Y/N POV:
It's been 2 weeks since the local Tournament in Mistral, I've been sure to make good use of the prize money buying the others gifts and buying new clothes for Yue, mainly anything buying supplies for everyone.
After learning that Cinder was still alive from Neo I gave her some Lien to help track her down.
Right now we're waiting for a train transport known as the "Argus Limited" to make the trip to Argus.
Y/N: (I can't wait to see Argus)
Yue: (I hope it looks pretty)
Miyuki: (Things are looking up)
Koyuki: (No more having to struggle by the grits of our teeth)
Y/N: (Yeah let's just hope nothing goes wrong)
Our mental conversation is cut short as Ruby comes running in with a bag.
Yang: And?
She pulls out the bag.
Weiss: What an absolute waste of time--
Yang: What did you get me?
Ruby: (singsong) You'll have to wait and see!
Yang: No fair.
Yang tries to grab the bag from her as Ruby keeps moving away until Nora gets between them.
Nora: Oh, I can't believe we're taking the train to Argus! The beautiful northern coastline... You really think it's too early for beach season?
Ren: Unfortunately, but we will be one step closer to Atlas.
Weiss: (unamused) Well, I'm glad you're all excited.
Weiss: But I don't think you appreciate the trouble I went through to leave Atlas.
Y/N: It was a real struggle.
Ruby: (to Weiss) I know you're worried, Weiss, but trust us. Team RWBY won't leave your side for a second! I promise.
Random Huntsmen: No one's gotta be worried with us around.
Two guys walk up to us with their weapons and arrogant smiles.
Nora: And you are?
Random Huntsmen: Why Dee and Dudley of course. The Argus Limited's very own Huntsmen. We'll be keeping everyone safe as we pass through Grimm territory.
Dudley: But for a generous tip, we can make sure your passenger car gets extra special attention should things get dangerous.
With Dudley winking at us.
Y/N: (Bastard)
I glare back making him back down.
Qrow: Yeah, I got a tip for ya.
Dee and Dudley: Huh?
He walks up to the both of them.
Qrow: Buzz off.
Ruby and Yang get behind him making mocking faces at the two.
Qrow: Looks like Mistral's really scraping the bottom of the barrel these days.
Dee: Hey! You're talking to a--
Qrow: (pulls out his Huntsmen License) A professional Huntsman, right.
Qrow: Well your aren't the only ones.
As it points to me as I bring out my License too.
Qrow: Well, it seems one of you heroes left the staff entrance to the caboose wide open.
Qrow: (crosses his arms) It'd be a shame to lose your job before it even started.
Dudley: I... I didn't do it!
Dee: (scoffs) Come on, dummy.
They both storm off.
Oscar: You know sometimes the burden of saving the world feels overwhelming.
Oscar: But then people like that come along and make me grateful that it's our jobs and theirs.
We all collectively agree.
Ruby: Uh-huh.
Jaune: Yeah.
Qrow: So, you kids ready to go? Bike all loaded up?
Yang: Yep! She's all prime and ready to go!
As she winks at me.
You see with the prize money I help give Bumblebee some new upgrades.
Weiss: Just waiting on Blake. As usual.
Blake: Right here!
Qrow: Right now that's everyone's ready let's go.
Timeskip~
Now that we're in the passenger car and been given our own room I decided to give Yue a cleaning.
Yue: (So good~)
As I continue to clean her in sword form.
Miyuki: (You must really love this)
Yue: (It feels like a really good massage~)
Y/N: (Well it's nice to know I'm doing a good job)
I finish up as she turns back to Human Form and bites my neck.
Weiss: Doesn't that hurt?
Y/N: Not really.
Y/N: It actually feels quite nice.
Yang: Maybe I should try that~
Y/N: Not a chance.
Yue finishes up and lays next to me as I rub her head.
Blake: (I wish she could do that with me)
Ruby: All right, girls, I think it's time for an official team exercise. (enthusiastically) Who wants to play video games?
Yang: I mean, if you want me to kick your butt, yeah sure. Let me grab my scroll.
Blake: Here, let me help you with that.
As she grabs her bag much to Yang's dismay.
Yang: Blake, you don't have to that.
Blake: (saddened) I don't know what you're talking about.
Yang: I'm fine. We're gonna be fine. It's just gonna be a bit before things are back to normal. But... I am glad we're all back together.
Blake: Yeah, okay.
Qrow: How touching.
Ruby: Oh hey, Uncle Qrow! You wanna play too?
Qrow: (chuckles) Kick your butts? Sure.
I suddenly sense many negative emotions on the roof of the train.
I stand up and Yue changes back to sword mode.
As I put on my gear.
Qrow: Kid?
The train jolts making him drop his drink as passengers are seen running.
Blake: What was that?
Weiss: Exactly what it sounds like.
Blake: Just my luck.
Qrow: It's not yours... grab your weapons!
We head up to the roof of the train cars seeing multiple Manticores and Sphinxes.
Y/N: (So many)
Dee goes to stupidly swing at the Sphinx resulting in him getting snatched up.
