This is based off of my previous one-shot about Steve Rogers and Daniel Sousa both taking the Super Soldiers Serum. Warning: This is not Steve Rogers or St*ggy Friendly. While Rogers is off promoting the war in song, Sousa is off fighting for it; getting closer and closer with Agent Carter.

The year is 1926 in Brooklyn, New York. Gracie, the younger sister of Steve Rogers, and Steve moved to another neighbourhood in Brooklyn. A neighbourhood where Bucky Barnes lives too. The three of them become the best of friends, growing up together going through thick and thin. They go through childhood, puberty and their teens together, experiencing... ...well that is for you to read. I am planning on taking this story far and making it into a series. Probably in the second book they will be young adults. Ava Grace Rogers is my character (and a few minor ones). The other characters are owned by MARVEL as well as the storyline. The changes in the storyline are my ideas. The pictures used are not my own, except if I explicitly say otherwise.

"I won't hurt you," Bucky assured. He reached with his right hand and detached the metal device from his body swiftly - thanks Wakandan doctors. "See? No harm. I'm unarmed." The boy lets out a giggle and separates a bit from his sister. A ghost of a smile appears in Bucky's face. "Wanna hold it?" Steve squeezed Bucky's shoulders gently, not flinching when the metal one didn't move. Steve smiled warmly at Bucky, his eyes watery and his chest clenched with love towards the brunette in front of him. "I'm so proud of you." Or the one in which Bucky talks to children in a grocery store while Steve observes his boyfriend from afar.

After civil war Steve, Bucky and the members of Team Cap are hidden in T'challa's base. Despite having The Winter Soldier mostly taken from him by Wanda, Bucky is riddled with nightmares, flashbacks and guilt. All Steve wants to do is help in any way he can. And all Bucky wants is a normal life, but that's hard when you're a wanted assassin for Hydra. (May turn into a Stucky fic, I feel like it will happen)

"Come on, Steven." My mom says "I'm sure they're very nice people." "Okay.." I mumble, trudging up their front door steps. As my mom knocks, I stand right behind her so I'm hidden.
