Forgiving yourself can often be harder than forgiving others. Forgiveness cannot be forced yet it can be encouraged. Depressed, deprived and disconnected are all words which can be used to describe the 17-year-old Nathan Sykes. He's depressed due to his past and consequently feels deprived of happiness and disconnected from the world. Nathan finds it hard to trust himself, fearing he will only hurt the people around him. After much convincing from his concerned sister Jess, he joins a counselling group. He must learn how to trust himself again whilst learning the steps to falling in love.
