After eating and listening to the guys chat sleep once again was knocking. Brandon and Raven helped me to get comfy.
I grabbed Raven's hand. "I wanted you to know I have no concern with your relationship with Corey. Love is love. Please don't hide on my behalf. It will not effect me getting to know you or Corey. Ok?" I asked.
He leant down close "you are both mine da" he kissed me hard winked and walked out.
I looked at Brandon who was smirking. "He isn't one for long declarations" he said.
"Are you ok with all of this?" I asked him.
"I have loved you for a long time and I intend to love you for a hell of a lot longer. I want you in my life more than anything. Knowing the brothers I love could love you like I do doesn't make me jealous. I think it's because I know they would treasure you and be with you when I can't. You deserve the world and I know between us all you'd have it" he explained.
I looked into his eyes knowing that I wasn't going to be afraid of how I felt anymore. "I don't think I ever stopped loving you Brandon. It surprised me how quickly you all have become very important to me. I am so happy but don't hide anything from me. Don't let them treat me with kid gloves. I need to be a part of the team and I promise not to any unnecessary risk with my safety" I promised him.
He leant forward and placed not hands to my cheek as he pulled me into a tender kiss. I melted into his touch knowing I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. As he pulled away he looked at me with such adoration. "I'm never letting you go again" he said. "Now sleep were going to clean up do some checks and be right back. Corey and Marc are sorting some mattresses for in here. We are all staying close ok" he said.
"Yes please don't leave me" I asked gripping his hand.
"Never" he stood and took off his clothes leaving his boxers on as he crawled into bed next to me and wrapped me in his arms. I drifted to sounds of movement but not caring as I felt warm and safe.
"Pria" I heard my name and opened my eyes to see Axel peeking down at me. "Morning gorgeous" he said smiling. "Sorry to wake you but the doctor is here for a check up and if all ok he wants to take out your drip" he explained.
I rubbed my eyes. "Can I use the toilet first?" I asked. Axel chuckled.
"Of course. Go use the bathroom and I'll grab you a coffee. Do you need any help?" He asked.
"I think I'm ok" I said.
"I'm here I'll help" Marc said coming into the room with a coffee in hand. "Raven and Corer are still asleep. Brandon and I have done a sweep but he's popped out for some more groceries" Marc handed me the cup. I placed it on the beside table as Axel left and Marc helped me to the bathroom.
Opening the door to the bathroom I watched as Marc was placing the pillows ready for me to sit. It warmed my heart to see how considerate they were. I moved towards him with my drip in hand as he noticed me he smiled.
Settling back on the bed Marc kissed me. No hesitation and no gentleness. I demanding and claiming kiss that made my whole body tingle. As he leant back from the kiss he looked satisfied. "Your looking much better" he said.
I blushed under his scrutiny. I had an instant reaction to all these men. A knock was heard as I saw Axel and the doctor come in.
"Good morning Pria, your looking much better. Your bloods have come back fine but let's give you a quick check up" he placed his bag near to the door as I watched Axel and Marc move out of the room.
"Is there any further pain?" the doctor asked as he inspected my wound.
"My side aches but nothing bad, my head still hurts and my lower back at times" I said.
"Your wound is healing nicely I'll leave some more pain killers but I'm putting you down to one instead of two. I would like you to start moving a little now. I was speaking to Axel about some physio but I understand Raven is qualified so he will start some light exercise in a few days. I will pass on your notes to Dr Roberts later today and in a few days I think you will be able to travel if you wish although I would encourage you to stay here resting as long as possible" he changed my wound and removed my drip.
"Ok I'll ring Axel in a few days if your still here I'll come back for another check up. I've left some waterproof dressing to put on for a shower but you will have to either sit down or have support whilst your energy levels are weak. Ok if your pain gets worse go back to two tablets or give me a call. Take care Pria" he patted my arm before leaving.
I leant over to my coffee and took a sip. Good god it was cold. I really don't like cold coffee. Marc came back in and laughed. "I take it your coffee is cold" he took the mug from me. "How about some breakfast. We can either do pancakes or porridge" he asked.
"Pancakes please and coffee, hot hot coffee" I asked. Marc laughed again laid a kiss to my head and left.
Raven and Corey came in looking like they had just woke. Raven crawled next to me. "You look tired медведь(bear)" I said as he laid his head in my lap.
"Da" is all he said. "Corey kept me up all night" he said winking at Corey. Corey flushed brighter than a fire engine. I laughed.
"Raven don't start" Corey said huffing as he sat on the floor.
"I not complain little лиса turn next time" I felt Ravens rumbling laugh in my lap as Corey beamed.
"All in good time I said" as I played with his hair.
Axel came in with a tray of food. "Pancakes are ready, Raven if you want bacon Marc is putting some on" I've never seen Raven and Corey move so quick and laughed as they got caught in the doorway as they both tired to go through the same time.
"How are you love?" Axel asked as he placed the tray in my lap cupping my cheek in his hand.
"A lot better. I'm sore, more like an ache than pain. I can't wait to shower and wash my hair" I explained.
"Eat love. Brandon and I will help you shower when he is back. We have some new clothes for you. We thought once your clean we can watch a film" he asked.
I nodded tucking into the pancakes as Axel went for his own. The boys came in and ate and then went for their own showers. I heard a door and presumed it was Brandon returning. Axel explained he would help Brandon with the groceries, clean up and be back. I said I would give my Dad's a call.
I dialled Derek's number. "Hello little dumpling" I laughed.
"What on earth is that nickname" i said between giggles.
"Oh I dunno thought I would test a few. Gez has princess so i thought I'd have my own" he chuckled.
"I have the best ever name for you for me" I said.
"Oh and what is that" he said. I could hear him sniggering.
"Daughter" I said quietly and I heard Derek gasp.
"Hey no fair it's too early to have me crying" he said.
"Tell me how you and Gerry are doing" I asked.
"Good sweetheart. I've been speaking to Phil and we have decided not to go home. Both Gerry and myself are physically impacted so we're going to stay with the Blackbourne team. They security is high tech and I'm talking no risks with Jacob" he explained.
"That's very sensible. Are you ok with taking a step back" I asked.
"It's hard Pria but seeing them nearly kill Gerry in front of me I know I can't separate my emotions and need to let others lead the investigation. They are keeping me in the loop but I am physically stepping back" I heard him sigh.
"I know this is hard Dad but it's also sensible. Family first remember" I said. I knew this was hard for him and I knew I need to think about my involvement going forward.
We still needed to work out how Vlad was controlling operations from an Academy institute. We must have someone working from the inside. But who.
I wasn't facing that information today. I was spending some quality time with some hot guys who are all too ready to pamper me. Let the pampering being.
