The Sugar Plum fairy gaurds a shimmering forest, the forest is the last place with vegetation before the north pole. A charitable ballerina in life, reborn as an immortal princess of sort of children's wishes. Her forest of evergreen trees have shimmering balls of light. They aren't ornaments but wishes. Everytime a child, or even adult, wishes on a star, a fountain and coin, or their birthday candles, their wish comes here. She will grant it if it is reasonable and would help someone not hurt someone.She protects the forest to keep the wishes from being crushed or stolen.
