Pearl and Amethyst arrive at little homeworld. Once there they talk to the gem trio, with Bismuth patting their pet Pumpkin.
Peridot: So let's summarise. You say that a human that helped us during the injector crisis is now wants to crack us?
Amethyst: Yep that is as absurd as it seems.
Pearl: We are not really even sure of if that is his intention. But Steven said that we can't take any risks. And after what happened with Spinel, I can't say he is wrong.
Bismuth: Hhm well if he does come here to make some trouble, we'll give him our answer.
Lapis: Yeah after all he's just a human. We've faced far worse, believe me I know.
Amethyst: Heh can't argue with that.
Pearl: I do hope you are right.
Pearl felt something clinging to her feet. She looked quickly to see small pumpkins barking "Bawbaw"
Amethyst: Wow hello little guys
Peridot: Baby pumpkins please go back to your position. It's not time for ....wait WHERE IS OUR PUMPKIN?!
Everyone looked around but couldn't see
Bismuth: Aah it seems she ran off somewhere while we didn't watch. Don't worry I'm sure she's OK-
Peridot: Oh no! I'm not leaving pumpkin, not now of all times. Especially with that human clod out there.
Lapis: Alright Bismuth and I will go and find her.

Lapis flew high above little homeschool to look over for her pumpkin.
Lapis was very happy. Not about the part of a danger around her current situation....it's just that nowadays she had the time of her life. She's now free with her friends around, Steven having peace with the diamonds who she no longer had to obey or be afraid of.
She can finally move on from her past in gem war, from the daimond authority as a crystal gem. It was funny and ironic to her at how she once hated to be considered as one due to her either being abandoned or shattered. Now however she couldn't think of a better position she could have had.
Though she did have some bad times in her life like the time, being trapped in that cursed mirror, to be held hostage by homeworld and even fusion struggle with Jasper....
She didn't want to think about the derange quartz after an orange gem poofed Bismuth last time they met. So she was not adamant on working things out and focused on finding Pumpkin.
For them, Pumpkin was what humans would call their 'child' and she was one of the most pretty things that has ever happened to Lapis in all her life in line with Steven, Peridot and Jamie.
Lapis blushed at the last name.
She didn't know what was this feeling she has about him honestly.
The Jamie human was very nice but to have all four original CGs and Moonstone to show such affection especially when two of these four were fusions.
Mr Universe called it a " special charm". Lapis was disturbed but she tried not think too much about that.
It was week ago when she wanted to fly out into the sky and feel the breeze of air. She then saw the camp fire where was Jamie talking with a blonde haired teen
Ronaldo: And then Steven came out with a purple version of me and... who is that??
Jamie: Ouh ah hey miss lazuli
Lapis smiled and landed "hey."
Ronaldo : OOH~ I will leave you two alone. See you later Jamie.
Jamie: *sighs* Didn't expect to see you here. C'mon sit here, do you want some soufflés?
Lapis: Souf- What? It's a food right?
Jamie: Something like that. Soufflés are more akin to donuts.
Lapis: or Pizza?
Jamie: Yes how do you know about pizza?
Lapis: Amethyst let me eat one years ago...

Lapis took the pizza slice and taste took over her "Amethyst I wanna eat EVERYTHING".
Steven arrived minutes later "hey guys"
Ame: Yo Steve
Lapis: Steven we are cookie burger tacos

Jamie and Lapis laughed " wow you surely liked pizza"
Lapis: Well I have my qualities...as do you
Jamie: What do you mean?
Lapis: I mean those four. How did you even manage-
Jamie: No idea
They talked for a while sharing some stories with each other before they took a walk to Beach City. They went to city aqua centre where they saw many underwater life forms.
Lapis: Wow just look at thses adorable creatures
Jamie: Those are dolphins
They had much fun.

