The civilization is advanced in technology and magic, but they are plagued by a mysterious disease that threatens their existence. The archaeologist must team up with a group of rebels fighting against a tyrannical ruler who is exploiting the civilization's advanced technology for his own gain. The protagonist must learn the ways of this ancient civilization and find a way to cure the disease while also battling the ruler's forces and a growing threat from the outside world
