In the grim future where war seems inevitable, the American Government has taken over the the Western Hemisphere and attempts to obtain more of an upper hand through creating the perfect soldier. Out of the millions of children used as subjects to create the ultimate soldier, only four were able to survive the the brutal experiments and tests. Their survival did not go without the scientists' intended side affects which the four now call their powers. With these new found abilities, the four were finally able to escape, but unfortunately capturing one of them.
