Here we go again,
different man, the same old friend
Meeting you in a burning March,
Didn't think much but Hey, how's it's going
You liked that enough to keep it flowing
And then a river ran into the ocean
Confidences kept under two moons in different time
Nights rising to the sun
But we didn't even notice the night was gone

My moons in Pisces and you're a Gemini sun
I can't get the feeling of you out of my touch
Your twins kept me spinning all through the months
So why do you leave slowly in pieces
Taking all that you shared back like it's bad luck

My suns in Aries and you're all Air
We burn too hot together to go anywhere
Too fast, too deep, too much, too much
Going together like a house on fire
Going together like a house on fire
It's all I can do to keep a burning desire

But I do this all the time, patterns repeated under a different guise
Thinkin' it meant the same for you
Didn't you tell me "it was all for you"
Now you talk like I'm an errand on your list
Forgetting that our secrets are made of the same things
I keep seeing things that remind me of you
I wonder if it's the same for you then I remember not to be a fool

My moons in Pisces and you're a Gemini sun
I can't get the feeling of you out of my touch
Your twins kept me spinning all through the months
So why do you leave slowly in pieces
Taking all that you shared back like it's bad luck

My suns in Aries and you're all Air
We burn too hot together to go anywhere
Too fast, too deep, too much, too much
Going together like a house on fire
Going together like a house on fire
It's all I can do to keep a burning desire

House on fire, house on fire
Burn together like a house on fire
Think I forgot that burning houses never last
They burn to the ground or the water comes fast
I still don't know which ones for us
Maybe you'll burn while I swim to the past
I wish you the best I promise I'm not mad
I just wanted us to last
But I know you have other things planned
When you remember me,  don't think too much
Just know you were my favourite home.
