I throw the groceries in the refrigerator, not even thinking about organizing them . The only thing on my mind is Daniel and how I wanted to kick his ass . I honestly thought about letting Von shoot him at that moment but I knew I couldn't say it out loud because he would really do it .
The fact that Daniel had the nerve to come at me like that for the second time made me furious . The amount of times me and Von could have had sex has been to many for him to just be assuming like that . Cause I could definitely make that shit happen!
"Ken what's wrong ?" Von asks me walking in the kitchen without a shirt on .
"Nothing " I lie shaking my head .
"That nigga davine did sumn huh ? " he asks grabbing the cosmic brownies I told him to put back earlier at the grocery store "I told you not to talk to him "
"I told you not to get these damn brownies " I mumble snatching them out his hands .

"Von please don't start right now I'm really not in the mood " I wave him off not feeling like arguing . I hear him sigh and then I feel two arms wrap around my waist . "Get off " I groan
"Stop " he says and I stop trying to push him off and lay my head back on his shoulders behind me . " stop letting him make you so mad Ken " he mumbles "he wears sweater vest like what the fuck " he says and I bust out laughing . He always knows how to make me smile .
"It's just he keep playing the victim and assuming we're together " I sigh
"Fuck it let him assume . " he shrugs "we know what we got going on " he says confidently . I turn around and look at him .
"And what is that ? " I ask him .
"Shiiitttt " he starts "sumnnn" he says and we start laughing .

Omniscient pov
Kennedy held Von as they set back on the couch watching love and basketball together . He stuffs his face with the snacks they got at the store and Kennedy couldn't help but to smile at him . Everything he did is so cute her . His cheeks when he chewed food , his laugh at the funny parts of the movie , and the way he looks at her to see if Shes still watching . It's was the little things .
"These Mufukas finna piss me the fuck off " Von huffs turning off the movie .
"Why ?" She laughs .
"Because they just staring at each other like some fucking weirdos , just go fuck damn " he rolls his eyes
"We did the same thing yesterday " she points out . He looks at her then shakes his head
"That's different " he gets up trying not to talk about it . He really wanted to tell Kennedy the truth on how he felt about her but he knew it would be purposeless. Especially since Durks coming home soon and shes already trying to move out anyway . He decided to just ride the wave until it stopped .
"Von do you know you have anger issues ? " she says following him into the bathroom .
"Do you know I dont give a fuck " he says
"Do you know you ugly as hell " she snaps starting their clowning battle again

She stops and rolls her eyes not being able to think of a comeback "ugh I hate you " she shakes her head

"I said IM finna go " he emphasizes. She looks at him confused . He always wanted her to go places with him .
"Ohhh kay where are you going ? " she asks
"Why you in my business ? " he asks her . She frowns her face and looks at him .
"You going to be with yo lil hoes huh? " she asks

I sit at the restaurant table waiting for Daniel to arrive . Since Von left I decided that I should sit down and talk to him after all . The only reason I haven't is because I thought me and Von were ... you know ... well I don't know but I know that's it was because of Von . But since he's going to run around with hoes I might as well hear what Daniel got to say .
"Sorry I'm late " he smiles holding out a bouquet of roses . I take them and sit them on the table .
"I knew you would come around baby , you look beautiful "
"Thanks " I say dryly . It got quiet and I just look away to another table .
"Look we have to talk - "
"Before you start , I just want you to know that as soon as you start assuming stuff im walking out " I say sternly . He nods his head and looks down .
"Can I asks questions ?" He says and I roll my eyes . Now I know why Von hates when I do this . It feels like I'm being interrogated.
"Two of them that's it " I tell him .
"You fucked him ? " he asks quickly . I snap my head up at him .
"No ! " I yell "I didn't . Did I want to at one point ? Hell yes still do but did I ? No . " I say . He shakes his head and frowns .
"Your fucking sad " he mumbles .
"I'm sad ? " I question
"Hell yeah , fucking with him knowing damn well he ain't shit . You just like your fucking mother . He ain't shit but a reflection of your Fa- "
I splash a glass of water in his face mid sentence and get up .
"Kennedy !" He grabs my arm "you walk away and be with this nigga , I'm done " he tells me . I snatch my arm away and walk off . He had some nerve bringing my parents into this ! I used to vent to him as a friend and he uses it against me . That's what I get for thinking he was real . Even though I'm mad at him I will never bring his personal life up in an argument . No matter how heated it got .

"Von are you serious ?" My big sister Kayla gasps

"No " I laugh "I just want to do something special for her , you know make her smile " I shrug . She looks at me like I got a gun to her head and she puts the palm of her hand on my forehead. "What the hell is you doing ? " I asks swating her hand away .

"Okay well old Von wouldn't be worrying about making just durks sister smile or buying her things " she says . She starts smirking and slaps my arm " you like her don't you ?"
