Yoga/ Period tips

Me: * Has horrible cramps* I'll just search on Google how to get rid of them.

Google: Yoga is the best way to get rid of period cramps!

Me: ...... I can barely move. How the hell am I going to do yoga???

Anyways, if you want to get rid of those cramps here are some tips that help me.

- Walk around instead of lay in bed IF YOU CAN. It helps me, movement helps. It kind of hurts, but it helps afterwards.

- A warm towel or something on the pelvis or where you feel the cramps.

- Laughing so hard helps too! I learned that one day.

- Advil or anything that helps with pain. It helps a bit.
