-Edd P.O.V.-
After I let Kevin sleep for a couple of hours, we went back to my house for further treatment on the rest of his body. I have more equipment at my home than the school could provide for his injuries. After that, he was all fixed up and he went back to his house to sleep for the rest of the weekend. It made me happy to provide a service to someone in need. Or just have an excuse to touch Kevin. One of the two.

-Monday morning-
I rummage through my stuff at my locker to get what I needed for the next two classes. I glance over to see Kevin looking down at me causing me to jump.
"My word, Kevin! Don't sneak up on me like that. How long have you been standing there?"
"About a minute. You're pretty cute when you're concentrated on what you're doing." He smirks at me.
I blush.
"But I gotta ask ya somethin'." His smirk falls to a frown.
"What is it?" I ask him.
"Have ya noticed anything weird?" He says cautiously, looking around.
"What do you mean?"
"Like people looking at you weird or getting quiet when you walk near them?"
"I don't really pay attention to the other people around me, but uh..", I look around to the people who are indeed looking at us, "I guess I see what you mean." I look back a Kevin, seeming to be worried.
"Somethin's going on and I don't like it."
"Do you believe it has to do with the physical altercation Saturday morning?" I ask him.
"Definitely. Some words must have been spread and something bad might happen."
"Are you sure.. I mean-"
"I'm sure, Edd. I'm taking you home today on my motorcycle. I don't need you getting jumped."
"Its fine, Kevin. I'm sure I'll be alright." I say, waving my hands in the air.
"No." He took my hands in his. "I'm taking you home. I'm not letting you get hurt."
"2 Minutes to get to class! 2 Minutes!" The loud speaker announced, interrupting our conversation.
"Meet me here at the end of the day, alright." He says firmly.
"Okay. I will be here."
"I'm not letting anyone hurt you." He murmurs before kissing me on the forehead and running off to his next class.
I quickly run to my next class with the biggest smile plastered on my face.
He cares so much about me.
-Kevin P.O.V.-
The teacher is blabbing about English and I can't pay attention. I'm so worried about Edd.
What if someone hurts him in his class. I could never forgive myself.
A girl next to me drops her pencil, snapping me out of my worrisome mind. I lean over and pick it up for her.
"Here ya go." I say, holding the pencil out for her.
She hesitates to take it, like it was some life decision.
"Uh, thanks." She murmurs, taking the pencil and then looking away from me.
That was weird...
The last bell rings and I rush over to Edd's locker, even though it's just right around the corner from my classroom. He gets there half a minute later and goes through his locker getting the stuff he needed and putting away the stuff he didn't. I look over and see his dorky friends walking over to us.
"What are you doing here, Shovel-Chin?" Eddy asks, walking up to me, trying but failing to be intimidating.
"I'm taking Edd home." I say sternly.
"Whoa, Eddy, he called him Edd." Ed tries to whisper to Eddy.
I look behind the other Eds' to see some of Brandon's guys staring at me. Thank god Edd's locker closed just as I saw them.
"Edd, we need to go. Now." I say, taking his hand and running towards the doors.
"Hey wait! Where are you going?!" Eddy yelled.
I turned around to see Brandon's guys starting to run towards us.
Fuck.
"Edd they're after us." I whisper yell to Edd behind me, holding onto my hand.
"Who is?" He asks.
"Some of the football team." I respond with a growl.
We push through the doors and out to the parking lot. We hurry up and get on my bike and get out of there. I pull into the cul-de-sac and up into Edd's driveway.
"Hey, can you open up your garage so I can hide my bike?" I ask him.
"Sure." He says, getting off the bike and walking up to the garage.
He pushes some buttons on a pad next to the door and it starts to open. I pull in my bike and get off of it. He walks into the garage and closes the door with a button before guiding me inside the house. We walk into the living room and I flop down on his couch and let out a huge sigh.
"I'm going to put our stuff upstairs." He says, picking up our bags and heading up the stairs.
"Thanks." I yell to him.
I close my eyes and let out a sigh.
I really hope they don't come around.
*Bang Bang Bang*
I quickly sit up to the sound of someone banging on the door. I cautiously get up and creep over to the window, pushing the shade over, ever so slightly so I can see who is standing at the door.
It's just the other dorks. I let out a sigh of relief.
"Kevin, who's at the door?" Edd asked, giving me a look as to how I'm crouched by the window and peeking out it.
I quickly stand up.
"Uh, your friends." I respond.
Edd opens the door to a raging Eddy.
"SOCKHEAD YOU BETTER TELL ME WHATS GOING ON RIGHT NOW!" He barges in with Ed, having Ed close the door behind them.
"Edd are you okay?" Ed says, running over to Edd and giving him a massive hug.
"Yes, yes. Guys I am quite alright." He says, reassuring them.
"Then why the hell are you guys hiding out there?!" Eddy yells again.
"Kevin believes we are in danger." Edd says worryingly.
"What did you do?!" Eddy yells in my face.
This really made it hard to keep my cool. I take a deep breath.
"Can you guys please sit down and let me explain?" I say.
They sit down on the couch and I tell them about the fight, what they said about harming Edd, and how he found me in the hallway and nursed me back to health.
"So basically they don't like that I'm gay and that I'm in love with Edd." Finishing it up.
"So, are you guys together yet?" Eddy asked.
"Uh.." Edd and I both say.
I smile and look over to Edd. I admire his cute little face, which was blushing to Eddy's question.
"I guess I should have asked this a while ago but, will you go out with me?" I ask sweetly.
"Of course, Kevin." Edd says with a beaming smile.
I walk over to Edd and kiss him. Eddy makes gagging noises and gets up, while Ed 'Aw's' us. The kiss ends and I look into his eyes full of happiness.
"Hey lover boys, we might have a problem." Eddy says, looking out the window.
I walk over to see cars surrounding the perimeter of the cul-de-sac.
Fuck.
Brandon gets out of the cars, still having bruises on his face from our fight Saturday. Other guys start to pile of the cars, most from the football team and some I didn't know.
"What the hell?" Eddy questions, basically reading my mind.
Brandon pulls out a megaphone.
"We know you're in one of these houses. And we are coming to get you, Kevin Barr." He smirks.

Hey guys (: It's been a while hasn't it? I've been on vacation and for some reason I had major writers block. It was so bad that it was stupid lol. My best friend was yelling at me to post a new chapter and so I wrote this up on the way home from my trip. Things are getting intense!
