When she smiled then that's when I noticed that she has a tooth missing.
"I miss you way more but I see you lost a tooth, huh? What did the tooth fairy give you mama?" I said walking to the car
"Moneyyyy" She said excited
"Yoo girl like you got money so you finna give mommy sum of that" I said smiling
Once I got to the car and buckled her into her car seat while she was talking about things. I just watched her talk and talk like Nene is her damn daddy's twin like look nothing like me at all. It's sad that Nene has to go back and forth to our house cuz of her parents who can't get their own shit together.
As I finished making sure that she was in the car seat good then that's when a car that I never seen before pulled up on us. I quickly closed the door and locked it behind me while standing in front fo the door. I had my taser in my hand ready to light sum of these bitches the hell up now but once I noticed who it was then that's when my body language quickly changed.
"Bryson what the hell is wrong with you bro?" I said punching him
"AYYYEE chill with dat shit like I can't pop up on my girls damn" He said looking at me
One thing bout him like he's going to find my location every second of that day chile.
That's when I unlocked the door to open it for him to see Nene while they were in their own lil world then something told me to look towards his car to notice that it was a female in the passenger seat watching us.
"You ask yo mama if I can spend the night with you lovebug cuz she mean to me and sh-... I mean stuff" Bryson said smiling
"Mommy? Can daddy and I have a sleepover pleaseeeee?" Chanel said looking at me
I looked at him and shook my head like he gets on my damn nerves bro.
"Yes mama but he's your guest so yo ugly ass daddy gon stay with you so make sure he cleans up after himself or that's his butt and I will kick him out too" I said looking at her
"YAYAYAY SLEEPPOVVERRRR" Nene said loudly
"That's not the only thing that Imma be cleaning up tonight, huh" Bryson said quietly

"Oh nah shordy like we gon talk bout what type of business that is later but let me get going and shit" Bryson said walking to his car

I laughed and exited out of our messages then placed my phone back in the cup holder while I pulled out of the garage that was close to the airport since Chanel was with her grandfather for the week.
As I was driving, that's when I completely zoned out now you're probably wondering if Keisha and I are good and the answer is that I honestly don't even know like I tried to text her along with calling her multiple times and shit but I was getting sent to voicemail. Now I don't have time for this phone and text tag bullshit like If shordy wanna act different cuz I won't go after that bitch then she can like I don't care to that point where I stopped giving a fuck, to be honest.
I got more important shit and people that I can care more about than someone who is catching a whole attitude over sum dumb shit right now like we are adults bro. Now you are older than me and throwing a damn tantrum like grow the hell up, love.
I completely understand where she's coming from but I want to be hundred percent sure that bitch had hired people to get rid of me like why go after someone who have never threatened you once like make that make sense shordy.
While I was zoned out, that's when I came back to reality due to my phone ringing then I grabbed it to look at the caller id now ain't this shit crazy as hell. Speaking of the damn devil now she wanna call me and shit after days later now the old Aaliyah would have ignored it and kept this petty ass bullshit going but this new Aaliyah is going to act mature right now. Once I answered it now it was quiet like all I could hear is her breathing through the phone.
"Are you going to fucking talk or act like a damn weirdo?" I said shaking my head
"Bitch you not gon talk to me like that anyway but what are you doing hoe?" Keisha loudly
I rolled my eyes at her.
"Nahh so you ignore me for days when I was trying to call you multiple times now you wanna fucking call me like fuck outta here bro?" I said shaking my head
I looked in the rearview mirror to see Chanel knocked the hell out in her car seat right now.
"Aaliyah, I am sorry for my action and acting the way that I did that day now I understand if you wanna find enough of information on her tho so do you forgive me tho?" Keisha said sighing
"Why should I fucking forgive yo ass" I said driving
"Because you love me and you are looking like a baddie with them shades on" She said laughing a lil
My eyes went big now that's when I started looking around to see where this stupid hoe was at right now. When I looked to my right past a couple of cars then we finally made eye contact with each other and I flicked her off while she blew me a kiss.
"You one ugly ass bitch" I said looking at her
"Yo babydaddy is dirty hoe" She said winking at me
I flicked her off again.
"Meet me at my house hoe" I said hanging up
1 hour later
"So you are telling me that his ugly ass bought his lil girlfriend with him to check up on you and Nene like I know you fucking lying now" Keisha said looking at me
"Yeah like that's why we are here cuz he's invited us for a family gathering at his place and shit" I said pulling into the driveway
"Oh bitch now I know sum shit finna pop off at this family gathering and I'm gon have front row tickets to this hoe" Keisha said laughing
I shook my head at her because this girl is nothing but crazy and messy as hell.
Once I parked the car, that's when I got out of the car to walk over towards Chanel's side of the car and unbuckled her. As I was getting her out then Chanel started waking up from her nap and her eyes went to me with a smile on her face.
"You have a good nap mama?" I said smiling
"Yes mommy" Chanel said looking at me
I grabbed her out of her car seat and grabbed her bag then closed the door behind me. Chanel didn't know Keish was in the car with us due to her being sleep the whole time. That's when Chanel saw Keisha get out of the car then she started getting excited to see her godmom.
"KEKEKEKE" She said loudly
"Hey Ms.Baddie now how as that nap of yours my sweet pumpkin?" Keisha said playing with Nene
Keisha grabbed Chanel along with her bag from me and began walking off with her while they were having a whole conversation. I went back on the driver side to grab my purse then closed and lock the door behind me. I know there will be sum bullshit that's finna happen today so I might as well get ready for the shit now. I took a deep breath before walking towards the front door.
When I knocked on the front door then I was welcomed by the person that helped me get through those nights where I felt like giving up and leaving this world, to be honest. The only person that I know would keep those deep and dark secret that was running through my mind every night. This person is like a second mother to me even when I didn't have that mom figure growing up after my mom passed away. She told me so many advice that I needed to hear and was there when I needed someone to cry even open up to about things. Without her, I would been a lost person in this cruel world honestly. I always will appreciate her no matter what, to be honest.
"My babygirl" She said wiping my tears
She pulled me into a deep most needed hug now we just stood there hugging each other while the tears ran down both of our faces. You just don't know how much I truly appreciate this woman for always being here for me during my good and bad days now.
That's when she pulled me away to smile while wiping her tears that fall down her face away before talking to us.
"Go catch up with everyone now I know they really miss you and not that new hoe" She said shaking her head
"Mama stop being messy now" I said laughing

