Life is a funny thing, it's been a few months since the thing with my so called father, Derek and Rossy set me up with a new foster family, in North Carolina it's been the real deal so far, They are very nice caring I'm back in school, everything is healing good right now I'm in the hospital getting my stitches out, Rosy and Greg are with me, That's my foster parents names
"Hey easy!" I said
"Sorry," The doctor said
"There they are out all healed up," The Doctor said
"Thank you Doc," Greg said
The Doctor nodded
"Okay Gracie off to school we'll be home when you get there okay," Rosy said
I was sitting under a tree drawing in the school yard,
a Peaceful field with mountains,
I was thinking about when Derek and Rossy left me,
Flash Back
I was in a wheel chair outside the hospital,
"So I made some calls Gracie you're gonna be going to North Carolina I set you up with a great Foster family," Derek said
"I've heard that one before," I said
"Well this time is different, we had a friend of ours do a deep background check on them," Rossy said
I let out a sigh,
"Who are they?" I asked not convinced
"Rosy and Greg Willows, in their late 30's she's a lawyer he's a surgeon," Derek said
I nodded
"Gracie, I know life hasn't been great to you, but I know this time is gonna be different," Derek said
He got down to my level since I'm in a wheel chair,
"But if you need anything no matter what it is give me a call," Derek said handing me his card
I nodded
"Thank you guys," I smiled

I smiled at the memory,
I looked at the drawing I drew,
I just hope things will be different this time around,
Third Person POV
California corrections,
A riot breaks out, guards injured some dead, Scott Grey climbs the two fences,
He walks away from the prison with a smirk knowing exactly what he was gong to do he was going to find his daughter,
"I'm coming for you Gracie, and things are going to be different this time around," He said with a smirk on his face as he walked down the road