Dudley: Dee!!
I hit the Sphinx with a Ice Shot forcing it to drop Dee as I make an Ice Whip to grab him and pull him back.
Dee: I'm alive?
Y/N: Thank me later!
I pull out Yue and my Empress Sword and start slashing down some of the Manticores.
Blake: What's the plan, Ruby?
Ruby: Have each other's backs!
Blake: Got it!
We continue taking down more and more Grimm as Dudley runs towards the front of the train turning on it's defenses.
Dee: Ah, yes! (pumps his fist)
The turrets cause the Grimm to head towards the passengers.
Y/N: (Those Idiots!)
I make 3 more Ice clones to draw them away and take them down.
Until all the Grimm start to back off.
Y/N: (What?)
Oscar: TUNNEL!
I look behind me to see we're heading towards a tunnel.
Y/N: (Shit!)
I see everybody heading inside only to see Dee, Dudley, and Oscar struggling to get inside.
Y/N: (Damn it!)
I make Ice Clones to grab all three of them only to see I'm about to hit the tunnel.
Y/N: (Oh shit!)
I increase my aura and cover my body in Ice.
No One POV:
As everyone went inside and passed the tunnel.
Oscar: Ah!
The rest of the group ran in to see Oscar, Dee, and Dudley all looking at Y/N knocked out with blood running down her face.
Y/N: Please don't scream so loud.
She gets back up and walks over to Jaune.
Y/N: A little help?
Jaune: Right.
As he uses his Semblance to amplify her Aura as Violet Electricity heals her wound.
Y/N: (shaking her head) I...hate....trains.
The wound is then fully healed.
Qrow: I said, turn those damn things off! (picks up Dudley and shoves him into the wall)
Dee: Those things are keeping us alive!
Qrow: Us, sure, but they're putting the passengers in danger!
Dudley: I'm the one they hired for this job, okay?! I'm in charge here!
Qrow: Forgive me if I'm not exactly reassured.
Dudley: Get off me!
Qrow: Look, if you bozos had been doing your job instead of shaking down passengers, maybe we wouldn't be in this--
Ruby stops Qrow for continuing and walks up to Dudley.
Ruby: Please just shut off the turrets.
Jaune: Trust us, we know what we're doing.
Dudley: Fine.
Nora: Ren, could you use your Semblance to mask everyone on this train? With the guns off and emotions hidden, they might lose track of us!
Ren: Hm, I never attempted to affect this many people.
Ruby: Well, you've never had Jaune's help before.
Weiss: He could amplify your aura!
Qrow: Yeah, that's an alright plan.
Nora: Don't look so worried, Ren. You can totally do this!
Oscar then switches Ozpin.
Ozpin: I'm afraid there's one complication... The Grimm are also attracted to this. (gestures to the Relic of Knowledge on his hip)
Dudley: What's that?
Qrow: None of your business. Oz, are you serious?
Yang: Why wouldn't you tell us that?!
Ozpin: I--
Ruby: It doesn't matter right now.
Ruby: Every second we're on board this train, we're putting everyone else in danger. Get the passengers to the front cars, you'll still mask the emotions and kill the turrets... we just can't come with you.
Ruby: If we cut the back cars with us and the Relic on them, we can deal with the Grimm. You just make sure the rest of the train makes it safely to Argus.
Jaune: Only if you'll promise you'll meet us there.
Ruby: Promise.
As Team JNPR evacuate all the people to the front cart Blake jumps back and decouples the cart leaving the others to head back.
Ruby: Now!
Ren and Jaune use their Semblances escaping the Grimm.
Y/N: Here they come!
The Manticores and Sphinx come flying in as she makes Ice Spikes erupt from her back decapiting some of the incoming Grimm.
The Sphinx starts flying around causing more trouble.
Ruby: We need to ground it!
Blake: On it! Yang!
Yang takes out a Manticore before launching off it and runs towards the Sphinx, ducking under it. Blake spins her weapon, with Yang punching it back and forth, the ribbon wrapping around the Sphinx's torso. Yang punches Gambol Shroud one more time, embedding the blade to the train's roof, and she and Blake pull the ribbon together, keeping the Sphinx down.
Weiss uses her Glyphs to freeze the Sphinx's wings, with Qrow and Ruby shooting at them, shattering them. The uncle and niece ready their scythes as the Sphinx prepares to launch one more fireball.
Qrow and Ruby launch forward, spinning their scythes together rapidly as they bisect the Sphinx's torso, finishing it off for good. Before it dies however, the Sphinx launches the fireball, destroying the rails in front of the train.
Weiss activates her black Glyphs to hold everyone in place as the train derails and crashes into the snow.
Everyone gets back up to see the train completely trashed.
Qrow: Is everyone okay?
Weiss: I'm fine.
Blake: Yeah.
Y/N: My hate for trains has increased tenfold.
???: Still alive!
They all look back to see an elderly woman with weird robotic glasses on.
???: That sure was a close one, huh?
