I woke up with L'as tight grip on me. I looked up and saw he was already up, on his phone. It wasn't early but it also wasn't late....well to me at least. It was around 10:30 am. This time my ass is still sleeping, Ian got no type of life so I just sleep all day, especially cause Mak don't let me go nowhere so it ain't much I can even do.
"Good morning."
He looked down at me, when I tell you guys when I looked into his eyes all I seen was pure love🥺. He looked back up at him phone.
"Good morning."
"You ok baby?"
He nodded his head.
"Why wouldn't I be?"
I shrugged.
"Ion know, just making sure."
I haven't seen him in like 2 weeks guys, I missed him so much.
"Whatcha doinnnn?"
I asked cause he seemed to be really in his phone.
"Nun I'm just checking dates and shit. Cause I'm supposed to go to a show with Durk."
"Awwww you gonna leave meeeee."
I whined cuddling into him more.
"Just for a day."
"That's still a whole 24 hours without youuuu tho."

Man ion even careeeeee. Like l'a been taking off doing his own thing in the hood and rapping at shit. And since he's rapping, everyone been tryna get a feature with him or shoot a vid with him. At this point he's beyond Chicago, different states is bumping his music and shit so now he's like.....known. Like I'm happy for him cause I know he's gonna make it out of Chicago like I'm proud of him but it's like most of his time and effort is going into his music. Like don't get me wrong, he makes time for me. He'll come see me here and there but like, I don't see him like that anymore...like the time he makes isn't enough for me. I'm not tryna sound selfish but I don't like it.
"I mean, I guess."
It's still long to me.
"You gonna have to get use to it. I mean imma be doing tours and shit. You know?"

Right as I finished my sentence, my phone started ringing. I picked it up and read the caller ID. Of course it was Mak. I sighed and answered. Y'all I swear as soon as I answer this nigga started yelling at me.
"Where you lil ugly hard headed ass at?! How dare you leave and not tell me where you was going, who you was gone be with and when you was coming back?! I should kick yo ass! Wtf is yo dumb ass?! Cause when I get my hands on you imma strangle yo ass. Who tf told you you could leave? I told yo ass to say tf home and you gone leave when I'm sleeping!"
I face palmed and sighed. L'a was there snickering and shit too.
"Mak, I'm with L'a."
"Girl ion give a damn who you with! Why tf couldn't he come here?"
"But you just asked- omg. Idkkkk ask him. Mak I'm with L'a what's the problem?"
"Yo ass left without telling me!"
"Okkkk my badddddd nigga!"
"I'm bout the tie ya ass to your bed and get a lock that locks from the outside."

With that he hung up. I looked up at l'a who was snickering the whole time. I got up off the bed and stretched. I then headed into the bathroom and did my hygiene and came out. I hopped back on the bed, this time straddling L'a. He put his phone down and held my waist. I noticed he had gotten new tattoos. He basically had half a sleeve on him right arm and a starting half sleeve on his left.
"Hmm, so you decided to get new tats. Who told yo ass you was allowed?"
He looked at me funny.
"I'm grown. I do as I please girl."
"Noooo you do what I allow you to do."
He looked at me like I was crazy. I started laughing cause we all know he really does do what he wants.
"Anyways so whats the plan today?"
I asked him.
"Just chilling with you I guess. Ion got nun to really do."
I noticed he got his dreads retwisted as I was playing in them and running my hands through.
"I wanna get my nose pierced."
"No. You fine just the way you is."
I squinted my eyes at him.
"Ohhhh so you can get new tattoos but I can't get a nose piercing?"
"Yep. That's exactly how it's gonna go."
"Oh hush. Imma still do it."
"You acting like I won't rip that shit out."
My mouth dropped.

