It was been a week since the incident with Tanya and every now and then her glared that I was used to was gone and avoided every encounter with me. And I kinda miss it badly for the fact that I always find her beautiful eyes always glaring at me time to time like I did something wrong. I don't know if it was a good thing or bad though and for the undeniably fact that my heart ache when she avoided me.
Did my actions weird her out? I sighed and erased the disturbing thought then back to the book I'm reading.
I put the book at the coffee table and stretched my back before leaning in the comfort of our sofa. I just want to stay like this. I heard the front door opened but I was not in the mood to stand up and greet my dad and just stay in my comfy haven while closing my eyes.
The last thing I heard were footsteps before I dozed off in sleep.

"Dad let's go already, sis must be waiting for us", I whined at my dad as she got in the car and buckle his sit before looking at me with a smile.
"Someone's very excited", my dad teased me and I giggled at his silliness. I glance outside to see my mom waving at me and I wish my mom could come with us to see my sister Lilith in the big city but she got to take care of grandma and grandpa and the clinic but at least my puppy Troy was with her.
I was dancing and singing at the country song in the radio when I escaped a yawn then after that everything went black.
I was awoken by my dad shaking me and calling my name as I slowly opened my lids to see him smiling knowingly at me. We've arrived at the big city. I squealed as I got out of the car almost forgetting to unbuckled my seat in so much excitement.
The tall buildings, the buzzing streets full of vehicles and people all together and we're one of those people right now. I scanned where we were and thought that were standing near the big looking apartment painted in white and I admired the details of the building.
" Dad is sis here right now? ",I asked dad as we made our way to the lobby. He nodded at me with a smile as we got in the elevator and presses the number button on the side. I can't helped but smile at the running machine I and my dad are right now since I only got in an elevator for the second time after the last two year we got here to helped my sister unpacked and settled in the big city.
" I can't wait to see the surprise face sis is gonna have dad",I stated as we got out of the elevator and towards the familiar corridor where sis room is at. We stopped and stood outside my sister's door and knocked a few times. I was sporting a big smile as I heard shifting inside and her familiar voice saying 'coming'.
My sister Lilith's face was priceless as a big smile arc on her smooth and delicate face as she enveloped us into a tight hugged before ushering us inside to her apartment. It was still the same as before and I smiled at the thought of my sister still being her old cheery self after living in the big city for two years.
We sat on the comfy white sofa as sis started to walked towards the kitchen facing us. I scanned and admired the pictures and paintings on the wall. Sis was a great artist.
"Hey Lori still your all time favorite, Lemonade?",my sister yelled from the kitchen counter glancing at me with a smile which I smiled back at.
" Yes please ".

I stirred awake when I felt the heaviness on my waist as something trail down my cheeks to my lips and I slowly opened my eyes at that.
I was greeted by hazel brown eyes staring intently at me as she strangled me with her hands on both side of my face. I was taken aback at our weird position at first but stayed myself calm before trying to get up and 'shooeng' her away, if it was a right word in the first place. But she didn't budge and stayed in her position leaning slowly into me but I stopped her.
" Addison you have a girlfriend for God's sake ",I said calmly yet loudly as I stood up ignoring her grunts and groans when she falls down into the carpeted floor.
I looked at her confused when she laughed out loud still sitting on the ground before looking at my direction.
" You're really intriguing and different you know that Lorelei dear ",she stated as amusement glistening her hazel brown eyes paired with her signature sadistic smile on her red lips.
We stayed quite for a while when I heard sniffling coming from Addison as I immediately looked at her concerned.
" Are you crying?",I asked disbelieved as I searched for her eyes and confirmed my thought when droplets of liquid started to pour from her eyes.
"O-of course I'm not", she denied but it was very obvious that she is crying as her voice cracked.
I immediately went beside her and enveloped her into a comforting hugged while patting her back softly and saying some soothing words but it only made her cry more. Oh boy.
When she started to calmed down I looked at her wary face and searched for her hazel brown eyes but she looked away not looking any where near me as red tint crept into her face.
" Are you embarrassed that I've seen you cry?",I asked amuse more than disbelief. She took her time though before looking at my direction but her eyes still glued into the ground.
I lifted her chin to looked right through her beautiful hazel brown eyes and all I see were pain and all plain in general.
"Do you wanna talk about it?", I asked her softly. She stayed quite for a bit while still stating right into my eyes contemplating if she could trust me with her unspoken words before she nodded her head.
I sighed in relief before stepping away and helping her sit on the sofa than the floor even though it was carpeted but still the sofa was more comfy and comforting. She obliged and sat beside me.
" I was the oldest yet I black sheep of the family and I almost cheated at my girlfriend. I am a horrible person aren't I Lorelei? ",she asked cocking her head to the side. I shook my head at her.
" You're wrong. You're not and well at least less your being honest and responsible for your mistake but I know you wouldn't do it anymore ",I smiled at her encouragingly. She stayed quite and distant though.
" I guess but she just got everything. She is one step ahead at me in everything... ",she said bitterly. I looked at her confused at how many possible is this 'she' she was referring too.
" Mom and Dad, especially dad loved Tanya so much and being her the heiress was just too much. Everyone always refers us to each other and I'm sick of it",she spat jealousy and envied in her voiced.
"I did everything, I even graduated at college at 21 just for them, to show them but it was still no used", she mumbled as a sobbed threaten to come out of her. I patted her back soothingly before she started to cry again.
" And everyone loves her—"
"No you're wrong, everyone loves you as much as her. So we can say that she got some great assets ahead of you but so does you. You're just insecure or either was misjudged but nothing would happened if you stayed envying your sister more and most important your Mom and Dad loves you as much as they loved Tanya", I explained softly yet hard. I want her to faced the truth. I remembered the first time I meet Marcus saying that his daughters were his pride and joy in life.
She looked at me with wide eyes as she started to sobbed and I comforted her again with a tight hugged.
" You know I thought about that weeks ago but coming from you was different and a good different ",she said calming her voiced as she hugged me tightly, resting her head on the crook of my neck and I almost stifle a laugh when her hair tickled my soft spot involuntarily but stopped myself.
" So you just want others to say it to you?",I asked a bit amuse at her words.
"Yeah, I hope your not mad", she mumbled almost like a whisper and I smiled at that.
" No I'm not. It didn't even crept my mind",I said truthfully as she looked at me from the crook of my neck. I smiled reassuringly at her before she nodded and snuggled more into the depths of my neck.
I felt her tough on my neck and cause me to let a moan involuntarily as she started to sucked on my sweet spot but I stopped her immediately.
"Don't cheat. I swear I'm not helping you again", I said seriously as I stood up. She pouted cutely though and it cause me to pitched both of her cheeks which she whined about but just let my hands on her smooth and delicate face.
" I'm home ",I heard dad yelled as the sound of the front door opened. I laugh at Addison's panicked face before sitting on the sofa far away from me and greeted my dad like it was nothing.
" Hi dad",I greeted him as I kissed both of his cheeks.
"Good evening Brad", Addison greeted beside me.
" I didn't know you'd be here Addison ",my dad stated but there was still the knowing looked on his face which I decided to shrugged off.
" Uhm it's just that I-I visited Lorelei that's it and I wasn't —Oh isn't it such a lovely weather tod—tonigt ",Addison rambles stuttering at some words. Oh boy.
" Yeah it is indeed ",dad answered amusedly before the both of us cracked into pit of laughters.
