" Can you at least tell us, where we're going? " Tommy asked with a heavy sigh as he lazily followed from behind while flailing his arms around.
The guys had been walking for half an hour currently, and Tommy was the only one who had No idea where they were headed. And to his unfortunate, No one was paying attention to his complains as they were all seperated in to small groups. Eret and Dream walking side by side while having a small conversation, with Wilbur and Technoblade silently enjoying the silence from the side and far away from the others. Tommy's frown deepened as he gets more irritated of everyone.
A scoff escaped his lips before turning in to cold air as they all soon was met with a sudden change of temperature. Tommy shivered badly and burried his lips in to the thin, red scarf wrapped around his neck before blowing warm air in to it. Unfortunately, the place was too cold for such a small amount of heat to provide warmth for himself. With shaky hands, he managed to grab something from the backpack he carries. The corner of his thin lips tugged in to a small smile as he holds on to the item that could provide heat not just for him, but for everyone.
As soon as the flint and steel touched, a sudden spark appeared in between the two objects but the wind blowed it all away with one gush. He frowned and attempted for the second try, but yet again, the same happened. Not wanting to give up, Tommy applied even more force in to his hands and gritted his teeth in annoyance.
Suddenly, he was surprised by a sudden sound. " Fuck- " He whispered under his breath after accidentally losing grip of the flint and steel. The object bounced around in the air from his hands as Tommy desperately tried to catch it, but a sudden heavy blow of wind set it aflame. He immediately stepped away from it, watching the ball of fire falling down to what he thought was the ground, but instead was the wooden body of a huge Tower.
He gasped out loudly, watching the flame engulf the wood. In just a blink of an eye, hungry flames had devoured most of its wooden body. The glowing embers leaped and twirled in a fiery dance, twinkling like stars in the hot swirling air before cascading to earth like gleeful fire fiends. With the fast wind, it pushed through the fire, spreading it even more all over the tower. Crackling and burning wood started to fall off the tower, blocking most of Tommy's way.
" Wait! " He screamed before it all soon errupted in to a fit of violent coughs. His knees started to give up as he slowly pulls himself back, with his arm on his lips and nose to use as a mask from the smoke that burned his lungs inside.
Technoblade immediately was halt to a stop, sniffing the air gently when a faint smell of burning wood entered his sense. With a harsh turn, his eyes widened at the sight of falling fiery wood with a visible figure by the end of the road behind. Wilbur caught the same smell with widened eyes. He immediately turned around and ran towards the way back, where Tommy could be seen struggling to find a way back to them with all the falling objects blocking his path.
" What happened?! " Techno yelled as he scrambled for something that could possibly be of help for Tommy.
" i dropped the flint and steel...! " A distant voice responded along with coughs. Wilbur frowned and tried to find a way to retrieve him.
To their surprise, the sound of glass fragment breaking made everyone's eyes widen. Dream ran closer to the tower and looked up, watching violet particles exploding amongst the land before disappearing within the air. He stepped back and pulled out his axe as soon as a blury figure entered the scene with a gleeming sword equipped to his hand. The man slowly stood up from crouching, spinning his sword as his eyes shined bright under the darkness of his hood. Eventually, another appeared with a sudden ambush.
Technoblade stepped in and swiftly pulled out his sword, placing his palm on the other side of his precious sword and clashed with the enemy. This earned a scoff from the new face.
" Bad, who are they? " After a surprise from Techno, the chocolate haired man jumped back to the side of his friend and placed his blade to his shoulder, raising an eyebrow at the sight of the group.
" Dream? " The hooded man was put to a stop as he familiarized the painted mask. He slowly brought his sword to his front with a hesitant stance, the man named Skeppy following with a smirk to his face.
Bad ran towards Dream with the sword ready to hit but he was able to block his hit with the help of a sturdy shield. With Bad falling back, Skeppy followed in suit and jumped higher than anyone could before falling down with his blade directed to Dream's head. Technoblade pushed Dream out of the way and blocked the attack with his blade directing to his stomach, Skeppy fell down on the ground with his hand planted to his skin as he grips tightly to the wound. Techno rotated the sword in his hands, getting rid of the red drops tainted on the blade.
But with Skeppy's unmatchable fierce and energy, he pulled himself up and once again was in contact with Technoblade. He laughed out a mocking chuckle before turning around and used his elbow to hit him from the side, Techno knew this would happen and immediately ducked down to use his feet and dragged it towards Skeppy's feet. Skeppy's smirk never left as he jumped up in the air, avoiding his attack.
