I'm going to a new school and all the kids there are the same kids I went with in Elementary School. They say in Middle School is when they start judging people. What do I do?

Well, I graduated Middle School this year so I know how it feels to be nervous about Six grade. Yes, people will judge you unfortunately, but it will also be really fun! Just some advice, when your alone in a class, sit with some random person who is also alone. Start talking to them and boom! You made a new friend! Try to stay out of drama and other people's business because that leads to more judging. Try to avoid 8th graders for now because they don't like 6th graders... well unless you two know each other then you can become friends! Last year, an 8th grader dated a 6th grader so that can happen too.
Hope you have a wonderful time in 6th grade! Enjoy it because the year goes by so fast. I wish I was a 6th grader, but I'm a freshman..*sight*
