Sorry for the delay, I've been busy the past few days with either personal stuff or rough drafts of the upcoming chapters, however I promise you this chapter will blow your mind, it is by far my favorite chapter of book 3 so I hope you enjoy!

Aizawa turned the corner to see two robots guarding the door, Aizawa realized what this meant, dammit he knew I-Island would come back to bite him, not all of them. The last time he saw those robots was in during a stealth hero job. Aizawa walked past them and entered the room. Nezu, All Might, Gran Torino and a kid around the same age as the students. The kid had blond hair and crimson red eyes, he had a smile on his face that seemed almost childlike.
Child: Well well well you must be Aizawa *smiles*
Aizawa: Yes and who are you
Child: I am the representative of the World Consul and I have gathered you all here because you haven't been doing your jobs, no you are doing the opposite
All Might: What is the meaning of this
Child: Listen Symbol Of Peace you have no right to speak that way to me, unless you want to fight for the right to speak that way to a representative *smirks* then again the likelihood you could beat me is 0
Aizawa: *trying to save All Might* Excuse me but could you explain what you meant?
Child: Oh of course I understand you have a student *grabs pen and twirls it in his hand* named Izuku Midoriya. See I want to know why he has a power besides a quirk
Aizawa: We don't understand that power either
Child: Ugh my point exactly, whatever I don't feel like dealing with your stupidity
Aizawa: What do you expect us to do
Child: Nothing much, changes are coming to this world and that Izuku is a wild card so just keep his power focused on those villains
All Might: You make our struggle against the villains sound trivial
Child: *stands up* because just like you everything in this world trivial a concept you will never understand, *yawns* Well I'm leaving I'm pulling two all nighters in a row *waves and walks away* Oh and one last thing, if he does get out of control I will put him down *leaves room*
Aizawa: Can Izuku really be that much of a threat
Nezu: That doesn't matter, we need to prepare our students for not only villains but that child, he is either strong enough to defeat a full powered All Might or at least he truly believes he can. At no point did he show any sign of lying about anything
Aizawa: Fine then I'll prepare the summer camp to take place in two days, however *gets up* we all need to get stronger ourselves *walks out door*
Who is this mysterious child, what is the council? These questions will be answered... later. For now Izuku has two more days to train his willpower to it's complete potential.
