Blake Y/N Pov:
I continue to run and see Ghira with Blake and Sun.
I leave a clone to check on Kali a case things go south.
Ghira: How's Kali?
Y/N: She's fine.
Y/N: She has "me" with her.
A loud bang was heard inside.
Ghira: Seems we have more company than I thought.
Blake: Once we take down Corsac and Fennec-
Ghira: No, both of you go now.
Blake: But-
Ghira: You keep assuring me your friend isn't a complete waste of space! Let's see him prove it.
Sun: We got this, Blake. I've wanted to sock these creeps since the day we met!
I see Corsac and Fennec break free from Blake's Ice clone.
Ghira: You'll have to get in line. Both of you go!
We do as he says and get to the forked hallway and take a left to the main room to see Ilia waiting for us on a railway on top of the stairs.
Y/N: (Here we go)
Ruby Y/N Pov:
After discussing it with the others me and Ruby decided to question Qrow and Ozpin in the room.
Ruby: Um, excuse me?
Ozpin: Ah, Miss Rose, L/N join us. We were just about to gather everyone to discuss our next steps.
Ruby: Oh, uh, great.
Qrow: Something on your mind kiddo?
Ruby: Uh... uh, it's... if it's okay to ask.
Qrow: Of course.
Ruby: We've been..uh...wondering-
Y/N: We want to know that since Cinder is the Fall Maiden does Salem have Beacon's relic?
Ruby: Yeah...
Ozpin: Very astute, Miss Rose, I was wondering who would be the first to ask. No, thankfully she does not. It's true that the Relic at Haven is very much at risk, and for now, that should remain our primary focus. Let's just say I made finding the Relic at Beacon a... bit more challenging than at the other schools.
Ruby: Oh. (sighs in relief) That's good to hear.
Ozpin: It is, but let's not forget the challenges that still lie before us.
Ozpin: Now is there anything else we can help you both with?
Y/N: Just one more thing.
Ozpin: No, my cane is not a Relic.
Ruby: Well there's that question.
Ozpin: Yes, while this cane is indeed very precious to me, it is also just that - precious to me. While I admit it still has a few more tricks up its sleeve, I can firmly say that being a Relic isn't one of them. Now why don't you run and get the other students?
Qrow scrolls suddenly starts ringing and he answers.
Qrow: Yeah? ... Okay... yeah, we'll be there. (Qrow hangs up)
Ruby: Who was it?
Qrow: (sighs while taking out his flask) It was Leo, says he had a breakthrough with the council. Thinks he might be able to get together a small raiding party for the bandits. He wants us to meet up at the school tomorrow night to walk us through it.
Ruby: (gasps and smiles) Really? Oh that's great! I'll go get the others.
We head towards the other.
Y/N: (Please let things go well...)
Blake Y/N Pov:
We continue to hold our positions waiting for the other to attack.
Blake: Did you come in here to hide?
Ilia: I told you, I didn't want this.
Blake: But you're still here!
Ilia: I don't have a choice!
Blake: Of course you do!
Silence fills the room.
Blake: Just... stay out of my way.
She starts to walk away as she leaps at us and I use a gust of wind to knock her away.
Y/N: Blake go on ahead.
Blake: But-
Y/N: Blake more members are coming towards your mom and I think their gonna overwhelm her and me.
She hesitates.
Y/N: Don't worry...I got this.
Blake: Just don't do anything reckless.
She heads to her mom.
Y/N: (Gonna have to break that rule already)
Ilia: So, Y/N was it?
Ilia: Are you just gonna stand there or fight?
She takes out her Lightning Lash.
Y/N:...
Ilia: Not gonna attack, then I'll go to you!
She rushes at me as I dodge.
Y/N: We don't have to do this you know.
Ilia: Your a Human it's in your nature to attack us Faunus.
She keeps trying to hit me as I continue to dodge and block her attacks.
Y/N: I understand that you lost your parents due to us "humans" actions.
Ilia: Shut up!
She kicks my stomach knocking me away as she turns off the lights.
Y/N: (Gonna have to turn the lights back on)
I let our electricity forcing the lights on.
Y/N: That's not gonna work.
Ilia: Tch.
She starts to angrily slash at me as I dodge and put myself on the defensive.
Ilia: Stop talking and fight!
Y/N: There's another way to handle this!
Ilia: No there isn't!
She keeps trying to slash at me.
Y/N: Is this what your parents would've wanted?!
Ilia: How could you understand anything about me?!
Y/N: Because I lost my parents too!
She hesitates.
Ilia: W-What?
Y/N: I understand the pain you must be feeling.
I drop my weapons and decactivate my aura and open my arms to hug her.
Ilia: Stay away!
She hits me with her lash hitting my side.
Y/N: You find it easier to hate and blame...
Ilia: Shut up!
She hits me again as I get closer.
Y/N: Instead of allowing yourself to grieve as others see it as a weakness...
Ilia: I said "Shut up"!
Y/N: But you have to know it's not, Grieving and accepting it is the only way to truly heal from the pain.
I get closer and closer with her hitting me at every step.
Ilia: No, No, No!
Ilia: Stay away from me!