She walked off to talk to some of other people that were here. I just stood there looking at everyone who was currently here just having a good time no drama or nothing. While I was standing there, that's when someone came up behind me and scared me.

Now I already know some of you guys are probably wondering who the fuck is Jaybe while he was part of the old gang with Bryson, Me, Arianna and Him back in high school before the real world hit us all and went our own separate ways after graduation. Now the four of us was nothing but troublemakers which was sad but after graduation, I went into the music industry along with Bryson but we are signed under different music labels. For Arianna, she went into the fashion and makeup industry now Jaybee went away to play for the Lakers now but we fall outta contact with each other, to be honest. I haven't heard from Jaybee or should I say none of us heard from him before the whole war with King and them.
my car accident before Chanel was born which has been a hot ass minute now.
"What the hell you doing here nigga?" I said crossing my arms
"Well my team has a game in two days and Bryson hit me up to pull up and shit but I could say the fucking same bout you and shit. I'm still waiting for a new song and album like where that bitch at forreal? Also, how's life been treating you and shit?" He said smiling
"Jay now it's alot like A FUCKING LOT that has happened after that whole war shit now you probably saw sum of that shit on social media" I said looking at him
"Nahh like I don't keep up with that social media bullshit nowadays" He said shaking his head
"Since everyone seems busy and shit maybe we could go talk outside on the front porch since no one is out there" I said looking at everyone
"Let's go cuz I know you bout to tell me a whole fucking book bout the shit that has happened in the last 4 years and shit" He said laughing
I shook my head at him.

