Y/N POV:
After completing the mission Ironwood took us to Amity Colosseum as I stand to the side with Qrow, Winter and Penny while Team RWBY and JNPR line up in front of Ironwood.
I let Yue change to human form to drink my blood, while Winter and Penny stare in confusion.
Qrow: Don't question it.
Ironwood: It goes without saying that this arena holds a significance to all of us. It's only fitting that we should be able to reconvene here. Now. When the world needs to be brought together more than ever.
Ironwood: The road you traveled from our first meeting hasn't been easy.
Ironwood: You fought for your school and your friends at Beacon.
Ironwood: You fought for the world and the innocent at Haven Academy and beyond. You faced down terrors people can't even fathom.
Ironwood: You faced down terrors people can't even fathom. That's not the behavior of students. It's the behavior... of Huntsmen and Huntresses.
Penny walks over with a tablet in her hand humming as everyone's screen beeps and changes.
Ren: Wait... what is this?
As they all check their scrolls.
Winter: You are being granted your Huntsman licenses, today.
Ironwood: I know this is coming a little ahead of schedule, but Brothers know you deserve it. I only regret that I couldn't do something a little more ceremonious for the occasion.
Ruby: : I--we're honored, General Ironwood. But you really don't have to do th--
Ironwood: Please. With the threat of Salem still out there and tensions rising in our kingdom, I certainly could use more trustworthy fighters by my side.
Ironwood: I should be so lucky to have all of you.
I look down feeling ashamed for not telling him the truth about Salem.
Ironwood: It's okay. It's a big moment. (walking again) And what better way than to celebrate here?
Ironwood: When this tower is ready and communications are back up and running, we'll tell the world about Salem and face down whatever comes at us after that, together.
Ironwood: (sighs) That's... just about all the pomp I have in me. (awkwardly adjusting his tie) If you'll excuse me, I have to get back to running this operation. Um... (turning away) Well, then. Enjoy the cake.
He walks away with Winter following behind him.
Penny: (encouraging tone) Your speech outros are improving, sir!
Yang: After everything we've been through, I almost forgot this is what I wanted in the first place.
Blake: When Beacon fell, I didn't think this would even be possible.
Weiss: It almost feels trivial now.
I walk over and try my best to look extremely happy.
Y/N: Lighten up a little, You all managed to get something most people couldn't dream of getting early.
Qrow: Right, Enjoy yourselves for a change. You've earned it.
Nora: Finally! Someone said it. Let's kill some cake, huh?
Nora: Because I can eat two slices before Ren even eats one. Who says I can't? Who says it, huh!?
Ren: Nora, nobody is arguing with you about this.
Timeskip~
We all see Penny slicing up some cake as I grab a plate and happily bite into it.
Y/N: (I may not be hungry but I'll never get over Sweets)
Miyuki and Koyuki: (Can we get some too?)
Y/N: (Of course)
I let them split off with Yue as they get a slice too.
Y/N: Heh.
I see Yang wrap her around me as she takes a picture on her scroll.
Yang: Now that's a keeper.
I just respond with a small nod while my face heats up.
We continue to celebrate until Penny brings up a screen filled with missions.
Yang: Hey, Ruby! Come check this out!
Ruby zooms over her wide eyed at the screen.
Ruby: (gasp) Oh my gosh, is that a mission board? It's an app now!?
Ruby: Can we ride a Megoliath? Stop an underground crime ring? Do I get to go...
She puts her cloak up.
Ruby: (fake accent) ...undercover?
She takes the hood off and starts shaking Penny in excitement.
Penny: Maaaybeee!
Marrow: Hey, do you guys smell that?
Koyuki, Miyuki and Yue rush back to me as I see Marrow with Elm, Vine and Karen walking in as he dramatically sniffs the air.
Marrow: Smells like... fresh meat.
Vine: (sniffs) That's odd. I don't smell meat.
Ren: (sniffs) Neither do I.
Marrow: (groan) You know what? Nevermind.
Elm: Let me get this straight. You've only been official for an hour now and you're already looking for Huntsman work?
Weiss: (holding up a finger) To be fair, we've been official for a whole...
As she cheeks her scroll.
Weiss: (disappointed) Fifty-seven minutes.
Vine: I'd like to remind you all that the real mission here is ensuring the successful launch of the communications tower.
Ren: True, but we can also keep training and improving by helping where we can.
