=Belladonna residence, 1 hour after last chapter=
Standing on the balcony of his room, gifted to him by Ghira and Kali out of good faith, Jaune thought about the situation with the women from before.
Alpha. To think, between worlds, he is still on top of the food chain.
If he was honest with himself, Jaune hated being 'King' for those millions of years as the so called 'Godzilla'. The only reason he continued being at the top was that, if they had their way, the other Titans would've killed anything within their sights.
Better him being King then some raging beats of destruction.
"Lien for your thoughts?"
Turning around, Jaune came face-to-face with an amused yet concerned looking Kali. Inwardly, he was surprised he didn't hear her coming up behind him.
"Pardon?" he asked her.
Walking closer to him, Kali placed a comforting had on his shoulder. "You looked deep in thought there, so I came here to see if you were alright."
Gently taking her hand off his shoulder, Jaune turned back around to face the scenery, Kali walking up next to his left side.
"Just thinking on what you said, about me being an 'Alpha Faunus', as it were." Not far off from his original thoughts, he mused.
Looking up at him, Kali looked at him with the face of a concerned mother. "What about it? Were you shocked or something?" Within her, Kali's motherly instincts kicked back in when seeing his face. An expression showing both sadness and acceptance.
Shaking his head, he looked at her with a stoic face, "Not much, no. Before waking up here, in Menagerie, I lived in a village comprising of both Human and Faunus. The Faunus there were mostly Alphas, or at the very least the strongest of them and the clan heads were anyway. Myself, on the other hand, was the 'King' of them, so to speak." he narrated, telling his story but bending the truth to fit in.
'Don't need her calling me crazy now, would I?' he sarcastically thought.
Not waiting for a response, he continued his tale, "Truthfully, I didn't like being this so called King. Those around me, particularly the Humans, worshipped and admired me, and then just as quickly fear me when they think they did something wrong. The other Alphas, however, always challenged me to a fight. They would believe themselves stronger than me, trying to remove me from my metaphorical throne. But I'd always come out on top, knowing that they would bring everything to chaos if they had their way."
Speechless, all Kali could do was embrace Jaune in a motherly hug, unaware of his shocked and surprised look.
"It must've been lonely for, wasn't it?" she whispered to him.
Looking off to his right, he showed a small smile in remembrance of the one who stood by him constantly. "There was one person who helped quell the loneliness. If I had the courage, I would've asked her to marry me."
How he wished he could, but being an oversized lizard and moth respectively made things challenging.
Pulling herself back, Kali couldn't help but ask, "And who was this lucky lady?".
His smile growing evermore loving, his eyes holding passion, he told her. "Her name was Ruby."
=Scene change, Kuo Kuana marketplace=
Walking through the various food stalls, Blake thought upon her current situation.
8 months ago, Beacon came under attack from an inside source. When she was in the Beacon mess hall at the time, she came across her ex-boyfriend Adam. She ended up getting stabbed near her stomach, but that wasn't his only goal. Her cries alerted Yang to her location, and when she saw Adam above her, she charged him.
The thing she got in return for her efforts was a severed right arm.
Afterwards, seeing Yang in her state, she couldn't take it. Running from them all in her guilt, she eventually found herself back in her old home of Kuo Kuana.
Along with a blonde monkey Faunus as well.
"Sure is cramped here." Sun announced behind her, no doubt looking around.
"When the island you're put on is three quarters desert, you have to make due with what you got." Blake said over her shoulder.
Inwardly, she was dreading the eventual meeting with her family. The last time she was here, she called her mother and father cowards before leaving to join the Fang. Now, she was afraid of her parents' reactions.
"So, what are we doing here anyway?" Sun asked behind her.
Stopping, Blake turned around to look him in the eyes, "I'm going to visit my parents and say sorry. All you're doing now is following me there." she said, before turning back around to continue her way to her old home, which she can see in the distance.
Before she could take another step, Blake began to overhear the whispered commotions around her. And what she heard caught her interest.
"Did you hear about what happened earlier? With the fish stall?"
"I heard the girl running fainted or something."
"Did you hear about that new Lizard Faunus? So scary looking."
"I don't know, he seemed cute, and hot~."
Those were just some of the things she heard around her. From what she could remember, the last time a gossip fest like this occurred was when her father stepped down as leader of the White Fang to become the leader of Menagerie.
"Wow, all this gossip around us. Do you know what caused it Blake?" Sun asked stupidly, as if forgetting she was still on the boat with him the whole time.
"No, but my parents might." keeping it straight to the point, Blake slightly sped up her walking speed to get to her parents quicker.
After 15 minutes of walking, Blake walked up to the door prepared to knock. However, she froze, as if in contemplation. Waiting for a few seconds, Blake grasped the doorknob and knocked loudly.
*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK*
=With Jaune and Kali=
*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK*
Turning their heads back to the inside of the Belladonna's mansion-like house, Jaune and Kali wondered who knocked on the door.
"You...should probably check who that was. Could be that chick from the fish stall." Jaune suggested towards Kali.
Thinking on his logic, Kali nodded before quickly walking towards the front door, as to not keep whoever that was waiting long.
Navigating her admittedly large home, Kali eventually reached the front door. Patting down her clothes to look presentable, Kali opened the door, and gasped in shock who it was. Standing there, looking she faced the troubles of the world in a white jacket and, if her fashion sense is right, a black crop-top, was her daughter Blake Belladonna.
