Aria was sitting in her dressing room putting on make up when she heard noise behind her.
"Like I told you 3 years ago while climbing that mountain, oh great and powerful green ninja, ninja's are silent" Aria teased before turning around
Lloyd sighs and comes out of hiding "I can never sneak up on you"
"I'm kind of busy right now, what do you want that you couldn't wait until I went back home?" Aria asks
"You live with Kai" Lloyd sighed "but the team-"
"I'm not going back" Aria interrupts "their is no team, everyone left.. how did you know I was here?" Aria asks
"I asked your boyfriend" Lloyd answered smirking
"Oh so my boyfriend told you did he" Aria replied standing up and wrapping her arms around his neck "Maybe my boyfriend should be taught a lesson"
"Not another one of your lessons" Lloyd whined "I'm still tired from last night
Aria laughed "Well I have a show to do, so if you don't mind"
Aria and Lloyd went in front of her "Aria"
"Lloyd go home, we'll talk about this later" Aria puts her hands on her hips "I need to change clothes without you staring at me"
"Can I at least stay and watch the show?" Lloyd questions
"Do what you want sweetheart" Aria replies and leaves the room to change
Lloyd stood off to the side of the audience and watched the show.
Lloyd claps with the rest of the audience and sighs "I've got to get the team back together"-

"Are you going to go?" Aria asks standing at Kai's door
"I guess so" Kai replies as he picks up a coat "he's your boyfriend though"
"But do you want to go?" Aria questions
"I think so" Kai replies
"Then let's go" Aria picks up her jacket "simple as that"
Kai chuckles "alright"
The two arrive at Chen's noodle shop and looks around.
"Kai, Aria, back here" Lloyd called spotting the two ninja
They walked over and noticed the other ninja there as well
Kai looked at them "Jay? Cole?"
"Ha, you guys too?" Cole questioned
"The runt tricked us all" Jay comments
The two sit down
Lloyd stops Kai from taking food from the conveyor belt "We talk first, then eat"
"Uh, trust me, do you know what kind of restraint I've had to have staring at all of this noodle goodness? You're late" Cole complained
"Make it quick" Kai said
"I know without Zane things have been different, but we have to move on. The reason I brought you all here is because...maybe we should add someone new to our team" Lloyd suggests
"No" Aria immediately disagreed
"I cared for him too but now it's time to care about this team" Lloyd says
"Maybe without Zane, there is no team" Kai crossed his arms
Eyezor and to other thugs comes in. They forced the Restaurant Owner to open the cash register and put him on the conveyor belt as they laugh.
"All right, now they're our problem" Cole said standing up and going over "Excuse me, it's not polite to touch someone else's food"
Kai followed him "I'd listen if I were you. He's no fun to be around when he's hangry"
Jay, Lloyd, and Aria followed too. The thugs and the ninja attack each other.
Kai smiles "All right, I admit it. We make a good team."
Cole grabs the food Kai kick off the conveyor belt "Yeah, mmm. Everything's better on a full stomach" Eyezor shatters a plate "Hey, I was gonna eat that"
The ninja defeat the thugs easily.
"How can you walk away from this?" Lloyd asked as the thugs run away using the back door.
"boys, they're getting away" Aria points out
"Let's go" Lloyd says excitedly
The ninja ran out the back door. The thugs were gone but they see a table with a note and fortune cookies. They walk over to it and they see a picture of Zane on the letter.
"What does it say?" Cole asks as Lloyd read the letter
"It says he's alive" Lloyd replies and everyone gasps.
"I don't think those thugs were delivering a message to the Noodle House. I think they were delivering a message to us" Kai said
"yeah no shit" Aria says
Cole shook his head "You know, this has to be some cruel joke. And I'm not laughing"
Lloyd points to the fortune cookies "I think this was meant for us too"
Cole eats one
"Uh, you do realize there's a fortune inside, right?" Aria questions
"Oh, so that's why they're called that" Cole replied
"Idiot" Aria rolled her eyes
Lloyd reads his fortune "Listen to this. Master Chen has personally invited you to participate in his Tournament of Elements"
"Oh great, I get to see my old Master again" Aria crossed her arms "Well I know where this is going I'll see you boys there. I have to turn my hair silver again"
"Aria" Lloyd calls out to her as she walked away

"Master Chen will be charmed to see you've accepted his offer. A Master of Spinjitzu shall fare favorably in his Tournament" Clouse said to the ninja
"Hey, we're not here to fight. We're here to save a friend" Jay said annoyed
"Don't be so petty, Master Jay" Clouse grabs Jay's nunchucks "Everyone here has something to fight for."
