In the Deep South, where there is still a sense of the frontier in the modern age, there is a town not yet too developed to have erased the lush forests and golden countryside but not too small for the civilized to have their disputes and issues within the myriad factions and inner circles. Still living in his hometown, Leo Dayes prefers the wilderness and the adventures it offers, yet he comes across a struggle long outdating the time when the first settlers set foot on the virgin land. He takes the matter upon himself but being a young boy still growing in knowledge and wisom, he can do so much.
