I lazily walked towards the front door as I was searching for my keys in my bag. I was planning on going to the library again but since my wrist is a bit swollen I decided not to. My wrist hurts, like a lot. Dad is probably going to work late today but my brother is probably home. And I probably should go to the hospital to check my wrist.
I finally found my keys and locked up the door, walked inside and then closed it behind me. I locked the door and took off my shoes and was about to put them nicely next to my brother's shoes and- wait...one...two...three..? Three shoes that's not ours- wait "MINHO- JISUNG- MY STUPID ASS BROTHER AND FELIX-!!" I yelled as I walked to my brothers' room. Without knocking on the door, I just opened it and walked inside and saw four lazy potatoes. Also known as Minho, Jisung, my brother and not Felix. Wait- not Felix? A random dude I have never met in my whole life?
"Oh-? Hi, Yebin" Minho said as he smiled at me.
"Who are you?" I asked the guy who had the same exact shoes as Felix and completely ignored Minho.
"Me? Oh, I'm Wooyoung." The guy said as he looked at me up and down.
"Okay...Uhm...Nice to meet you Wooyoung. Uhm I'm Yebin. Uhm Changbins awesome little sister." I said and smiled at him before I looked at my brother. "I thought Felix was here? I never knew someone had the same taste in shoe fashion as Felix?"
Changbin shrugged "Felix said he's gonna hang out with his so-called girlfriend and I guess Wooyoung has the same taste as Felix."
Wooyoung looked at us in confusion and in shock. "Wait- you can see who the person is just by looking at someone's shoes?" He asked as if it was something unnatural and I nodded. "woah-"
"What did you want Yebin?" Changbin asked
I looked at my brother and shrugged "Oh well, I was thinking if you could give me a ride to somewhere but I guess not. I'll just ask someone else."
"oh- was that it??" He asked and I nodded.
"Yupp I guess so... and I'm just gonna leave now and let you guys have fun without me" I said as I left my brother's room and walked to my room instead. I closed the door behind me and threw my body on my soft and fluffy bed and grabbed my phone and started scrolling through my contacts. I sighed. 'Who has a car...?" -I thought as I continued scrolling through my contacts.
Yes. I decided to listen to Taehyungs advice about going to the hospital. But sadly the hospital is too far away and there's no way in hell i'm going to take the taxi or an uber. Like, I could easily get kidnapped by someone.
'I'm not gonna call Dad, I don't want him to leave work just because of me... But he's the only one who I know except for my brother who can drive- wait-...!' -I thought and then scrolled up to my newest contacts. I stared at the number for a few seconds before I decided to woman up and pressed on the number to call the person.
'Can't believe I'm calling the pervert.' -I thought.
"This was sooner than expected." He said as soon as he answered my call.
"tch. Don't flatter yourself Taehyung." I said as I rolled my eyes and instantly regret calling him. "anyways, you have a car right?"
"yes? why?"
"can you- uhm..." I paused for a second and started to feel a bit embarrassed for calling. "uhm... Can you give me a ride?"
"Depends. Why? and where?"
"Oh my god- To the goddamn hospital. I'm going to see a doctor." I mumbled the last few words.
"Sure why not. Just send me your address and I'll be there soon." He said without any hesitations, which made me feel kinda uneasy for some reason but let it go.
"******* Street house and number 20A." I said
"okay- see you soon." He said and immediately hung up on me.
As I was waiting for Taehyug to arrived decided I to change my outfit into something else. I decided to wear a yellow polo sweatshirt and light blue jeans shorts. I also decided to do my hair into a messy bun. Grabbed my phone and then walked downstairs.
While I was waiting for Taehyung to come I decided to play some boring games on my phone and leaned my back against the staircase-wall. I decided to start playing a piano game and it went pretty well...Until...
"You're pretty good at that game." someone said behind. I turned around and looked up at the stairs and saw Wooyoung standing there. I stared at him in shock and then sighed. "Oh my god- You scared me- And I LOST!!"
Wooyoung just chuckled at me with a smile. "Heheheh- sorry~ Are you going out?"
I nodded.
Wooyoung walked to me and smiled. "I'm actually going to go home now if you want... I can-" before he could finish what he was about to say he got cut off by my phone ringing.
"I guess my ride is here now. Uhm- Have a good day." I said as I smiled at him. "Bye"
"Uh- yeah bye" He said and he smiled and waved goodbye to me.
I answered the call and unlocked the door. "That was fast." I said and then opened the door, walked outside and then closed the door behind me.
As soon as I stepped outside I saw a black car waiting for me. Taehyungs car. "I'm gonna hang up now." I said and hung up before he even could say something back and walked to his car, opened the car door and sat down next to Taehyung in the front seat and then closed the door. I put on the seat beöt and then looked at Taehyung.
"Remember. I only called you because you are the only person I know who can drive except for my brother and dad."
"Yeah, Yeah. I know." Taehyung said as he started the car and began driving. "But why didn't you just ask your dad or brother to give you a ride??"
"My dad is at work and my brother is with his friends. I don't want my dad to leave work early because of me and I guess I don't want to disturb my brother when he's having fun and get like a major panic attack just because i'm hurt."
"aahhh- What about your mom then? Does she not have a license??" Taehyung asked and I just looked outside the window.
'My mom huh? That's a great question. I don't even know if she's alive or dead.' -I thought and sighed.
"You know..." I looked at taehyung. "I don't even know if she's dead or alive." I said and coldly stared at him. "But I wish she has. But it's quite impossible for me to know since she left us a long time ago..."
Taehyung looked at me in shock and pity for a few seconds and then continued focusing on driving. "But hey, like I said. I don't know if she's dead or alive. She just left us. She had a one night stand with a man and got pregnant with that man's child..." I took a deep breath and slightly bit my under lip "And ever since then...I have never seen my mom." I said as I stared at all the buildings Taehyung drove past.
Taehyung cleared his throat before speaking "I'm sorry to hear that but I didn't ask tho-"
I cut him off by starting to chuckle and then looked at him. "Then forget about it."
"I didn't mean it like that-"
I sighed and slightly smiled at him. "I know what you mean and I know you didn't ask, But I just felt like telling you...I don't know why" I said and he nodded slowly and I cleared my throat.
"You know...It's weird." I said as I laughed a bit. "Just a few minutes ago I hated being close to you, and now. Look at me now. I'm sitting in your damn car and telling you about me mom. haha..." I said as I looked at him "I still don't like being close to you." I said and he laughed. "I wonder why." I said sarcastically as I rolled my eyes"
"Tsshhh Yeah, I wonder that too," He said and laughed. "Pretty much every girl likes me-"
"Pft- They only like you because they think you're hot." I said as I stretched my arms. "They should go and see a doctor, like you? hot? nah man. More like a pedophile."
Taehyung looked at me with a smirk "Only for you Yebin. Only for you." He said as he places his hand on my thigh and continued focusing on driving.
I gasped in shock and stared at him in disgust. "Oh god- "
"You're only 17 and I'm 23. It'snot that big of an age gap." He said without looking at me. "Just 6 years. Plus you're 18 soon."
