*Vlad's POV*
"Seb." tawag ko sa taong nakatayo sa hindi kalayuan.
"Oo alam ko." sabi niya saka sya tumalon sa lupa mula sa puno. "Malapit na Vlad." pagpapatuloy niya. Tumango nalang ako sa kanya saka ako sumunod ng talon at pinagpag ang lumot na dumikit sa damit ko. Habang tumatagal pakiramdam ko talaga nagiging taong gubat na ako. >.> Ano kayang iisipin ni Fern kung malalaman niyang tinutubuan na ng ako ng ugat kakatambay sa gubat? tsk. Pambihira naman kasi, wala akong mahanap na matino-tinong lugar.
Sa pagkakataong ito ay bigla kong naalala ang usapan namin ni Rence sa opisina niya nung isang araw...
"Alam mo bang yang hawak mong yan." sabi ko habang nakatingin sa puting bulaklak na hawak niya. "Yan ang eksaktong repleka ng bulaklak na nagligtas sakin at sa mundong ito?"
"A...no?" nasambit niya. Saglit ko naman syang tiningnan saka ko binalik ang tingin sa bulaklak.
"It was 6 years ago of the original time..." panimula ko.
"The Original Time? What the heck Vlad." naguguluhang tanong niya. "Anong original time?"
"6 years ago, I was proclaimed Dead along with the students who vanished without a trace that day and at the very same day, The Academy was forced to Lock-down without them saying anything. That was, in the midst of November, 2008. right?" sabi ko. Tumango sya. "Then today as we speak, The Council are hunting me down, searching all over the place trying to figure out where could I be, after knowing that I'm still Alive and is a Threat to the Academy's safety. Correct?" Tumango ulit sya.
"I don't understand Vlad. Bakit? Bakit hanggang ngayon, The Council couldn't get a hold of you? I mean, malaya ka paring nakakapaglakad sa loob ng eskwelahan like right now, you're here and there's still no one from the Council... not that I want you to get captured pero..."
"I know Rence, You still have a lot of things to know and understand." sabat ko sa kanya. Tumayo ako saka nagpunta sa nawasak na lamesa. "The Council dont own the Academy, they just have a part of it."
"Ibig sabihin... The Headmaster... He's been..." di makapaniwalang usal niya.
"Nakalimutan mo na ata kung sino sya Rence." tanong ko sya. And as if something dawned into him, he looked at me wide eyed.
"Y-your... Uncle!" sabi niya. Tumango nalang ako sa kanya. "So all this time you've been hiding behind him."
"Yea. And he's been covering up for me." sabi ko sabay pulot sa isang librong nakakalat sa sahig. "Eversince he took me in his care, he's been going in and out of the Academy, which the Council considered suspicious."
"Ha? How could he easily go out? Diba against na yun sa Law ng Academy, 6 years ago. It stated that, No one is allowed to go out once you stepped your foot inside the school premises since the lock-down?" sabi naman niya at dahan dahang napatayo.
"And its also stated in that Law that no one is allowed to enter?" tanong ko sa kanya. Napakunot naman ang noo niya. "You never heard about it, did you?" Umiling iling sya sa tanong ko.
"I see, They kept it from you." nasabi ko nalang.
"Hindi ko pa rin maintindihan, Why would they keep that from us? If what you said is True, Then How could those new students enter the Academy? Diba dapat nahaharang na sila ng Council?" naguguluhang tanong niya pa rin.
"As I said The Council dont Own the Academy, in short, They we're brought here by the Headmaster. Wait. Rence, Have you ever wonder why the Academy was forced to Lock-Down 6 years ago?" tanong ko.
"It was Eide's sister, wasn't it? It's Euria." sabi niya. Nilingon ko sya at nginitian ng mapait.
"No, Your wrong." sabi ko na ikinabigla niya.
"Ano?" gulat na sabi niya. "If its not Euria then... Ano? Sino? Please tell me everything about It! Please!" tanong niya. I smile bitterly while hearing him say those words.
"Rence, what you'll hear today, will change the course of your thinking." sabi ko saka ko sya nakitang humakbang ng isang hakbang papalapit.
"Wala akong pakealam Vlad. Gusto ko lang malaman ang totoo." sabi niya. Napabuntong hininga ako saka ako nagtungo sa bookshelf na malapit sakin at nilagay ang librong napulot ko sa sahig kanina habang inaalala ang bawat detalye ng mga panahong iyon.
"Bago ang Insidente noon, we we're part of the Council right? You, me, Eide, Cile and Vayne. We are happily enjoying our lives as some other students do. I, as the said, Leader of the Group..." hindi ko naman natuloy ang kwento ko dahil bigla syang sumabat.
"Yea, I remember those days clearly but let's cut the chase Vlad." sabi niya. Impatient as always, Hindi ko sya pinansin ay nagpatuloy nalang, cutting straight to the Point.