Also what looks like a blonde monkey Faunus, as well.
Unable to control herself, Kali pulled her long lost daughter into a fierce hug. If one listened closely, they could hear Blake's spine crack from the force of the motherly hug. Before Kali could smother the teenage cat Faunus anymore, she heard her husband's voice behind her.
"Kali! Who's that with you?" Ghira asked, getting a shocked and surprised look seeing his little girl. Walking closer to the mother-daughter duo, he tentatively raised his right hand to caress his daughter's cheek, as if afraid she was an illusion. Feeling her warm skin, the puma Faunus immediately scooped both his wife and daughter into a hug, happy they were a family again.
That is until a certain blonde monkey ruined the moment.
"Uh hey! I'm Sun Wukong!" said Faunus announced, the Belladonna trio freezing at his voice.
Almost as if they forgot he was here in the first place.
Putting down his family, Ghira walked up to the blonde, giving him a scrutinising gaze.
"Alright, Sun Wukong, tell me. What is your relationship with my daughter?" despite being voiced like a question, Ghira's voice made it sound like he was demanding an answer. Whilst the overprotective father interrogated the sweating profusely blonde, Kali looked to her daughter with a happy and eager expression.
"Oh Blake! Its so good to see you again. Oh, I have someone I want you to meet!" let it be known, Kali was an easily excited woman.
Also slightly horny, that too. Though to be fair, she is married to a man who has been busy lately.
Chuckling nervously, Blake attempted to dissuade the situation. "I'd love to, mum, but I wanted to know something. What's with the commotion out in town?" she asked her mother.
"Oh! That was a little hiccup with a new friend of ours. His name is Jaune, and he's such a kind hearted boy." Replied Kali, waving off the question slightly.
Horror.
That was the only way to describe Blake's paling face. It should be no surprise, for she had just heard a name that was said to have died.
'It couldn't be him could it? He died during the Dust explosion back at Beacon. Can I even face him if he is here?' Blake thought, having an internal crisis upon doing so. In order to confirm it for herself, she asked her mother.
"M-Mum, wh-when you say 'J-Jaune', do you mean-" Blake stuttered in nervousness, as if saying his name will summon him.
Only for said person to cut her off towards the end.
"Blake!"
Turning around, Blake, her mum and dad, as well as Sun, were greeted to the sight of one Jaune Arc in all his lizardy glory. Though his facial expression through them for a loop.
Whilst his shout expressed shock, his face showed an untold amount of rage. His once azure eyes, now a burning amber orange; conveying his immense desire to just mutilate her very person and end her life in revenge. His spines, flashing a bright blue, a sign of the power running through him at the time.
Before anyone could do anything, Jaune charged Blake at rapid speeds with murderous intent.
"RAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!"
=Flashback, Beacon library; 5 days before Dust Incident=
Blake, enjoying her reading of Ninjas of Love, suddenly looked up as she heard the doors open loudly.
Looking up slightly, she was gifted to the sight of one Jaune Arc stomping his way in. His face expressed a pained but angry feeling, his eyes showing that he wanted to hurt someone who caused him pain.
Judging by the black eye he was sporting, she had a guess as to who.
Watching him plop down onto one of the nearby seats, she couldn't help but let her mind wander to everything that's happened so far.
After Jaune's transcripts were revealed, everything quickly went to hell for the blonde teen. Friends became enemies and a once standard hunter school became Hell.
The one thing she couldn't understand is why the other Faunus so defensive of him? He lied to get into Beacon, yet they try to make his life just the bit more bearable? She just didn't know why. Before she could think on this, said blonde's voice cut through the silence.
"Before I get up and leave, Blake, I want you to do something.", he said to her, head raising up from its relaxed position to look into her eyes. What did he want?, "I want you, Blake Belladonna, to take a long, hard, look at yourself. And once you do, who's the worst out of us two? Me, the one who merely faked some credentials? Or you, the anti-social closet-perv..."
"...who likely killed during her time with the White Fang?"
Silence.
That was all that was left when Jaune got up and left, leaving her alone. Her, Blake Belladonna, who's facial features resembled a corpse with how pale she was. Internally, her thoughts were just as terrified.
'How does he know? HOW DOES HE KNOW?? No one knows I'm a Faunus, yet he immediately pieces it all together. What do I do?' she couldn't come up with anything.
To think, their very short time together allowed him to suddenly send her thoughts into a horrified tirade.
And 5 days later, as she listened to Weiss Schnee, the most prideful person she knows, cry herself to sleep when it was announced both Ruby Rose and Jaune Arc died due to Dust, she couldn't help...
But heed his words and look at herself.
=Southern Glacier; Present day=
Deep within the glaciers at the southern most point on Remnant, a storm ravaged.
Flashes of yellow lightning struck every second, showing no signs of stopping.
Within the eye of the storm, was a yellow clothed man, showing signs of a draconic based Faunus.
The only oddity was his two tails, which rattled like that of a Rattle Snake's.

Well this took a while to do, I'll admit. I wanted to say sorry for how long this took, and hope you can forgive little ol' me. Also, now we're starting to get some of the more interesting bits of the story, as shown in that final segment.