Y/N: And besides you have people that still care for you.
Ilia: Who?!
Y/N: Blake does and If you'd let me I do too.
She drops her weapon and her mask falls off as she runs up and hugs me.
Ilia: [Heavy Sob] I'm sorry.
I brush her hair.
Ilia: I'm so sorry...
She continues to cry until Corsac suddenly burst through the wall.
I let go and see what's going on.
Ghira: Y/N!
I see Fennec going to stab him from behind.
Y/N: Mr.Belladonna!
I fire a gust of wind at Fennec knocking him away.
Corsac and I then clash fists with him getting knocked away.
Fennec: Ilia! What are you doing?! Fight!!
Fennec pulls out another dagger and charges at Ghira. He manages to push off Corsac and dodges Fennec's swipes as he begins to fight both of them at once. Fennec gets tossed away for a bit and begins to charge his weapon while Corsac and Ghira continue exchanging blows. Fennec then charges in again, giving a loud battle cry. Ghira notices him and grabs his wrist, pointing his weapon as it fires at Corsac, who gets blown back several feet away and is knocked out.
Fennec: Brother!!!
He attempts to attack him as Sun jumps in kicking him away.
Ghira: Go help Y/N!
He then runs to Ilia.
Y/N: Sun, don't!
But it was too late as he pushed Ilia into a pillar causing it to crack.
Ilia pushes Sun off her and falls to the ground with the Balcony breaking apart as it's about to fall on her.
I use my lightning to run over and catch the balcony.
Y/N: [Grunt]
Ilia: Huh?
I continue holding up the balcony.
Y/N: Go...now!
She gets away as I feel the weight of the balcony lessen as I look to see Ghira and Sun using his Semblance to help me.
Y/N: Mr.Belladonna?
Ghira: Hurry!
I push it up more until I feel a ribbon wrap around my waist as Blake pulls me and him away as Fennec gets crashed under the rubble when he tried to hit us from behind.
The Dust he had then explodes killing him.
Y/N: (Rest now)
We land next to Blake.
Y/N: *Pant* *Pant* Thanks for the save.
Blake: About time I returned the favor.
We look back to see Kali holding Yuma with my clone walking towards me and I absorb it to recover.
Blake: Mom!
Kali then drops Yuma as and runs to Blake hugging her.
The moment is ruined as Corsac stands back up.
Corsac: (darkly) What have you done? (standing back up) You ruined everything... (inhales) EVERYTHIIIIIIING!!!
He charges at us but Ilia wraps her lightning lash around him electrocutes him knocking him out.
After the fighting died down we started getting any unconscious Guards and White Fang members outside as there's a large crowd.
Saber: Get in there! Search for any stragglers!
More Guards head in as we keep Corsac restrained.
Saber: (to Ghira) We came as soon as we got the call. (he notices Corsac being forced to his knees) And Fennec?
Ghira sadly shakes his head.
Saber: Was it worth it?
Corsac looks down in defeat as Blake walks past us heading towards the crowd.
Ghira: Blake!
Only for Kali to stop him and look on.
Blake: Humans didn't do this.
As she points to the damages done on the house.
Blake: We did this: Faunus. We did this to ourselves. We are just as capable of hate and violence as the humans, but I don't think any of us would jump at the chance to point that out.
Blake: So why are we letting Adam do it for us?! By doing nothing and staying silent, we let others speak and act in our place.
Blake: And if we're not proud of the choices they make, then we have no one to blame but ourselves.
Blake: This is the message that Adam Taurus will bring to the world if no one stops him. But we can stop him!
Blake: You have to understand that all of you are looking for simple answers to a very complicated problem.
Blake: And I can't give that to you. I don't know how to make hate go away, I don't.
Blake: But I know that this kind of violence is not the solution.
Blake: I understand that to ask you to leave your homes and protect Haven Academy is asking you to put your lives at risk. But that's what's at stake. So I'm going, and I'll stand by myself if I have to.
Ilia: I'll stand with you!
We all look back surprised at her answer.
Ilia: If... if you'd have me.
She then proceeds to her as Saber stops her.
Saber: You're not going anywhere!
Blake: Let her come.
Saber: Huh? You're just going to forgive her? After everything she did?!
Blake: I am.
Saber looks to Ghira, who nods to let her go.
Saber: What does she think she's doing?
Ghira: She's learned a lesson that evaded me until I was much older: That there is strength in forgiveness.
Y/N: (Forgiveness, huh?)
Y/N: (That sounds about right)
Female Faunus: I'll go!
Male Faunus: Me too!
More and More people start to join in.
Sun and I head down to Blake and Ilia as the crowd starts cheering.
Sun: Looks like we've got work to do.
Blake: Thank you.
Sun: (Points at Ilia) You stabbed my friend.
As he points at me.
Sun: Multiple times.
Ilia: I--
He playfully pinches her arm.
Sun: Now we can call it even.
Ghira: We have about two weeks before Adam's attack on Haven. We're going to need shields, training, whatever we can do to protect as many people as possible.
Kali: We'll need transportation too. For everyone.
Blake: (smiling) I think I know a ship captain who owes us a favor.
As we look at each other and nod in agreement.