"The Council, gave me an assignment that only I, can do." sabi ko. "It was something that the heralded 'Time Phantom' can do, Wala kasing ibang estudyanteng may kaparehas ng Ability na meron ako sabi nila."
"What Assignment?" tanong niya.
I stopped dusting the books on the shelf and turned to see him seriously listening. "They wanted me to Track down the old history of the Land where the Academy was built." I said seriously.
"What? kailangan pa ba yun?" sabi niya pa.
"I did asked them that, pero isa lang ang sinabi nila sakin, 'It is essential to know the roots of the Academy'." I started walking to the lone chair in the corner, dusting it off then sit there like a man with a throne on a huge castle. With an air saying 'I'm a King so listen to me'. That kinda set some serious mood.
"So I went there thinking that it is some easy-peasy task and I have no idea, it wasn't. I was supposed to go 100 years before the current year but to my surprise, I went further than I expected. I went 400 years back instead; I was too young to fully grasp the potential of my ability that time kaya sa isip ko noon, Hindi ko na kasalanan yun. Kasalanan ng Council yun dahil pinilit nilang ako ang gumawa ng assignment." kwento ko. "400 years. Ang tagal nun, so I expected something ancient, like yung mga cannibal or yung may tribong sumasayaw ng kakaibang sayaw habang pinapalibutan ang apoy but then again, I was wrong. Instead, I found myself standing beside a beautiful Lake." I smiled while reminiscing that time. The Lake was too beautiful. It reflected the light, illuminated by the moon that made the entire place glows with mysterious charm but, the scenery didn't get much of my attention as I averted my gaze to the person standing right across the Lake looking straight at me, with those eyes that held beauty.
For the First Time in my life I never met anyone like this one. She was...
As I felt the cold wind breeze gently at me, I saw her making its way to the Lake. She practically walked through it.
Is She a Goddess? A Human? Or a mixture of both? She's Beautiful! But I think its an understatement, shes more than that.
Unti unti syang naglalakad patungo sakin habang sinusundan ng mata ko ang bawat galaw niya... Her silvery hair is swaying gracefully with the wind... and-
"Vlad! uy Vlad!" i snapped back into reality nang may tumawag sakin. "Anong nakita mo? You're smiling like crazy!" sabi ni Rence.
"Oh sorry, Where are we? Ah- I met someone there. She told me everything I want to know and she even helped me get back to my original time." sabi ko.
"Let me guess, That She you are talking about, is the Reason why you skipped classes every once in a while, am I right Vlad?" nagsususpetsyang sabi niya pero imbis na sagutin ko sya ay nagpatuloy ako sa pagsasalita.
"After that, bumalik ako sa panahon natin carrying all the informations, I learned from her. As a Loyal Member that time, I handed all the informations out to the Council. I provided written reports thinking that the knowledge I brought back from over 400 years will be eventually provided to the Students interested in the History of the Academy." sabi ko bigla namang sumeryoso ang mukha niya.
"Anong nalaman mo dun Vlad?" tanong niya. Tiningnan ko muna sya ng maigi.
"The Empire. Luna Emperia to be exact. It was built ages ago, I handed the information about that to the Council but the first person na nakaalam tungkol dun ay si Mr. Chardson. Sya kasi ang unang taong nakakita sakin pagbalik ko sa eskwelahan at sya rin ang kauna-unahang taong naglagay sakin sa detention." sabi ko.
"I remember that time, nagulat nalang kami nila Cile na nadetention ka, palagi mo naman kasi silang natatakasan eh." natatawang sabi niya. "Bakit ka nga pala niya nahuli?" tanong niya.
"Pagbalik ko kasi sa eskwelahan non, natyempuhang sa opisina niya ko napadpad kaya ayon huli." sabi ko pa. Sumunod naman ang katahimikan sa pagitan naming dalawa.
"Tapos anong nangyari Vlad?" basag katahimikan niya.
"I asked the Council to allow me to go back there to gather more informations and they did. They did Allow me to go every once in a while" I said. Well, It's slightly True but I couldn't risk telling him that I just want to Go back there for Her.
"That's when things gets more complicated." Hindi ko talaga inaakala na mangyayari lahat yun. I just want to be with... her.
Ang manatili sa panahong iyon ay parang habangbuhay na parusa sa katawan ko, I grew weaker and weaker everytime I went there and she noticed it. That Time she thought about something, some other way so that I could cross through time easily without my body being at risk. A Link through Time is what she suggested but that doesn't erase the fact that it carries severe consequences and a risk.
At first, ayoko ng ideya niya but then eventually I agreed to her. That's when Ella get to the picture. She figured out how could I get there without even using my Ability. Sinundan niya ko one time at nagulat nalang ako na nakapasok sya without harming herself. She must've figured out the way through it.
"Why? What did you do?" biglang tanong ni Rence snapping me once again into the reality.

"This one? The original one?" tanong niya. Tumango ako bilang sagot.