" Tommy! " Wilbur yelled from the background. Dream moved his eyes through the smoke, searching for any signs of a blonde when an Iron sword made its way to his face. He immediately blocked it with his arm, with Eret coming in next with his sword slashing on to Bad's leg, causing him to fall.
Dream sighed in relief and examined his arm, only to catch a glimpse of movement by the corner of his eye. He immediately turned his head towards it, for only to see vibrant blue deepening in to the forest with fast feet. Eret soon blocked his vision.
" Help Tommy but be careful, I saw two of them. " He warned with a serious gaze.
Dream didn't get the time to nod as soon as he heard heavy sounds of clashing by the other side and Tommy's call for help. He immediately pulled out a pearl and threw it, exchanging looks with Eret before dropping down beside Tommy who was inches away from his demise, if it wasn't for his shield that barely managed to block the brutal hit.
" Dream?! " Sapnap yelled in shock. His brown eyes widening as he frozes on his spot.
Dream turned around and signalled for the sword strapped on the belt by his waist. Tommy seemed to have noticed this and nodded. Dream quickly got back to action and swung his arm upward before harshly blowing his axe down to Sapnap's sword that was stuck to his shield. The diamond sword was instantly sent flying in to the air, leaving Sapnap defenseless. But behind him was though another enemy running from the side, surprising Dream who had forgotten Eret's warning. When a sight of white and red covered his vision. He looked up from the ground and watched Tommy holding the sword he gave him on both his hands, entangled with the other's sword, forming an X as he blocked it away from Dream.
" Dream, I'll take care of this. " Tommy groaned before ducking down and slidding in between Ant's legs before the enemy's blade could pierce through the ground he once touched. Dream inhaled a deep breath and turned to face Sapnap, who surprisingly already had equipped an axe made of powerful enchantments. Dream was now cautious of his moves, now that he sees more clearly of Sapnap's defense, knowing his was almost broken. He scanned the surrounding and realized that everyone of them had heavy armory.
Dream scoffed and raised his arms to his head, Sapnap's eyes widened and immediately stepped back, stumbling backward with Dream's axe right in between his feet.
" What are you doing?! " Sapnap asked in disbelief.
" I need to see Schlatt. " Dream breathed out, his chest moving up and down in a fast matter as he catches his breath. " I don't want to hurt you anymore, just stop this. "
He raised his chin. " I need to get to L'manburg. "
Despite his low voice, it scattered in to the area like the wind, passing through everyone's ears. Tommy turned his head to Dream, surprised to hear of his statement along with everyone else.
" You're looking for her, aren't you? " Sapnap grabbed his axe and used it to support himself, and stand up back to his feet.
Dream frowned, he then felt a surge of danger in his body, telling him to run but he never did. Sapnap had something to say, with her being included.
" Samantha, that girl, you're still looking for her when you already have...this. " He raised his arms, pointing at the power they now held.
" Sapnap, what are you talking about... "
" Love does blind people, huh? " Sapnap chuckled and gripped tightly on his axe. " You know, Dream, even the people you least expect, turns their back at you. Just like how I did to you back at the Forest, do you still remember finding both, me and George? What if I dare say...one of us lied. "
Dream took a step back, his heart beating rapidly.
" Tell Dream I'll come back, does it ring a bell? " He chuckles before raising his arms in a defensive way. " But listen, I only did this for you. Didn't you want all of this? Power? Chaos- "
" Sapnap, I found you passed out with a stab wound. "
" You work smarter, not harder. " Sapnap cuts him off instantly before appearing right in front of Dream with the end of his axe on top of his throat. " Now Dream, there's only one choice. "
" You're out of your mind, I don't understand. "
" I believe you already know of the room inside the cave. " Sapnap tilted his head, smirking menacingly at Dream. " Did you like the designs? "
Everyone had already stopped and was now observing the two as they volleyed heated words to each other.
" Accept it, Samantha's gone. Give up, surrender. "
Dream looked up, a smile that hid a scrambled of emotions, creeping up his face as the sight of a burning tower was seen from the corner of his eye. He clenched his jaw and deepend his stare in to Sapnap's eyes, giving him a glimpse of what's hidden behind the mask.
" Surrending isn't part of my vocabulary. " He stated one last time before raising his arm. Sapnap observed his moves, his eyes widening as a circular object with glowing eyes stared back at him on Dream's hand. Dream swiftly threw it towards the land and turned to his friend with an emptied look before disappearing in to nothing but air and the Ender Pearl's Violet Particles spreading on the grass like a wave of water after being splashed down to the ground.

i'm sorry about a few changes in the original storyline, i promise you it doesn't look that much of big change. i can reassure you that it all ends on how the smp was originally written.
