This will take place when Y/N was still alive and Grimm Eclipse will allow five players in instead of four.
3rd Person POV:
At a videogame store Y/N can be seen exiting carrying a bag containing a hidden game case.
Y/N: (I can't believe that actually made a game about us)
She continues to walk until finally making it home.
Y/N: (opening the door) I'm home!
She hears no response as she walks to the living room to see Miyuki and Koyuki sitting on the couch motioning for her to sit in the middle while Yue lays on her stomach on the soft carpet.
Koyuki, Miyuki & Yue: Do you have it?
Y/N: (pulls out the case) Got it right here.
They all look at the case to see the cover has Remnant's four kingdoms with the title "Grimm Eclipse" above the image.
Yue: Grimm Eclipse?
Y/N: Apparently from what I heard from Ruby and the others is that it's an adventure game that put them in the game.
Y/N: And I got an email from the creator saying he put us in the game.
Koyuki: So, are you about to join the others?
Y/N: I'm gonna try but you know we're not really gamers.
Miyuki: It wouldn't hurt to try at least.
I open the case and grab the disc then proceeding to place it inside the disc tray before turning the TV on as I see the home screen.
(Just add the games and system stuff set up like the PS4)
Y/N: Glad to see it's still working right.
I take a sit and take out a pair of headphones I got for my scroll as I manage to connect it to hear before changing my scroll to it's game controller mode.
Y/N: Okay, I think I'm connected.
I move the icon over to the game to see the download is already at ninety percent.
Miyuki: That was quick.
Koyuki: We barley use it so it must have a lot of space for downloads.
Yue: I can't wait to see what's the game like.
The finishes downloading as I enter the game to see the starting screen.
(Change to Remnant's Four Kingdom Symbol with no RWBY in the title)
L/N Family: Not bad.
Suddenly Y/N sees a notification of a player named SweetRose31 inviting them to a party chat.
Y/N: Party chat?
Koyuki: I think it's like a group or something you can talk to while playing.
Yue: Accept the invite mom.
Y/N: Okay, here we go.
She presses the X button and joins the chat seeing she's in the party called RWBY with the player name consisting of IceAngel53, Bumblebee57, CatNinja46, with Y/N's own name of EmpressSnow32 appearing at the bottom.
RWBY: (through headphones) Hey Y/N.
Y/N: (through headphones) Hey guys.
Yang: We see you finally got the game.
Y/N: Yeah, there was a pretty long line.
Ruby: Alright since we got you here we can try the story.
Y/N: Story?
Weiss: Apparently the creators made an exclusive story for an adventure for each team on seperate academies.
Blake: We did a little practice on survival mode so we'll teach you how to play while we get through.
Y/N: Okay. I'm sorry that I'm not much of a gamer.
Ruby: It's fine Weiss and Blake weren't experienced either but Yang and I helped out.
Y/N: Right.
Ruby: Let's do this!
They all open the application as Y/N quickly scrolls down to the code the creator sent her to unlock her character as she types in "EMPRESS".
Y/N: Okay, I unlocked my character.
Ruby: I'm inviting everyone to the lobby now.
After receiving the invite everyone joins in and selects themselves.
Y/N: We can choose different outfits?
Ruby: Yep, it actually has outfits from our time at Beacon all the way to Atlas.
Y/N: Wow.
Y/N changes her outfit stopping to the one she wore during Haven.
Y/N: (This works)
The rest of Team RWBY follow suit and choose their Haven outfits.
Ruby: Is everyone ready?
Y/N & WBY: Yes.
Ruby: Here we go!
Ruby presses start as their characters spawn in the Emerald Forest.
Ruby: And We're in.
Ruby: Now, Y/N you use the arrows on the scroll to move.
Y/N: Okay.
They all move forward as Y/N presses the button as her characters zooms right past Team RWBY at blinding speed.
Ruby: How are you so fast?!
Y/N: I don't know I'm just pressing the up arrow!
Yang: Press it lightly to walk.
Y/N: Right.
She lightly presses it as her character is at Team RWBY'S running speed as they catch up to her.
Y/N: Whew...That was scary.
They continue through the forest seeing a path that they have to get over to progress.
Weiss: (to Y/N) Press X to jump.
Y/N: Okay.
She presses X as her character jumps high in the air and sprouts ice wings.
Y/N: I'm flying?!
Ruby: Ah man! I wish I could fly.
Blake: Can you get down?
Y/N: (letting go of X) I think so.
She falls to the ground next to the others as they make there way onwards.
They eventually make it to a clearing as multiple Grimm spawn.
Ruby: Alright, Y/N to fight press Square for light attack combos and Triangle to do heavy.
Blake: And to shoot with your weapons press the right bottom bumper.
Y/N: Got it.
She presses square as both her Empress Sword and Yue appear on her hands as she one shots one of the Grimm.
Y/N: Well, that was easy.
RWBY: (So unfair)
The team continues to fight each of their own swarms as Y/N sees a text saying press right stick to change weapons.
Y/N: I can change weapons?
She presses the right stick as a scroll shows Yue's mode changes.
Y/N: They have your mode changes Yue.
Yue: Wow...switch to the assault rifle.
Y/N: Got it.