"The Flower has the ability to nullify, neutralize, transfer even absorbed the ability of the person who touches it. It can ran out every drop of power in your body. To simply say, It can Kill and can Cure. It was the information trusted to me." sabi ko.
"And then anong naging problema dun?" tanong niya.
"I made a mistake." sagot ko sakanya saka ko sya nginitian ulit ng mapait. Mukha naman syang kinakabahan bigla sa susunod kong sasabihin. Tama nga, kabahan ka nga.
"What mistake?" tanong niya.
"I handed the information down to the Council." sabi ko. Nanlaki naman bigla ang mata niya.
"You what?!" gulat na sabi niya.
"It make sense. Knowing the Council. They send you there again, right?" sabi niya nang nakabawi na sya. Tumango ako. "And Now, they are trying to..."
"Yes." sabi ko nalang.
"Wait. That doesn't explain why we can't leave the school premises and vise versa." sabi niya. Bumuntong hininga muna ako bago ko sya sinagot. I guess, hindi maiiwasang itanong niya yan sakin.
"Lost Academy wasn't literally lost. It was just named Lost for being hidden in the public dahil sa naiiba ito sa mga pangkaraniwang paaralan, different in a way that people can't actually believe in because it is where fairytales and Magics exist and some mysteries of the world can be found inside at malamang sa malamang na hindi kaya ito i explain ng science, kaya di pwede malaman ng mga pangkaraniwang tao... But..." mahabang sabi ko. "Not until that incident 6 years ago." Ito na sasabihin ko na. Kailangan niya ring malaman to.

"What the f*** Vlad!" gulat na gulat na sabi niya.

"Does that mean... Holysh*t!! San na tayo ngayon?!?" natatarantang tanong niya. Nakita ko naman syang naihilamos niya mga kamay niya sa mukha niya saka nagmamadaling pumunta sa bintana ng opisina niya at dumungaw.
Baliw!
"Calm down Rence. Nagmumukha kang baliw." sabi ko sa kanya.
"Vlad! Sino ba namang hindi mababaliw kung malalaman mong wala ka na sa orihinal na oras mo!" nanggigil na sabi niya. Pulang pula na ang mukha niya habang pinipigilan niyang sumigaw. Sabi ko na nga ba, hindi dapat biglain ang isang to.
"Anong gagawin natin ngayon? Ano?" tanong niya.
"Kalma muna." sabi ko sa kanya, napahinto naman sya sa pagpapanic niya at napaupo sa upuang inupuan ko kanina.
"Okay. Kalmado na ako ngayon." he said breathing heavily.
"Mukha nga." napaismid ako sa kanya. Sinamaan naman niya ako ng tingin.
"Kaya nga kakailanganin ko ang tulong mo diba?" sabi ko.
"Anong gagawin ko?" tanong niya nang medyo kalmado na sya.
"Three things One, You'll keep quite about this Conversation and observe the environment without getting the suspicious eyes of the Coucil. Second, You must look after these students, Estrella, Dizon, ang dalawang Gillo, Perez, Jung, Clynn, Ley, Port, and Lastly Rij." sabi ko.
"huh?" natanong niya. "Teka bakit ako? atsaka Si Asper? Diba kapatid mo sya? Bakit hindi ikaw?" sunod sunod na tanong niya. Tiningnan ko nalang sya ng tinging, 'nagpapatawa ka ba?'
"Okay okay I get it. What's the Third one?" tanong niya.
"Cancel the Annual Ball Dance." simpleng sabi ko.
"Huh?" napahinto naman sya. "Bakit?" tanong niya. Pambihira, Di kakayanin ni Hollows magtaboy ng nag-iisa. Si Estrella naman magiging busy sa ibang babae si Clynn... Hindi yun maaasahan. tsk. >.>7
"Just Cancel it." sabi ko nalang.
"O...okay." nag-aalanganang sabi niya pero nagtataka parin sa inutos ko. Wag na umangal. I just dont want to harm my princess.
"But Vlad, aren't you forgetting something?" biglang tanong niya.
"What?" tanong ko sa kanya.
"If what you're saying is True, that the academy acquired your ability and where in the middle of nowhere then How come the Headmaster can go in and out of the School?" tanong niya. Bigla naman akong napatamihik.
I should've known, Hindi matatapos ang araw na to nang hindi niya naitatanong niyan.
"That." sabi ko na nag-iisip pa rin kung ano ang sasabihin. "You shouldn't about that for now." sabi ko nalang at nagmadaling umalis sa opisina niya while thinking about it. I heard him call my name and stopped me midway by creating an illusion; the supposed be the door became a wall. I looked over my shoulder and saw him desperately wanting an explanation.
"I'm not done yet Vlad." may bantang sabi niya. As if he can fool me with this cheap trick.
"We already are." sabi ko at nagpatuloy na sa paglalakad kahit na pader ang kaharap ko.
Sometimes the things you see is not the things that are actually there, that is why it is called Illusion.
As soon as I walked through the wall, the Illusion he created immediately dismiss.