"Chopsticks. I'm a big eater, heh" Jay gulps when he threw his nunchucks into the Sea.
Garmadon ran up the dock "Lloyd, wait! If you get on that boat, you may never return"
"What are you doing here, Dad?" Lloyd asked
"Master Chen is a dangerous man who should never be trusted. Whatever he promised you, do not believe him" Garmadon said
"I have to go, Dad. This is about Zane. It's about family. If we're ever going to be whole again, I have to get on that ship" Lloyd argued
"Last call. Are you in, or out?" Clouse asked
"They're in"
The ninja looked up at the boat to see Aria sitting on the railing.
"Lord Aria" Clouse addressed her turning to her "they-"
"They are all getting on the boat Clouse, Garmadon too" Aria declared standing up and crossing her arms
"Well-"
"Is their a problem?" Aria questioned
"No your highness" Clouse sighs "please come aboard"
The ninjas walked onto the boat together with Garmadon.
"Thanks Aria" Jay says as they approached her
"I guess being the Overlord gives you some respect from these bad guys" Lloyd smiles
Aria crossed her arms "It better"
The Ninja watches the other Masters display their powers.
"Dad do you know him?" Lloyd questioned
"Don't be fooled by his attire. Clouse is a Master of Dark Arts and Master Chen's number two" Garmadon replied
"Why haven't you or Wu ever told us there are others with powers like us?" Kai asked
"Because there are some things we don't want you to know. You were led to believe you were special, yet you never questioned where your powers came from" Garmadon answered "Everyone on this ship is a descendant of an original Elemental Master. They were the First Spinjitzu Master's guardians, each endowed with an Elemental Power that has passed down through generations"
"Power lies in all of you. It only needs to be awoken. The fighters here serve no master and have managed to unlock their own True Potential. For instance, that Paleman. A distant relative to the Master of Light. Watch closely and you'll see how he's stayed hidden all these years" Paleman disappears. Griffin Turner runs by. "Then There's Griffin Turner. Grandson to the Master of Speed"
Jay laughed "Master of Speed? Pfft. That's not an Element"
"So asks the Master of Lightning" Aria comments
"Oh, snap, she got you there." Cole laughed
"Through generations elemental power is weakened" Garmadon explained "Our Aria here is a direct descendent of the Overlord, so she has the most power out of all of you"
"Is that why you keep kicking my ass in training?" Lloyd questioned
Aria giggled and hugged her boyfriend "no that's just because i'm better then you"
"well, uh, who's she?" Kai asks looking at Skylor.
"I don't know. Most of these people I have not seen. But they will all be gunning for you. You are Ninja. You serve with honor. Here, that means very little" Garmadon said "And they will be terrified of Aria"
Kai sees Karlof harassing Skylor "Well, maybe honor means something to me" He walks up to them.
"He is going to get K.O.ed" Aria said
"This none of his business. Karlof cold. Karlof just want her cloak" Karlof said
Kai crossed his arms "You look like you got big enough mittens. Why not leave the gal alone?"
"These not mittens. These crush Ninja!" Karlof shouted angry
"Ha, I'd like to see you try" Kai taunted
"Kai you're gonna get knocked out" Aria called
"Don't think Karlof afraid of you" Karlof said
"No, you don't think much at all, do you?" Kai said and Karlof lifts him "Unh! Just jump in whenever you feel like it guys"
"You say Karlof not smart?" Karlof questioned raising a fist
"I'd say Karlof isn't very smart to not finish what he started" Aria said walking over
"Aria!" Kai shouted
Karlof punches Kai.
Aria stops the Ninja from intervening "Kai started this. He can finish it"
Garmadon nodded "right you are"
They both start fighting.
"Enough!" Clouse shouts and Karlof leaves.
"I'm sorry if I was cold to you earlier" Skylor helps Kai up
"We're here. Welcome to Chen's Island" Clouse announced
The ninja went to the front of the boat to see the island with a massive building
"I swore to never return" Garmadon declared
"You know, you should never swear. It's a sign of weak verbal skills." Jay said and Aria elbowed him, "ow, Aria that hurt"
"If Zane's on that island, we'll find him. We have to." Lloyd said
"And we will" Aria says "hopefully without me yeeting myself off a building this time"
Lloyd sighed "why do you have to ruin serious moments"
