yes Hope you'll be staying with Lizzie, Josie, Mg, Landon Kirby, and Rafael." Emma said. "Also yes I know their boys but the cabins are all full so yeah. Anyway enjoy." Emma said before going to help another kid. Hope sighs before grabbing her bags and walking to the cabin. Landon was already in the cabin with Raf and Mg they were chatting about something as they fixed their beds and put their bags up. Hope then walks in with Lizzie and Josie. "Ooh yay we are roommates with boys! I won't be bored the whole time." Lizzie said before looking at them. "Really Lizzie?" Josie asked. "What it's true." Lizzie said as they also fixed up their beds. Hope rolled her eyes at the girls and does the same. "Now I think we should set some ground rules." Josie said. "Thank goddess." Hope said. Landon couldn't help but smile at the fact he got to bunk with Hope mikealson. "Your dad already made rules." Mg said before handing them the paper with the camp rules. Josie read them out loud before Lizzie spoke. "And also Hope try to to burn the whole camp down." She said. Hope rolled her eyes at the blonde. "Says the girl who throws knife." Hope snapped which made Lizzie shut up. "Wait what kind of school is the Salvatore school." Landon asked. "Oh it's for the supernatural." Mg said out loud forgetting they were just humans or were they? "Oh cool I'm a werewolf. Lan is a Phoenix well we think." Raf said. Hope then got interested because the boy she use to have a crush on well maybe still does wasn't human at all he was a rare species just like her. "You two aren't humans?" Josie asked she also seemed a little interested in both Landon and Raf but Landon couldn't keep his eyes off Hope. "Yes we aren't so you can talk about magic around us." Landon said before they heard a bell ring with meant it was time to go do the camp activities. They were out for about three hours before getting free time to do whatever they wanted. Hope didn't really want to talk to anyone or deal with Josie who was obviously starting to crush on Landon so she walked to the dock by the lake and sat down before staring at the water when she heard something behind her she then heard someone behind her and because she was so deep in thought she turns around and threw the person to the ground then she saw it was Landon. "Oh my gosh I'm so sorry." She said before helping him up. Landon chuckles but groans because of the pain from the impact. "It's okay, do you normally react like that?" He asked jokingly. "Um no I just was deep in thought and I don't know I think it was just reflexes. Anyway are you okay?" Hope asked feeling bad about hurting him. "Makes sense. And yes I'm okay  Hope." Landon said before looking at her "Mind if I join you?" He asked. Hope nods yes so Landon sat on the dock next to her he couldn't help but glance over at her which Hope definitely noticed she chuckles. "Mmm like what you see?" She asked sarcastically just to mess with him. Landon blushed getting embarrassed. "Oh um sorry." He stuttered. Hope couldn't help but giggle. "Landon I'm just messing with you." She said. "Oh okay good." Landon said before looking into her eyes as they got closer right before anything happened the bell rang which meant it was dinner time. "Oh I'm we should probably go." Landon said still slightly blushing. Hope was also blushing a little now. "Yeah good idea." Hope said before they got up and walked to the cafeteria.  Landon sat down at the table next to Raf, Mg, Josie, and Lizzie. After sitting he looks over at Hope who was confused on where to sit. "Hope come sit with us." Mg said noticing her. Hope nods before sitting down at the table with them. During dinner Josie tried more then once to flirt with Landon which was kinda upsetting Hope because she still had feelings for him. Landon on the other hand was very uncomfortable with the whole situation so instead he just stayed quick the whole time. After dinner was this camp dance thing which Hope wasn't interested in being at so instead she went back to the dock. The water was so beautiful underneath the light of the moon and stars she stood there smiling. Landon saw her walk off from the party and went to check on her. He walked up behind her and this time put his arms around her waist knowing exactly how she would react. Hope knew perfectly well who it was almost instantly after he walked up. She giggled before throwing him to the ground but gently this time. Landon chuckled and smirked before pulling her down as well. They laid on the ground laughing before Hope looks at Landon. "Do you know how to swim?" Hope asked. "Kinda as long as the water isn't deep. Why?" Landon asked. Hope didn't answer instead she jumped into the lake which wasn't that deep before pulling Landon in with her. Landon kinda started panicking a little he actually ended up holding onto Hope scared he would drown. Hope smiles before laughing "Landon just put your feet down." She said. Landon did and then realized the water wasn't actually deep at all and the could stand in it. Landon's heart was racing by this point. "Hope?" He asked. Hope smiled softly and looks at him. "Yes?" She asked as their faces got closer together. "I think I just want to kiss you." He whispered before their lips meet and they kissed. Landon rapped his arms around her as they kissed in the lake underneath the moonlight.
