Even if this is just a bonus it is still important to the story! This is a rundown of Izuku's new hero costume! Also, I'm going to say sorry ahead of time for my poor drawing skills.
1) Capture scarf
Purpose(s): pays homage to Eraserhead
Can be used to restrain an enemy
Can be used for quick and easy transportation
2) Shoulder speaker
Purpose(s): helps direct user's quirk
3) Gloves
Purpose(s): pays homage to All Might
Prevents user from accidentaly deactivating quirk
4) Hand speaker
Purpose(s): helps direct user's quirk
5) Hand cuffs
Purpose(s): Helps user restrain small time villains
6) Body suit
The suit's color scheme is dark so the wearer is able to complete tasks without being seen easily
7) Boots
Purpose(s): pays homage to Present Mic
8) Boot soles
The soles of the boots are slightly rounded to enable the wearer to move more efficiently and quietly
Also, I know that I mentioned in a previous chapter that Izuku wore a speaker around his neck, however he only wears that when he isn't wearing his hero costume. It's kind of an everyday tool, like Aoyama's belt.
So thats pretty much it. I didn't go into full detail about the whole design, but there was a lot of thought put into this. Sorry if my exicution wasn't all that good.
