So I posted three chapters in one day and this one is a lot longer then the others so there may or may not be an update tomorrow :)
Edie's P.O.V
I'm really happy with how Lily's dress hunt turned out since we only had to go to one store to find 'the' dress.
When I got home Lily went straight back out again but this time with Dan so they could do some more planning no probably find a venue which will take them at least six hours with their picky personalities.
I walked down the hallway to phils door and knocked on it hoping he was home. Today would be very boring if no one was here.
The door freaked open and phils head popped out then once he realised it was me he opened the door fully.
"Hey Edie! Is Dan gone?" He looked so scared but in a playful way.
"Yeah, he left with Lily to do more planning and stuff, why were you hiding?"
"Well, Dan and I were looking at venues before you guys got back and we'll, he was going crazy because he couldn't find the right one. He went slightly crazy so I hid in here until he left" I just laughed at him and he pulled me into a hug.
"So what do you want to do today since the crazies are gone?" I said and he shrugged but then I think he had an idea since he started jumping around.
"Wanna build a fort?" He said excitedly and I was just as excited as he was. Since Dan and Lily were gone we could use extra furniture to make the fort bigger.
I held up a finger to tell phil to wait a second as I ran into Lily's room and grabbed a pencil and some paper so we could plan out this epic fort.
"Okay, I'm going to make a list of things we need before we start so we can get it up as quick as possible without having to find everything as we go along. Sound good?" He nodded and we laid next to each other on our stomachs on his bed and began to plan everything.
Once we made the plan we split it into sections so we each had a job to do to build the fort, my job was food and getting the blankets while phil moved his bedroom around to make more room.
We were going to have a blanket coming off of the ceiling and then connect it to all four walls so we could walk around and not accidentally break it by hitting our heads on it. We dropped the blankets so it made the area more snug and cozy.
I grabbed their clothes basket and filled it with bags of chips, malteasers, drinks and lollies and I carried it to the middle of the fort phil had already made look amazing.
"Oooo phil! We need fairy lights. Would Dan mind if I took his as well as the ones Lily has all over her room?" He shook his head and I ran into dans room, grabbed his lights and did the same with Lily's before I went back into phils room and started hanging them everywhere.
"This looks awesome phil!" We stood back to admire our work and high fived at how well it turned out.
Phil started pushing his bed towards the door so it blocked it so we could use the floor space when we eat food. The awesome thing is, when you open the door you can just roll over the bed and then onto the floor to get into the fort which is cool.
We moved the TV to the floor and made sure we had heaps of DVDs lined up to watch. We planned to get everything in the room so we didn't have to leave unless we needed to pee which in that case we would leave.
We had phils doona and Lily's doona on the floor which was surprisingly really comfy as well as most of the pillows from both rooms.
This was so beautiful and cute that I never want to leave. Phil and I turned to eachother at the same time and it was like we had a mind connection because at the same time we shouted "onsies!" And burst out laughing.
We left to get into our onsies which I left mine in Lily's room and I was thankful for not leaving it with pj.
Phil had a Pikachu onesie on and I ha day Totoro onesie on and it was funny how we both chose to wear anime inspired clothing.
Phil put a movie in the DVD player and when it popped up on the screen I saw that I was twilight. Really, twilight. I mean, I'm not complaining but I think he just put it on because it's fun to laugh at how dramatic it is.
We turned off the main bedroom light, closed the door and phil and I both turned on the fairly lights at the same time and they laid down huddled together under his doona and watched our first movie in the fort.
After watching all of the movies it was almost six in the afternoon and Lily and Dan were home. Dan knocked on the door and asked if we were watching twilight because even though we were being quite we forgot to mute the TV so it gave us away that we were home.
"Can we come in?" Lily said and me and phil laughed.
"If you know how to but you cannot stay for long as this fort is for queen Totoro and king pikachu only." Phil said and it made me face palm but that was just an excuse to hide my blushing face.
The door opened and Dan and Lily's heads popped in and their jaws dropped at how awesome our fort was.
"Did you by any chance teal the microwave?" Dan said and I looked at phil with a raised eyebrow.
"No, it was probably the sock goblins Dan, now leave us" phil said like we was an actual kind seeking down on a servant.
Lily had already left just as dans head disappeared it popped straight back in and looked between phil and I with a questioning look.
"Phil, Edie, why do you have your arms around eachother?" Phil and I looked at eachother and then shrugged at the same time making dans shake his head like he was thinking of something and close the door.
"Why are your arms around me?" I asked up at him, still holding my waist.
"Why are your arms around me?" PHIL said back and my arms were indeed around him.
"Are we going to move them away anytime soon?" I said and he looked up in the air faking deep thought and the his eyes came back to mine.
"Nope." I started laughing making phil laugh too and once again I held up my hand to tell him to wait a second and he pouted at the loss of my arms around him. I reached under the bed and pulled out a metal box.
"Of course you took the microwave" he said.
"Of course I did, how else are we supposed to cook microwaveable mini pizzas" I pointed to the basket of food and he laughed at me. Phil pulled my hand away from the microwave and I reconnected my arms around him just like they were before and when I looked up he connected his forehead to mine and looked into my eyes.
I couldn't help but smile and blush at how cute he was being with his cute black fringe and his pikachu onesie and how he called us king and queen.
Wait, was he going to kiss me? His eyes closed but then opened and he pulled away a little.
"I'm sorry Edie I should have remembered pj I'm sor-" I cut him off my kissing his lips which moulded perfectly with mine and his arms tightened around my waist, closing the gap between us and send sparks throughout my entire body.
He fell on his back with me laying on top of him and we never broke the kiss. We pulled away and pressed our foreheads together.
"Don't stop" I breathed and we leaned in again and our lips collided into a kiss filled with anger and love. Wait...love? But I loved pj. The voice in my head spoke up. 'That's right Edie, 'loved' you have fallen out of love with pj.' And I think it was coming true, ever since he proposed every kiss that we shared was dull and didn't send sparks flying. But phil was something different.
My hands moved to his hair and and I could tell he liked it since he was smiling like crazing. We pulled away and tried to catch our breath.
"That was" he was out of words and I found it adorable.
"That was like, woah" I said and he laughed.
"Maybe we should watch our next movie!" Phil pointed at the TV that was rolling credits and the song 'decode' by paramore was playing and I couldn't help but find it the slightest bit fitting to the situation except I mean, phil wasn't a vampire.
"Want to watch paranormal activity?" I suggested and we put in the DVD and I cooked the pizzas on the microwave. Once the ping went off, I heard Dan yell "you did take my microwave!" And we started laughing at him before we cuddled together under the doona and watched the movie. What a day it has been.