Shit sounds painful af. His phone buzzed indicating he had got a message. I wonder who it's from.
"Dang who texting me now?"
He mumbled picking up his phone.
"Ofc he's Nina."
"Ouuu my sister in lawww! Tell her I said hiiiiii."
"Man ion know what imma do with y'all."
"Oh shut up, you love us."
I said smiling.
He rolled his eyes.
"She said hey."
"Baeeeeeeeee I'm hungryyyy."
"Ummm, well ain't nobody been here like that lately. So ain't no food here as of right nowww."
He stated.
"Uber eats?"
I said with a big ass smile on my face, hoping he'd give in. He looked at me for a quick second then back at his phone.
"Fineeee."
I got super hyped.
"Yayyyy."
He handed me his phone and I opened the app and ordered food for both of us. Then I started taking pictures in his phone.
"I gave you my phone to order food, not take 10,000 pictures."
He said taking it from me.
"Aww but I like taking pictures on your phoneeee."
"Whatever."
"Wait. Baeeeee."
He looked up at me for a minute.
"What you bouta ask me for now?"
How tf does he always know when I want something?😭
"Welllllll, it's kinda something expensive."
"How expensive Unika?"
At this point he was looking dead at me.
"Like iPhone 12 pro expensive."
I said pouting at him🥺.
"Nika your phone works perfectly fine."
"I meaaaaan, I know it does but I want it baeeeee. I'd buy it myself but-"
He cut me off before I could finish my sentence.
"Fine, I'll get it for you."
"Yay!"
Maybe this why they say I'm spoiled...oh well.
"Your food bouts come."
He said showing me the timer. They were 3 minutes away.
"Can you go get it for me?"
🥺 Ian wanna get up.
"Fine."
He said getting up and putting on some sweats and a shirt. Then he walked out the room. Sometimes I feel bad asking him for all this shit. Like I know he has the money which is why I guess he gets it for me but idk I feel like I ask for too much. I obviously love him with or without the money tho, that's my baby. Anyways I got off the bed and walked out the room. I noticed the door next to our room was decorated. It had "nothing less than a princess" in grey and pink. I opened the door and it was a decorated nursery. There were letters spelling out "Laniyah" right above the grey crib. I never knew that's what they were naming her. It looked like he had everything set up or almost. The nursery was beautiful, it looked like he actually put time and effort into putting this together.
I can't lie, it was beautiful.
"Babe I put the food-"
I turn around and seen L'a in the door way looking at me.
"What you doing in here?"
I just shook my head.
"It looks like you put a lot of work and effort into the nursery."
"Yea I mean, it's my first child. I want everything to be perfect and special for her."
"Well it's nice."
"Thank you. Anyways I put the food on the table."

Nika walked out the room, I guess to go downstairs and eat her food. I stayed in the room a little bit just thinking. When I tell you guys I can't wait to meet my baby girl man, I really can't. Just a couple more weeks to go. I walked out and closed the door and headed down stairs to the kitchen where nika was. She was already sitting at the table eating. I grabbed a seat across from here. She looked at me.
"You not gonna eat?"
She asked. I shook my head.
"Ian hungry."
"Welp, more for me."
She said as she started stuffing her face. Man Christmas was coming up in 2 weeks and I still don't know wtf she wants. I been soooo busy lately man. I mean I got her some shit but nothing much. Just some clothes and shit but like, idk what he wants man. Any of the guys I can just give money cause they don't really care too much for it but her, she's gonna want me to get her something. Imma just ask her, hopefully she don't ask me for Earth, the moon and the sun😑.
"What you want for Christmas?"
She looked up at me, then started thinking.

She said adding onto her sentence. I rolled my eyes and went and brought out the box. After 40 minutes of putting up the Christmas tree and nika arguing with me about how she wants it to look, we finally finished.

She said pulling me into the room and pushing me right on the bed. Mind you, we have a whole theatre in the house.

She turn off the lights and put on a movie. She chose a Christmas movie, than she came and laid on top of me. Me? I was gonna fall asleep and I knew it already, I was already feeling it too.

She said looking at me.

She said whining. This girl was really bout to start throwing a tantrum.

I kid you guys not, within like 10 minutes I was starting to dose off. I was tryinggg to stay up but first of all the movie she picked was boring as shit and mannnn, I always fall asleep during moviessss and on top of that we was in our bed.

I was this nigga as he was snoring in my damn face. Asked the nigga to watch a movie with me and he falls asleep. Notttt fair! He said he wasn't gonna fall asleep. I crossed my arms and pouted. Like why would he fall asleep? I decided to go scroll on ig. I had a new message in my dms so I decided to go see who it was. It was Jojo, the guy I met at the mall.

Me: oh um hey
Him: what you doin?
Me: I'm chilling at my house. Why what's up?
Him: nothing I mean, I'm tryna see you again.
Me: Jojo, I told you I have a nigga already.
Him: and? I'm not tryna do nun but be friends. Like come on ma, I can come pick you up. Just send the address.

I sat up and looked at him. My mouth dropped.
"Nah this why you not shit! I'm not even fat, yo ass don't be complaining when you be grabbing all this ass and hitting it from the back. So shut yo lil ugly ass up."
"I'm going back to sleep."
He turned over and pulled the covers over his head.
"Nooooooo I am bored!"
"Anddddddd? What that gotta do with me?"
"Aight mf remember that when you want something from me."
"Take yo ass to sleep."
"But Ian even tired."
"Well I ammmm."
"L'a man this why imma beat yo ass."
He replied by throwing a pillow at me.

I say throwing at back at him.

"It's only 1:30 you'll have the rest of the day with me."

As this lazy ass nigga went to sleep I just decided to watch a movie on Netflix.
