I had been granted the gift of hearing music in all its beauty, for music is truly magnificent in its way. Every melody holds a soul that is unable to see, yet can always be heard.

20 short poems written in English in 2016, for a PechaKucha performance: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZXa3PJwa7og . They were all inspired by my visual artworks. I looked at some of my drawings and paintings, and listened to the voices overflowing my mind in the process, in a dialogue between my drawing self and my writing self. I sing or speak these poems in improv performances that you can listen at https://soundcloud.com/mezzomonte 20 courts poèmes écrits en anglais en 2016 pour une performance PechaKucha: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZXa3PJwa7og. Ils ont tous été inspirés par mes travaux visuels. J'ai regardé mes dessins/peintures, et j'ai écouté les voix déborder de mon esprit au cours du processus, dans un dialogue entre mon côté illustrateur et mon côté écrivain. Cassandra Undone Some ghosts don't haunt rooms. They haunt skin, silence, and the brushstrokes left behind. Cassandra Villalobos once believed she had left the worst parts of her life behind-a controlling partner, a forgotten childhood, and the trauma buried beneath layers of paint. But when her reclusive world is shaken by a mysterious artist and a circle of radical creators, Cass finds herself pulled into a new world of expression, friendship, and slow-burning desire. As she dares to create again, Cass begins to untangle the threads of her past-the art tutor who violated her trust, the partner who weaponized her pain, and the voice inside her that was never quite silent, only suppressed. But just as she steps into her power, a betrayal upends her sense of safety, and a figure from her past returns with a chilling message: the price of healing is never paid in full. Set against the backdrop of underground art shows, late-night studios, and criminal undercurrents lurking at the edges of the city, Cassandra Undone is a haunting, lyrical journey through trauma, survival, and self-reclamation. Raw, intimate, and quietly defiant, this is the story of a woman unmaking the version of herself built to survive-and becoming the one brave enough to live.

Curious about art and don't know where to start? Join me as I learn about the major art movements from A-Z! There are indeed more than one in some letters (looking at you letter P) but sticking to one movement per letter (though I may add a section to include what other movements fall under that letter). Questions are answered on what is it? How did it originate? And I'll list some of the famous artists from around the world. Author's Note: This is actually supposed to be like an art picture book like you see in Art stores with each subject being it's own page with a relevant artwork (I plan to make a physical copy). I'll put a picture in the banner. ***Completed*** Constructive criticism appreciated. And if you know anything about creative commons law/copyright law, i'd love to ask you some questions!

The play blurs the line between reality and fantasist dreams as a young girl, known only as Dreamer, lives her life as an isolated observer; reflecting upon the people she watches during the day. Once night falls, however, she bends inwardly to her reality. It is left to the audience’s interpretation the details of this Dreamer’s life, including but not limited to: if these people she sees are connected to her, whether they are strangers, or whether are just a figment of her imagination. In addition to the question of these peoples’ identities that is left to interpretation, the legitimacy of what they say is also left to interpretation: meaning one could suppose to take what they say to be true, or that it is Dreamer’s recollection of what they say and has been warped by her own twisted emotions and state of mind. She is an anti-hero, and yet one discovers her characteristics are strikingly similar to our own.