I turned around to see who it was til my eyes went towards Bryson who was walking towards us and he looked at us for a second before speaking to me.
"I see you made it and shit but where y'all finna go?" Bryson said looking at me
"Well Jaybee and I finna go catch up since I haven't seen him in bout 4 years, Bryson" I said looking at him
"Now you ain't gon say hey or nothing to anyone else here, huh?" He said crossing his arms
I honestly don't know why Bryson is catching a whole attitude but he need to go back to where he just came from then return with a much better attitude because the next person that give me sum type of attitude is getting punched dead in their shit and that's on my mama too.
"First of all Bryson, I can come visit everyone any fucking time when I come down here to drop Chanel off and shit. Now like I said before I haven't seen Jaybee in 4 years like drop the fucking attitude because you got the right idea but the wrong bitch right now so go back over there with yo new bitch wait let me fucking change that... YO NEW REPLACEMENT" I said shaking my head
I walked away with Jaybee following while leaving Bryson standing there looking completely stupid in front of his people. Now that must be very embarrassing to be in that position right now like how you gon come check me bout sum shit.
"What's up with him?" Jaybee said confused
"Honestly now I don't know and could careless right now" I said sitting down
"So you gon talk yo shit or Imma have to drag that shit outta you, huh?" Jaybee said looking at me
I turned towards him before I could even start talking then that's when the tears started falling down my face right now.
"Let me start from the beginning after graduation even through you already know what happened after we all graduated high school. While I was in the music industry, that's when I met a good friend which her name is Keisha known as Megan Thee Stallion now she has had my back through all this bullshit that has been happening these past couple of months. Bryson and I got back into contact somehow then I got pregnant but I didn't even know that I was pregnant with our daughter then Bryson proposed to me where he first asked me to be his girlfriend and shit. Now 4 years later, I honestly thought my marriage was going to be like those Happily Ever After shows that they would show on HBO but I was wrong. While Chanel was like maybe 2 or 3 years old then I told Bryson that he could go back to making music because I know that's what he always wanted to do and shit. After he went back then shit started to go left while he was on tour going to city to city then Bryson would cheat on me with two different females and when social media bought it to the light about the situation. I asked him bout it because I had that gut feeling so he told me that it wasn't true and they were just trying to break us up so my dumbass believed him. It was at least 3 different females from different cities but this one here hurt me to the cord now so he was at the studio and shit til one of the females that is signed under the same label as him made a move on him and he didn't not once stop her at all. Now the only way that I caught him cheating was due to that hickey that bitch gave him. We got into an argument and shit then he left without telling me where he was going at all. That's when he finally realized that he arrived at Arianna house for advice and only that but that bitch drugged him and fucked him too. I went over to her house one day with Keisha and caught both of them fucking each other with my own eyes too. I left New York and moved to New Jersey with my daughter along with Keisha. Now I divorced him cuz I was honestly just tired of getting hurt and damaged by the person who claimed they love me and shit. So Arianna is pregnant but Bryson made her take a DNA test to find out the baby is not his cuz shit would have really pop the fuck off in the bitch. Also, someone just tried to get rid of me a couple of weeks like I almost died due to them shooting me in my chest and rib so I am kinda surprised that I am even still living after all that. I found out that Bryson is with someone else cuz Bully told me the reason why Bryson was going back and forth to Chicago was to handle sum business but I honestly don't care anymore at all... Now that's how life been treating me so far" I said smiling
"Damn Liyah" Jaybee said hugging me
Without us even know. there was a hurt and upset Bryson standing there at the front door who heard everything that I just said to Jaybee then he walked away somewhere else in the house.
"Look Aaliyah now I wish I was there for you while you were going through this type of pain but I wasn't there so I failed you. For Bryson now what he did was really fucked up and he will realized soon what he has lost and the fact that he will never get a beautiful soul like you back" He said looking at me
We both looked at each other eyes taking in all of the pain and betrayal that we have had over the last couple of years. That's when Jaybee moved into kiss me then I quickly gave in like I don't know why someone was telling me that this was wrong but right at the same time. While we were in our own world which got cut short due to Keisha calling our names.
"AALIY-...... oop now I know YOU are fucking lying to me, huh?" Keisha said smirking
We pulled apart from each other quickly and moved away from each other then looked at Keisha who had a smirk on her face while looking at us.
"So this must be the famous basketball player, Jaybee?" She said looking at him
"And this must be the famous Megan Thee Stallion with da good knees, huh?" He said smiling
"Nigga now you are fucking lying to me but yes that's me and it's nice to meet you for once chilee. Anyway, I came out here to get y'all cuz it's time to eat but just know that y'all lil secret is safe with me now" She said winking at me
I shook my head while Jaybee chuckled.
"Ladies first" Jaybee said smiling