Since then Lapis couldn't help but feel like this. They didn't talk much after and that was making it worse.
Then screams from a distance snapped her back to reality.
"You don't learn do you?!"
"Neither do you!!"
Lapis went straight to the source of the scream only to see Pumpkin safe but with Jasper fighting Bismuth once again.
Lapis: Jasper?! Not this again!!
"WOOOAAAAHH"
The three gems turned to see a green monster landing right in front of them with big force
Lapis: What? What the stars is this??
Bismuth: Don't know but he is outta here!
Bismuth went for the creature throwing hands with it with her hitting him in the belly. That failed however to her surprise as the monster then lift its hands to smash bismuth deep in the ground.
Jasper: Well this is unexpected

Peridot: What is going on in there?! The earth moves as if the cluster is about to explode!!!
Pearl: I don't know
Amethyst: Guys look there
3 gems looked towards the beach city which was caught on flames
Amethyst: What is going on there?!
Pearl: I hope Steven is okay.
They then heard an insane shouting like that of an animal
'GRAAAAAAAAHHH'
A bug Green colored figure jumped right into the centre of the homeschool.
The gems around panicked and ran away from the creature who started hitting the ground in frustration.
Peridot: WHAT IS THAT THING?!
Amethyat: We'll have to find out
Amethyst shape-shifting into helicopter and flied towards the monster which threw a big chunk of ground towrads her.
She dodged but it hit the highest tower creating holes that nearly collapsed.
Peridot: HEY CAREFUL DOWN THERE!!!
Pearl: We have a siege here. I will call Steven.

Ame: Hey greeny over here
An angry monster tried to hit the gem however Amethyst was shorter and therefore faster.
She used that to her advantage by getting behind it and then wrapping her whip around it's body to tie it up.
But she really underestimated of the one before her as the creature grabbed the whip and threw the purple quartz to the gem clock tower nearby.
Amethyst then ran to the others and the creature looked around, confused as to where she disappeared before it heard steps from behind.
Amethyst, Pearl, Peridot, Bismuth, Lapis and Jasper gathered together
Peridot: You nearly harmed our pumpkin, destroyed our garden plants AND now smashed our friend and school YOU BIG GREEN CLOD!!!
Creature: RUAAAR
Gems went in for attack. Peridot used her newly advanced suit to shoot the creature down which did push it back giving Pearl and Bismuth an opening.
Though they weren't quick enough to use the chance as Jasper jumped right in with her sonic attack rolling around the green one and then hitting his face with her helmet but it wasn't strong enough to incapacitate the monster.
Creature retaliated with the same head butt in response. That made Jasper's gem crack and poof.
Gems: Jasper!!
Bismuth was next to go but was faced with a strong push that send her flying into the tower.
Lapis : THAT'S ENOUGH
Lapis used her abilities to hold water around the creature's head leaving without an oxygen. Monster tried to breathe but couldn't and then threw an entire house towards Lapis.
Lapis barely dodged before she was pushed back into a wall.
Water left the monsters face as it regained it's consciousness.
Peridot: Uuhm Pearl?
Pearl: Amethyst time for Opal
Ame nodded as they danced and formed Opal which used its handsto shoot the baggage of arrows on the monster which only served to irritate it. Mondter used a big rock to shield from Peridot's blasts.
Peridot: It doesn't work!!
Opal : Hold your position. We must hold our ground until-
"HEY BIG GUY"
Opal & Peridot: Finally!!
The creature looked for the sound before it felt a sudden yet great surge of pain on his back
Creature: HNNGGG HOOAAAAAUURRR!!!
Stevonnie: Hurts doesn't it!?
Peridot and Opal looked on in discomfort at the sight of blood leaking from the monster
'Connie: Steven stop we don't kill remember?'
'Steven: We won't kill but we need to do something Connie!'
Creature screamed in pain trying to force Stevonnie off its back and decided to jump back into a wall to do so.
Stevonnie hurt her back a little from it's brute strength and fell to the ground.
Creature the moved to smash it's hand into the teen fusion before the more mature fusion stopped its hands in place
Garnet: Well then 'Hulk' it's time we have a heart-to-heart conversation.