She presses the button as her character resheathes the empress sword with Yue changing to a assault rifle as she proceeds to shoot down her remaining swarm with ease.
Y/N: Should I help you guys out?
RWBY: (annoyed) No! We got it!
Y/N: (downcast) Okay...
Y/N makes her character walk away from the group as they finish off their own swarms.
Ruby: Okay we've finished the first two waves one more to go.
Ruby: Let's finish this team!
WBY: Yeah!
Y/N continues to stay back as they finish most of the wave until suddenly Yang and Blake get knocked down.
Yang: I'm down!
Blake: Me too!
Ruby: Y/N, go revive them by pressing the top right bumper!
Y/N: Right!
She runs towards Yang as she presses the button seeing her special attacks listed; Black Sphere, Snow Breathe, Ice Spikes, and finally Empress Slash.
Koyuki & Miyuki: Go for the Ice spikes.
Y/N: Going for it now.
She uses ice spike as her character stabs the ground with a large wave of Black Ice stabbing into the Grimm away from Yang.
She makes it towards Yang and revives her relatively quickly.
Yang: I'm back up! Thanks Y/N.
Y/N: Yeah.
Weiss does a similar attack as Ruby revives Blake.
Blake: Thanks.
Ruby: No problem!
They finish off the wave with ease after that.
Ruby: It's finally over!
Blake: That was too close.
Weiss: Hmph it's no worries when we're the one's playing.
Y/N: I think I'm getting the hang of this.
Yang: I was hoping for something a little tougher.
Suddenly each of their screens flash with the words boss incoming.
Y/N: A boss?
Ruby: It's only the first mission!
Yang: Yes! The game knows I want a challenge!
Blake: Here it comes.
Weiss: Get ready.
The screen reveals the Grimm with the name above it Konodusk Alpha as two full health bars appear above it.
Ruby: Alright team let's get this thing!
They all charge as Y/N hangs back to let them handle it only changing her assault rifle to dual pistols as she starts firing at it.
Y/N: (Hopefully this doesn't do to much damage and make them mad at me)
She does light damage like she wanted as Team RWBY rush it landing multiple combos as the first health bar is nearly down.
Ruby: Keep it u-
Suddenly blue flames erupt from its mouth as it fires a large blast of fire taking down all of Team RWBY'S along with Y/N.
RWBY: We lost?!
Suddenly Y/N's character stands back up changing to Koyuki.
Ruby: How are you still standing Y/N isn't your Aura bar down?
Y/N: My first one is.
Ruby: First one?
Y/N: My screen says my character has three full Aura bars now when I originally had four.
Y/N: Since it seems like with each health bar I switch I'm giving the controller to Koyuki now.
Koyuki: (taking the controller and headphones) I won't let you down.
Koyuki character then runs to the downed Team RWBY and starts to revive them as the Grimm tries to shoot out another beam of fire with Koyuki seeing one of her special skills is Ice Wall as she proceeds to press the button with her character responding by making a strong Ice wall.
She then continues to revive the others until she helps up Ruby and Weiss
Ruby: Nice job Koyuki!
Koyuki: Thanks.
Weiss: What about Yang and Blake?
Yang: I got twenty seconds left until I'm fully dead.
Blake: Same here.
Koyuki then looks in Yue's weapon options to see her human form is a ally assist.
Koyuki: They got Yue in this game as an assist.
Yue: Really?! Bring me out Auntie, I wanna see.
Koyuki: Here goes.
She presses the button as Yue spawns in with a small pair of ice wings.
Y/N & Miyuki: (hugging Yue) You're just as cute pixilated!
Yue: (trying to break free) Mom~! Auntie Miyuki~!
The Yue AI flies over and revives Yang and Blake in a manner of five seconds before disappearing and returning to her sword form.
Yang & Blake: Thank you virtual Yue!
Now all back to full health Team RWBY use their special attacks damaging the Konodusk to half of it's last health bar until the beast roars again knocking them back and hitting Koyuki with its tail causing the Koyuki character to switch to Miyuki.
Koyuki: Miyuki, your turn.
Miyuki: (taking the controller and headphones) Alright.
Ruby: We're all out of skill points Miyuki use your ultimate skill to kill it.
Miyuki: Okay!
She presses the button for Empress Slash as a special cutscene happens with Miyuki splitting up with Y/N, Koyuki, and Yue next to her.
As all of them recombine turning into their Empress transformation.
RWBY: (Amazing...)
The Empress winks at the screen before getting her sword out and using a large slash of energy to slash the Konodusk in half.
The game ends with Team RWBY and Y/N getting into victory poses with the screen changing to a victory screen with each of them leveling up to level 10.
Ruby: We actually did it.
Yang: That was so fun.
Blake: I'm gonna have to agree with you on that.
Weiss: We've proved ourselves superior even in the virtual world.
Y/N: I can't wait to see more of it later.
All of the L/N name family along with Team RWBY let out a yawn.
Y/N: It's getting kinda late.
Ruby: Play some more tomorrow?
Yang: Yeah.
Weiss: Definitely.
Blake: I wouldn't mind.
Y/N: Can't wait.
Y/N then leaves the party and turns off her console and scroll.
L/N Family: The creators really need to weaken our character.
