We entered the lift and after 2 or 3 floor we were there
He opened the door and and a girl jumped on him..Cole took a few step back to gain his balance as he hugged her back
What the hell...i looked at them wide eyed
She pulled away quickly and looked at me

She has blonde hair and a bob cut and boy is she hot
A pang of jealousy ran through me

We entered the apartment
It had a metallic scent that reached my nose immediately...the room was painted with black color and graffiti.. it looked kinda cool
A boy with heavy tattoos and dark skin came from one of the three room
"This is Aidan" Cole introduced immediately
"Hi Aidan" I forwarded my hand
He stared at my hand and then looked up at me...
His bald head and judgmental eyes were enough to scare me away...I furrowed my eyebrows nervously

"Emilyy...we heard alot about u" he said..his grip was blocking air...he didn't look like the hugger type
"Okay that's enough Aidan she can't breathe" Cole pulled him away from me and patted his back
I chuckled...i wonder how they know about me...he never mentioned them
But then again we were together in the prison then he left and now we met few days ago
Cole's phone ringed he pulled it out to check who it is

She looked back at me excitedly..I shrugged and smiled...well she is friendly
"Who's Tom" i asked curiously
" he is Cole's brother" she replied

I liked Ellery she is kind and funny..I guess im worrying for nothing
"It's a pleasure to meet u" I smiled as we sat on the swing chair...it is very comfy

She got up and left closing the door
"Finally" he said sitting down next to me

"Your house is beautiful and so unique" I complimented tilting towards him

"So where's your house" I asked
"Just 15 mins from here" he said

All of a sudden all the questions resurfaced in my mind

He stayed silent for a while..i could tell that there is alot of things going on in his mind..."I don't know Em" he said and paused
"We have a plan...but its not guaranteed that I'll be safe" he looked away

"Jaden is asking me to carry out this deal of his...I have to transport drugs and he said he will give Amy in return...the people whom I'll be giving the drugs....r not good..this deal is important to him and its gonna bring alot of cash so he is using me" he said looking at our hands

There was a table set up in the middle of hall...the yellow candles were glistening beautifully and there were roses

Ellery came out of the room which I assume is the kitchen with Aidan..they had two plates in their hand...
Honestly they looked more excited than me and Cole..

I glanced at the food...it was chinese and it looked delicious
This is my first official date wow...I took in the sight of the mesmerizing view of the city from the glass window...trying to clear my mind

Cole was carefully witnessing our conversation...i wonder how he's so naive to just believe what he is saying what if after the deal he kills Cole and Amy and run away
The situation was under control but Ellery decided to be the hero and threw a glass at him...it looked like a champagne glass and by the looks of it..it was heavy
It landed on his suit but didn't hurt him as his hand was behind my back holding a gun...but it hurted me tho
I winced as the glass got stuck in my arm
I glared at Ellery and she muttered a 'sorry' ughh this girl is something else
I glimpsed back at Jaden and he was boiling with anger right now

"This bitch" he pulled out the gun from behind my back and was about to shoot Ellery
I elbowed his stomach with all my power and pushed his hand hard enough...the gun fell and slided away
Jaden glanced at me as he growled
In an instant he ran to take the gun
My heavy purse swung as I remembered I have a gun too...I pulled it out quickly and shot him in the leg
He screamed loudly and held his legs
I recall him telling about his men

"How can we trust u....what if after the deal u kill Cole and his sister and run away huh?" I questioned...I had been in situations like this before many times and seeing a person bleeding didn't make me squeamish so I guess I'll live...Cole still had squinted eyes

"Tell me" I nudged his wound with my heel again indicating that I had no problem with torturing him or whatsoever
He groaned painfully
He laughed loudly...ughh typical criminals
"Cole...my childhood enemy was dumb enough to believe me..AGAIN" he paused wincing
"But u r something else" he looked back at me...or more like my exposed leg from the dress...
I dug my heels a little deeper into his wound but he grabbed my leg....as he was about to pull me I caught my balance and shot his hand
Thank god the gun was fully loaded!
"Your blabbering tells me that u have no intention of returning Amy to us" I said fixing my posture
"Now...im gonna ask u one last time...tell me why should we trust u that u r just gonna handle Amy back to us" It hurted me to speak like this....Amy is a girl not some item to be handed over to
I knew Cole would be hurt too but i didn't have the courage to look at him rn
"Well...what do u want me to do" Jaden groaned finally giving in
I tried to think of something but I couldn't...what possibly could make this asshole keep his promise
"U will hand us Rebekah before the deal" Cole said in a hoarse voice...he sounded angry
Jaden looked back at Cole...his eyes were red by now...
"NO" he yelled
"Do as he says.." I pointed the gun at his face
"It would be a shame to ruin that pretty face of your" I smirked..judging by the looks of his attitude ik he is boasty about his good looks
"Okay..." he rested his head down on the floor
"Hand her over NOW" I yelled
"How am I supposed to hand her over now" he gritted
"I don't know...u r a mafia...call your goons do whatever" I shrugged "Ask them to leave Rebekah or whoever she is outside the building and leave"
I asked Ellery to pick up his phone which fell in a distance from him
"U r gonna pay for this" his stare dig holes into my eyes
"We'll see" I smiled innocently