Elm: (happy sigh, does a fist pump) The enthusiasm of youths!
Marrow: Well, it's hard to argue with that. Okay, let me show you how it works.
He walks over to the board and scrolls to an escort mission.
Marrow: Ooh, here's an important one. Who wants to volunteer?
We all raise our hands.
Marrow: We need someone to escort children to pre-primary school down in Mantle. There's not actually any danger, but the parents fret, and that attracts Grimm.
We all put our hand down except Jaune.
Marrow: Perfect! Thanks... (uncertain) Juan... Jwan... Jim?
Jaune: Close enough, I guess. (awkward chuckle) Wow, my first Huntsman mission.
Elm then walks over and pushes Marrow to the side causing him to scream.
Elm: Next!
Elm: A massive Sabyr is loose in the Mantle sewers! We need two brave warriors to flush it out!
We all raise our hands again while Jaune looks bewildered.
Jaune: Wha-- But-- Why didn't I get a choice for that one?
As we all laugh at him.
Karen walks by and scrolls down the Scroll.
Karen: Patrolling the city we need a full team to explore most areas around the cities to take down any Grimm and also suppressing any riots.
We raise our hands again.
Karen: I see...but before that rest up for the night.
All: Understood.
We all clean up and head back to Atlas Academy as Penny leads us to our Dorm Rooms with Team RWBY and JNPR being set away with Penny leading me to my dorm.
Penny: And this will be your Dorm room Y/N.
Y/N: Thanks Penny.
Penny: (salutes) Of course.
She runs off as I use my scroll to unlock the door.
Karen: Welcome.
Y/N: Karen?!
The door closes behind me.
Y/N: W-What are you doing here?
Karen: Well this is my Dorm Room.
Y/N: Oh, wow.
I look to see no one else in the room.
Y/N: Is it just you here?
Karen: Yes, didn't you have your own room since your a one person team back at Beacon?
Y/N: No, I had to share the Room with Team RWBY.
Y/N: Weird....
I think about it until Karen gets closed to me.
Y/N: W-Wha--
Karen: I wasn't sure before but now that I'm up close I can tell you have more than two souls now.
Y/N: Oh! Right let me explain.
Karen: Okay.
Timeskip~
I told her everything about my revival, Koyuki, Yue and our adventures to Atlas except with Salem's Immortality reveal.
Karen: Wow, you did all that.
Y/N: Yeah.
Karen: So, wait the first time I met you wasn't really you?
Y/N: Yep, it was my sister Koyuki.
I let Koyuki split off from me as she waves.
Koyuki: Nice to see you again.
Karen: Wow.
Y/N: Do you need a mental break?
Karen: No, it's just I'm really surprised that your still able to smile and be so cheerful despite all this.
Y/N: Well, I see it like this I lost my family at a young age and I thought I could never have that again...but now I have Team RWBY, JNPR and (splits off Miyuki and Yue) these 3 here with me.
I hug all three of them as they hug me back before fading back into me.
Y/N: Their my new family that I wouldn't trade for the world.
Karen: (wipes a tear) That's really sweet.
Y/N: Sorry for bringing all this mushy stuff all at once.
Karen: No, it's fine.
Karen: I wanted to know.
We look to see it's around midnight.
Karen: It's getting late.
Y/N: Yeah.
Karen: Before we head to bed I have one last thing to say.
Y/N: Okay...
Karen: After tomorrow's mission I want to have that rematch with you.
Y/N: I've been dying to say the same thing.
Karen: Do you remember your promise?
Y/N: Yeah, I said that if I won we'd go on a date.
Karen: That goes double for me if I win~
I feel my face start to heat up like crazy.
Y/N: Y-Yeah.
I suddenly feel my scroll start to beep seeing a message from Yang.
Yang: [You think you could come to our Dorm for a second?]
Y/N: [Sure.]
I let Yue split off from me to sleep on my bed as I head over to the Dorm Room.
The Dorm Room door opens as Yang drags me in.
Y/N: What's going on?
All of Team RWBY have deadly glares.
Weiss: You still...
Blake: Have yet...
Ruby: To be punished...
Yang: For the stunt you pulled with the Apathy and Cordovin.
Y/N: Hehe.
She grabs my hand and kisses me.
Y/N: Huh?
She whispers.
Yang: You're not getting a wink of sleep tonight~
