Set in a post apocalyptic Earth, one of the remaining cities is being ruled by a tyranical government. The government is fighting both an external and internal battle. Outside the walls, beasts hound the city and inside, a mysterious cult operates, wrecking havoc in the city. Now only a few kids can save this city from destruction.
