As seasons change
I couldn't count how many years it has been since our confession
I was just so focused in our times together
It was the happiest times of my life
I was so happy that I couldn't even realize what was happening in the outside world.
The world was in the middle of war, a war so great that it was named the
Holy war
Meliodas still kept his promise of searching for a way for this seal to be lifted.
I kept thinking that, that was the reason why his time he was gone for so many times.
He would only visit me twice in the middle of a week.
Then one day he just stopped.
I kept waiting.. and waiting.. and waiting....
In the middle of the night in the end of the season of winter
I felt a huge amount of energy that it even broke the seal.
I was free.
Though, I was alone.
"Meli where are you..?"
Tears starting to fall down my cheeks,
I was still waiting for him.
I know, I know I should've went out a searched for him.
Yet, I still believed that he would come back to the place that we met.
This was the place of my new beginnings.
Though it brought me loneliness
It brought me something much more special.
Someone I hold dear,
Someone I love.
"I'll keep waiting just a little bit more.."
I mumble to myself, while staring the moon,
admiring it's brightness in the middle of the dark lit sky.
Thinking of his facial features
His laugh
His smile
I was yearning for him,
yearning for his touch.
While thinking of him,
I shut my eyes and slowly drifting off to sleep.
